Worst place to go to make any purchase. No customer service at all. Associates ignore customers and argue if attention is requested. We went today to purchase 4 tires and the employee was very rude. We left without purchase the tires.

I left the car at app 9am, they didnt call me as they said they would. It took me more then 30min to connect with someone. The proposed mechanical service was more the 2k, more then my car is worth. I decided to take it to my mechanic whom I trust. Wont use the repair service at pepboys again..

They have 8 employees in the store, 7 are literally acting as busy or on their phones. One on the register with 6 people waiting in line. I waited 25 minutes in line to pay for a quart of oil. Wal-Mart across the street is much better and cheaper.

Great store for what you are looking for for your vehicle. Website a little bit iffy. Couldnt find what I was looking for someone wasnt able to get the discount for ordering on line. But the people are helpful and polite.

Customer service is great, the service advisors are professional and helpful but the mechanic that worked on my car was excruciatingly slow. When I brought my vehicle for a simple brake inspection, it took nearly 3 hours. Then we ordered the parts and it took 5 days for them to get here (rather than 3 as expected). When they finally arrived, it turned out to be the wrong parts, that was partially my fault but they should have verified that the parts were the right ones. When they realized it didnt fit, they suggested doing the job partially so at least I could have my car back for the day, but the job that should have taken an hour more or less ended up taking nearly 4 hours. Now I still have to come back to get the job completed, and will most likely lose another day in the waiting room.

Not enough staff to help customers . You wait 20 or so minutes for them to acknowledge you and when they finally do they don’t have what you need. I went to advanced auto parts in Fajardo and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with the part I needed.

It was 8pm, and Our tire was quickly loosing air. we were hour from home, and Paniced. I called pep boys and was eased with a friendly voice of Maria, who told us to come over and they would take care of us. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and Gamaliel Díaz the assistant manager took care of it within minutes! He was friendly, and happy, and our stress melted away. Thank you thank you!!!

I arrived to the Fajardo PR store to have a tire changed balanced and an alignment. After more than two and a half hours the only thing they did was change the tire, I asked how much longer would it take their response was maybe another hour . I told them give me my car Im not going to wait another hour or possibly more . I paid for the tire change took the car across the street to Advance auto to complete the job my alignment. I was in and out in half an hour. I will NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO HAVE IT SERVICED THERE AGAIN . IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE !!!! DISGUSTING!!

You can find almost everithing youre looking for and some extras at relative good prices but one have to look thru all the store or keep asking, where to get it. Friendly staff.

$$$$$$$$$. Xtremely expensive in mechanical labor. $100.00 per hour. They did the job in 2 hrs but didnt adjust the price because the company says that it was a 4 hour job ($400.00). Labor was more than double the price of parts.

They offer many items for the vehicle, not so many but varied. The security to prevent illness is good, they may be a bit neglected but still, the service is good.

They say it is expensive but if you know how to haggle they give you a good price and advice, make an appointment in the app and are obliged to attend you at that time even if 20 cars have arrived before you
