Very honest, straight forward, knowledgeable, and professional mechanic. Everybody there looks out for YOUR best interest. Words cant describe how thankful I am to have found this gem on this island. You will not be disappointed.

Bilingual Spanish/ English staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. While attending to switching out oxigen sensors and broken door handles on a 2006 Tucson, they identified an issue that I suspected but had forgotten to ask them to check. I live on Vieques Island, making it difficult to coordinate getting parts. As the shop is conveniently located near 3 auto part stores, the mechanic offered to assist with picking up the correct parts, and offered to provide via text message a thorough estimate on repairs for the additional issue. I recommend the shop based on the staff and location.

Highly dishonest. I left my car there to be sold by them as agreed before I left the island and noticed based on the highway tolls being charged to my account that the car was being driven all over Puerto Rico. I sent a relative to pick up the car and she found the for sale sign stripped from the window and thrown on the floor in the back seat along with the insurance documents. They would not give her the car and would not answer our numerous phone calls. I had to fly down to PR to pick up the car at a substantial cost and they acted as though nothing had happened. No, I do not recommend them. I would seriously question their honesty.

Non-punctual office hours, non-punctual appointment. After they say they will call me for an estimate, they do not do it and when they called they tell me that we have to open the transmission to give a price. Totally disorganized

Very bad service do not take your cars here they charge a lot of money and do not do the job well, pay attention to all the details they broke my windshield and they are very smart they take time to make repairs and they are scammers they charge you extra for things that you do not ask them not you need. EYE EVERYONE.

I do not trust them.They told me the car would be ready in a couple of hours.I was waiting for them to pick me up all day. I couldnt get anyone on the phone until he showed up hours later.I also feel like I was ripped off. $ 140 to make a weld and change the oil in my car (I gave them the oil so it was only to add a filter and labor).I left with a bad sense of that place.

It was not very nice. The vehicle was delivered to me with some damage that I did not have when I took it. I had to go back to have it repaired again. Still it didnt look good at all. After I had to go back again, they charged me dearly. I do not recommend it to anyone. The experience was very frustrating.
