I’ve come here a few time in the past and it’s always been great. Went in today for a underarm wax and Ryan did a great job! She was so sweet and made great conversation! It’s rare that I’m instantly comfortable with the wax expert but I felt perfectly at ease. I’m not sure of her name, but the woman at the front desk was very kind as well! Highly recommend this place!

Quantina is absolutely amazing! Very warm and personable... and for this to be my first time EVER she really made it a great experience.

The girls were very nice at this location. I received a Brazilian. The girl that waxed me was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I still had hair afterwards and this time around had a lot of bumps that stuck around. But I did have a pleasant experience.

Went in for my first-time-free wax just now! Megan at the front desk was very friendly and I was helped immediately after she was done with her current client. Sara was my wax specialist and was absolutely amazing! The whole appointment was probably less than 10 minutes long, including checking in, discussing the service I wanted done, and having it actually performed. My eyebrows look better than they have in months. Definitely will be back for the kind and professional staff :)

Nice experience for a Brazilian wax. Quick and easy. I was just used to having a “blanket” to cover up with and privacy whileundressing. Other than that, it’s pretty cool.

If you have sensitive skin or get extreme redness after waxing, this is the place for you. Their wax is different here and it works extremely well for all types. Ive referred many friends here and no ones been disappointed. Luda is the absolute best, so ask for her!!

Usually have a great experience Ive seen Audrianna and another girl (Marissa?) Who do a great job with my brows and I always feel amazing when leaving.Today I left with my eyebrows still looking a bit hairy and uneven in the middle leaving one over a bit further than the other... I could have just cleaned them up myself at home with tweezers. I even asked her to clean them up a bit more and she said what do you mean? I pointed out a couple hairs that were poking out giving my brows a bushy look and she didnt really say or do anything so I said Id just clean then up when I get home. She said okay lets get you going and I was kind of surprised... This is the only time I was disappointed leaving.I will be sure to request the specific people I have seen previously that do a great job leaving my brows looking cleaned up and even.... I would ask for Audrianna or Marissa I believe is the name of the other girl. They do a fabulous job and are very professional.

I come here once a month, consistently fast waxing and everyone is pleasant. Exactly what you look for in a waxing place.

Went in yesterday for the first time for a brow wax. I immediately had pain on the lower left brow. They gave a cream that did nothing. Today I have a large scab where the intense pain was and it is still painful. I called and the manager, Shannon, and she kept telling me I was not injured. Finally, she agreed to give me a refund for the membership I had purchased. Dont go for service and if you do make sure Bailey is not doing the waxing!!!

Very clean, great service, staff and products

I have been a customer with them from 2017. I always make a call to reserve for appointments. Over the years I have not been able to make it to reservations and so because of this I either call them and have them cancel or reschedule it. Over the last few months I have told them to not make any appointments in Advance and I ALWAYS call on the day of or a day in advance to make an appointment. Today while speaking with the person over at the center, the lady told me because I have been no shows for last 6 or more reservations, I am NO LONGER allowed to make reservations and only do walk-ins!!!!!!! Firstly I dont know who made those reservations and secondly I DID NOT receive emails or phone calls as reminder per the lady I spoke to and thirdly, I have called and made appointments and made it to everyone of them and paid for it. the lady on the call was not patient enough to listen to me, was laughing when I was speaking and did nothing to resolve the issue except say that THE SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY RESTRICTED ME FROM MAKING APPOINTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER WHO GETS 5 SERVICES THERE EVERY 6-8 WEEKS. THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE. I AM DISAPPOINTED.

I expected my first Brazilian to be painful and awkward but Quanisha made me comfortable and least amount of discomfort. Great conversation and professionalism. Going back!

Expensive and not really sure they know what their doing. Girl put so much brow liner on me I went straight home to wash it off.

I didnt have a good experience the first time. Noticed patches of hair were not removed. When they called to confirm my 2nd appointment I told them. I decided to go with a different person. Needless to say, she was much better and made the experience less tense.

Rude interviewerArrived for my interview at european wax center 15 minutes early on 7/18/17 at the Fairview Park location. I was greeted by the receptionist she was very pleasant and it seemed to be off to a great start. She gave me an application to fill out while I waited for my interview time which was 12:00pm. Not only did my interview start late but the interviewer seemed very flustered and annoyed. When the interview finally started she excused herself to answer an email and proceeded to say my bosses are getting on my nerves. She started the interview off by asking me about my current job which I gladly answered. She seemed as if she was annoyed that I worked at another salon in the downtown area. She asked if my salon performed any waxing services and I replied yes but we only provided facial waxing and that we didnt have the clientele for full body waxing were considered to be more of an express place. She proceeds to become combative with me and says (with a nasty attitude) oh you have the clientele. Then with the same nasty attitude says tells me that shes been to my place of business and says that we have the room and equipment to support full body waxing. The room in which shes referring to(not that I have to explain myself) has a facial chair for facial waxing and we have another room for spray tanning. She also tells me that she has to ask me questions from the corporate questionnaire which she hates because she finds the questions very offensive and shes going to ask them the way she wants to. She asks me did I have any sales experience (which tells me she didnt read my resume seeing as though half of my resume and background includes customer service and retail sales). Finally the interview was coming to an end and she asks me do I have any questions and I replied yes. I asked her was my availability ok with her and she replies (with the same nasty attitude) NO, but we need the help. Needless to say if I could give this interview and place a NEGATIVE -68 I would because if this is who you have representing your company not only will I NEVER step foot in ANY of your establishments I will spread the word to my clients, my associates, my friends and family. NEVER in my 8+ years in this industry as an ADVANCED cosmetologist have I ever had an interview go so horribly wrong and if this is how the interviews are conducted I could just imagine how the services are and the place is ran. I hope that in the future your company will make a better decision as to who conducts interviews because I would hate for this experience to happen to someone else.

Highly recommend the sugar bar over the European wax center any day . Nice ladies but quality was poor and rushed . Hair was still visible in a lot of places and some places was missed as a whole . Still had to go home and shave in places . 🙄 Tried sugar bar today and theres no hair in sight . Cassie is amazing & a lot of customers have tried European wax first and are now regular customers of theirs .

Got a Brazilian done by Kristen. She rushed through it and didn’t get all the hair (there are multiple long visible strands as well as two patches of hair that she completely missed). And when I got home there were many little pieces of wax that she didn’t clean off. Will not be returning.

This place is the best!!!! I have been get waxed since January and wow what a great experience I have had. Luda is amazing she pulls my hair perfectly everytime. She pays super close attention to detail and never misses anything. She also makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. On top of all of this there products really work. I have been getting waxed since 2nd grade with my early unibrow and let me tell you she is the best there is. For product try it all it works. I use the ingrown serum all over every day. It works great and lasta forever. It is a must if you do the bikini area, it totally numbs it and takes any tenderness away. The revive and renew have completely taken away my redness on my checks. A huge plus with there product the have hair minimizes that actually work!!!! They wont let you down I promise. If I could I would give a A++++++++ in ratings!!!!
