Guy was cool. Truck was ready 2 hours early. Ran great for my 17hour drive. Austin traffic is the worst. Just had to say that.

We had insurance questions, and the clerk helping us took time to explain what questions to ask our insurance company, and had no problem waiting while I was on the phone. He also made sure that I was familiar with how the truck differed from a normal vehicle.

First and last time I’ll use this company for moving. Staff was argumentative and tried charging us for gas even though we gassed up the truck entirely before drop off. He also charged a hidden fee of $5 for a secondary driver. Thankful for the district manager that was willing to work with us and refund us the money.

What you need for renting a truck and nothing more. Came here to return a truck, had quick service and, after a walk around to verify no damage from the trip, was on my way. No fuss!

Other than having to wait for our car carrier to arrive, we had no real complaints. We were in and out once the carrier arrived. Staff was friendly.
