So clean, organized, and some of the friendliest staff! Also, Alex at the Fairview Park store is AMAZING!!! He is the sweetest ray of sunshine and made me feel so happy during our checkout interaction. We talked about paying it forward and bringing joy to others, and how wonderful it is when people are nice to him at work. There needs to be more Alex’s in the Target world, he’s incredible.

I do not recommend pick up from Target. I ordered the new Animal Crossing Monopoly for a friend and when I got in my car I noticed they gave me a dented box. This item is a collectable and a dented box at full price is unacceptable. I did not have time to return it that day (I had to wrap it and gift it within the hour) but I gave my friend the receipt in case she wanted to exchange it for one in new condition.Just go in store to chose out your products as the people who make your pick up order do not care.

Store was extremely messy. Couldnt even get down the shoe aisles due to all the shoes all over the floor. Two employees were in that area but didnt bother cleaning anything up. I was impressed though with the grocery side of the store. Very clean and nice selection.

All about this store. Everyone Ive encountered here has been a wonderful help, even just asking if I need directions finding my way around. This place has an Amazon return center and upon seeing me walk in with a box every single employee automatically pointed me in the direction of the return center without being prompted. I felt much less like a bother than I normally do. Super clean, friendly employees, and everyone was wearing masks--I feel great about this location.

Great experience on the mornin [10am] of May 1. The tech department team helped me get a copy of Pokémon snap when it had just come in off the truck. The associate was super kind and helpful and dug through numerous boxes to get it for me as I waited. Great service during the pandemic is hard to find and you appreciate it much more

Im pretty much as this target every other day, as I live right behind it. Its always clean and organized. The employees are mostly friendly, too.

Zero stars. Horrible. From out of town and had to get one item. Line for checkout all the way to the back of the store while someone directs you to a checkout line. Ridiculous. So you make people wait in a freakin long line behind those with full carts when I could be in and out in two minutes using the self checkout. Never seen anything like this. Bad managing. Not to mention plenty of workers walking around that could have easily jumped on a register. Walked out. Not worth the wait. I feel sorry for anyone who lives here and has to shop there regularly.

With mask anxiety, I decided to do a drive up order from Fairview because they had the items I wanted. I do this all the time at Avon and have had no problems. This time I ordered eight items and five of those items were canceled. It said they were out of stock. Since I really needed three of the five items, I went into the store and quickly found those three items with no problems! Im very concerned about this because someone who is having symptoms of covid might use this service and when 5 out of eight items are canceled, they too might decide to go into the store to get what they need! employees need to Make a better effort at finding the items that are requested there is NO REASON that three out of five items that were canceled were actually in stock!

This is one of the company who says they want diversity, but is far I rarely see colored person at the store.

A total disappointment. When I went online, they said they had an HDMI Cord. So I went to the store to get it but couldn’t find it. I asked a girl for help and she was total rude. The tech guy came to help, he was nice but they still didn’t have the item I needed. Thanks for wasting my time

This was a wonderful service - the curbside pick up. The ease of shopping and quality of items was excellent.

This store is an absolute pig stye in its clothing and shoe department. Bathing suits were literally all messed up and on the floor, clothes hangers all janked up, clothes on the floor literally everywhere. I tried looking at bathing suits and there were 2 workers over there, did they try to clean up? not at all, just slacking off. and omg dont even get me started on the shoe section. pile high stacks of shoes out of their boxes as well as the boxes on top of the shelves, the shelves were not well kept at all, and you could barely walk through the aisles. these employees need a stern talk from their supervisors on how to keep the store clean and organized. I work in retail and I have a firm belief that a well clean and organized place will attract customers better and that was definitely not the case in this store. Do better fairview target

Items out of stock, ONE long line just to wait in another line at the register, and 40 minutes waits for Drive Up orders. This store has increasingly deteriorated in customer service and efficiency. Ill will be going to the Avon Target, moving forward.

This store team is very friendly and organized. I shopped here during the stay at home order several times and at the height of all precautions, this store was the most prepared and all employees seemed to still be enjoying their work. I stayed true to Target at this location in Fairview Park, OH because it made me feel safe. While the store didnt always have what I was needing available, the patience, cleanliness, friendliness and care for their customers was very meaningful to me.

A snow storm was continuing and of course, I ran out of pull-ups. I placed the order the night before and was able to pick it up that next morning. The employee braved the harsh weather and my order was completed in less than 5 minutes.

Pretty good target location, good selection. Seems really hard to get a job here, Ive had multiple interviews here while knowing people who work here to vouch with similar work experience, but no dice🤷‍♂️Good store though

Shopping is easy -- shelves are stocked and in order (not a mess), there arent a lot of (shelf) stockers blocking aisles, theres rarely a wait for a self check-out terminal and returns are easy. I also like being able to shop online in the comfort of my home and have them put my order together and have it waiting for me.

The variety of items offered at Target are helpful for daily life. The store is organized and clean. The staff are friendly and professional. I would recommend this store to others. Enjoy!🙂

They put merchandise out for sale then when u go to ring out it says u cant purchase until a future date. incompetence on supervisors.

Came with a list of ten items to get and could only get three. This store happens to never be in stock when i show up. Theres always a couple of items im not able to get.

Ive started doing most of my grocery and household shopping at Target because its so easy to get in and find the basics and be on your way. I almost never go to a regular grocery anymore, I even purchase most of my produce from Target because they have done a great job of having fresh and plentiful options. Love this store!

Every single time I go into this store, what I’m there for isn’t there. Empty pegs. When I ask employees why that is or if there will be restock, I get treated like a jerk for even asking.

Fairview fastest & most efficient driveup

I like the new wallet feature that makes it a breeze to pay with my phone using Target gift cards. I wish they carried the Delighted By Hummus Dessert line in all their stores not just a very few. I like the drive up feature.

Staple grocery items seem to be out of stock very often. Not worth the trip to go in when I can run to Giant Eagle down the street with everything in stock and orderly. Shelves are empty at this target far too often. If they could keep the shelves stocked, this target would be a great place to shop.

This store was very well maintained. When the lines became very long the employees were actively instrumental in making sure that the lines were still moving.

The store was quiet and clean and all employees that I observed were industrious. I liked that there was a reminder about keeping a proper distance from each other which was nicely worded.

They hire disabled people to look good, but the don’t hire people in color.

Phantom transactions are coming in and out of my bank account. I attempted to contact customer service and was hung up on, I attempted to contact the store and again was hung up on. Now I have to wait till Monday to contact my bank and take cash out to be issued new debit cards. It seems the moment that security breach come out of my mouth the phone call goes silent.

I had just downloaded the Target Circle app on my phone but had not used it... at checkout the clerk asked if I had Circle and I told her I did but hadnt used it... she proceeded to show me exactly how to use it and saved me over $7.00. She was awesome and so gracious.

I loved not having to get out of my car! The Target associate was SO nice even though she had to make two trips for me. I felt bad but she reassured me it was no problem. I will definitely use Target service again!

The store I just visited in Fairview was extremely dirty, in a disarray and had more than 40 people waiting to be checked out.

This is a high volume store. The staff does a great job of keeping it neat and well stocked. I appreciate that the store is open late because of my work hours. I recently had an issue with an online item and Mary did a great job of taking the responsibility and making it right! Thanks!

Your employees allowed shoppers without masks to walk through the store and go to checkout without masks. This location broke sate mandate.

Went online to look for a Nintendo switch and this target specifically said they had them in stock. Drove 30 mins to pick it up only to find out they are sold out, if you are out of stock then put it on your website instead of getting peoples hopes up. Waste of time.

I go here when I’m looking for that specific item that I could probably find online for cheaper. This place is generally more expensive than competitor stores. I only go here when I need something ASAP and I’m willing to pay a little extra due to urgency for the item. It’s a love-hate relationship.

Even though they are remodeling, you cant tell. Well marked, easy to find what you want. Check out runs smoothly. Some costs are very reasonable, others are in the are you kidding me range.

This review is not for Target it’s for the Starbucks that is located in target. I ordered three tall drinks. The thing came up to 19.50 which I don’t mind but I buy Starbucks a lot so I roughly spend the same amount. I asked the girl why is it that much and she didn’t explain anything she said bcuz you asked for almond milk!! Anyways I asked for the receipt and she then noticed she charged me for an extra drink! Was in line forever until they can “fix” the problem. I wanted to just walk out but I patiently waited.! Got my drink took a sip and of coarse they forgot to add the peppermint that I asked in my drink!!!! And when I asked the employee he said “ Oh I didn’t add it”!!!! While I said it’s okay and walked away he said “ I can remake it” but he was annoyed!! This is unbelievable how rude two can be!!! Mess up on the order okay maybe that happens but forgot the what I want in my drink too?? Horrible experience!!

Target seems very focused on customer service. From adding people to customer service when a line developed to bringing up extra cashiers, they are all about not making me wait. Well done!

After entering, its difficult to navigate past checkout toward the grocery section of the store due to the extreme congestion caused by the product displays placed smack in the center of the aisle. Customers in the checkout lines are queued back up against the displays, leaving little space to wheel a cart, and there always are two employees obliviously talking & blocking the only navigable aisle space. Could this possibly be managements way of forcing unwitting patrons to take the long way around the store? Past the clothing, electronics, and home goods sections where they just might spend more money?

Clerk was very good.However, went to pick-up a new iPad. Had to wait behind returns. Luckily for me, only a couple of people. You should have separate lines for quick pick ups and one for longer returns.

The target in Westgate is very nice. They have a great and friendly staff, they keep it stocked and clean. The only negative would be that it seems they usually get less stock than some of the other targets around the area.

I love Target. I shop there often but when a cashier is having a bad day she should not take it out on me or the product im purchasing. I bought some breakable things, asked the cashier if she could wrap them after she threw all four of them in a bag together then clanged them on the counter. You would of thought I called her a mean name. What made it the best was her shirt said work somewhere you love Jaami might want to give another clothing option a try.

I went to go buy a espresso machine this afternoon! I looked at the price of the machine and I seen it was $139. I went to check out and and the cashier said it was $188, i told the cashier it was the wrong price so she called the manager. The manager came she was a white female with short hair, she was very rude and disrespectful! She told me she will call someone to go back with me and check the price because she couldn’t leave the front! So i was waiting to go back, however she just came back with her scanner and said this is the price and it was marked wrong and there is nothing she can do! She was very mean and said u can chose to get it or no, like she didn’t care! I asked her if there is anything she can do since it was the store mistake and she said no!!! She couldnt even give me a discount and try to make me happy since it was her mistake that the store had made!!! Very very disappointed with this store, i even opened a credit card with Target to be a regular client! But i will never go there again!!!!!

This happened at the Westgate Rocky River Target, Wednesday 01/25/17, my wife had the worst experience we ever had at a TargetMy wife and daughter(who is autistic) went to the Rocky River location where after waiting several minutes in line notices a line opening up next her and moves over, well the floor manager(She later learned her name was Mary) apparently had directed someone over at the same time and proceeds to tell my wife she needs to move out of the line because she directed someone else over first. Mary made a huge and loud scene and wouldnt let it go till she got until she moved to another register.As their getting checked out my wife hears Mary say Oh thats good stick your tongue out you brat! To my daughter, who became extremely upset. The cashier (who was very nice) apologized for the managers actions several times.
