Fast, Friendly and accurate. I Love this store!
I am always in and out of this place in less than 5 minutes- even when there is a line. They are very friendly and helpful. I use this location to return any Amazon packages I may need to return and it literally takes 5 seconds!
First off, the guy that works there, is rude . He charged me to fax a paper for school and I had to come multiple times because the paper never went through. Waste of my time. And today, I went to print 1 PIECE OF PAPER ON THE COMPUTER FOR 10 SECONDS !!! That’s it, and the lady working with the long pony tail changed $2 !! You can buy a whole meal with that. She said the price was on the computer there was no price on the computer. Rip off! White people service ! Will never use UPS again !
What a breath of fresh air! I was so excited to meet the new owner Sam. He was so nice. It was nice to see that Sherry was still working there, she seemed happier than ever. The best part of my transaction was the customer service. Sam ran outise when he saw that I had a hand full of packages. Customer service has definitely arrived at this UPS store in Fairview Park.
I have recently discovered this ups store and have lived in Fairview for 4 years. The first time I stopped in was due to missing a ups delivery at my apartment and needing to pick it up, the store had great hours and was very fast. Today I ran in frazzled to drop off some prepaid postage textbooks that were due to send back the lady I always see working the counter was beyond nice and taped and packaged it all for me and told me not to stress! The owner introduced himself and I have seen him in the store working both times I have visited. Glad to have such a efficient and convienet store close by! Staff is great and store is clean and organized.
A few customers in front of me but there was efficient customer service and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Nice that UPS solved all my post office needs because the post office is trash. Highly recommend. Didn’t use DHL but nice to know that service is offered as well.
Asked if we were allowed to print label out there and if we could use tape for our package and just said yes both times but then charged $5 for those things. It is understandable to charge for those things and some places definitely do, but instead of just saying yes she should have stated “yes but it costs ...”
Can not say enough great things about the owner, Sam Myers. He went above and beyond to ensure that an urgent package got delivered, even though we showed up 5 minutes before closing!Excellent customer service, would highly recommend this location!

The only UPS location I’ll go to because of the great customer service and expedited services! So fast and easy when dropping off a package.
Always give me a receipt when dropping off packages. Very helpful.
My girlfriend and I just moved to Fairview Park and found out the hard way that our apartment building doesnt accexpt UPS or FedEx delivieries. We thought we would have to wait for the delivery to return and be resent but we received a call from UPS telling us they had our package. We were able to run up to the store and grab our package before it was sent back. The woman working helped us with a smile even though we showed up right as she was closing the store. We will be using this UPS for all our shipping needs going forward.

Very RUDE OWNER!! Does not know how to speak to customers. Tried to overcharge for a package and then claimed to not be able to give the package back minutes later!! His price $35 neighboring UPS Store $26 but they lied he said and he hated people who lied. All one did was question how an extra inch all the way around could cost an extra $15... From the $20 qouted...
Its a ups store. I just walk in, drop off my packages and get my receipt. They also have supplies too.
Shipping is pricey, but customer service is outstanding.
Great customer service
I needed to do was drop a box with pre-paid label. I waited about 5 minuets while I could hear a lady talking about her cat in the back room. When she finally did come out, she was still talking on the phone and just reached to take the box from me. She then started walking into the back room and just left the package on the counter. Never greeted me, asked about the package, or gave me a receipt. Would not recommend this location!
Will never use again. Owner is all care and NO responsibility. I had some paintings packed and shipped from this store and were recieved in Australia damaged from bad packaging. When I took this up with owner, Andrew Dietrich, he blamed others and accepted NO responsibility even though it was blatantly obvious that he had packaged the parcel so poorly.
