I arrived at the store at 3 pm on Thursday and the doors were locked! Clerk came to the door to say they closed because the internet was not working. I spent $15 on Uber to go to a store that website said was open.

Great place to shop for all you boating needs... BUT please come down in the prices so boating will be more accessible to others...

West Marine is essentially a monopoly and the prices reflect this. However the people at the Fajardo store are friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that when it gets very crowded on weekends, there seem to be employees who wont work the second cash register to speed things along, no matter what. Its a common local phenomenon.

My husband want a Columbia pants for fathers day. The place have all that you want and need like a marines things for womans and mens.

Poor service, Lack of knowledge- Manager on duty and employees are unaware of products, make wrong recommendations and are rude in customer service, they are not friendly.

They are following very well the protocol recommended by the health department regarding the prevention of contagion of covid. Tw take the temperature when entering the store and offer you a hand sanitizer to disinfect your hands. The only downside is that they dont have a lot of staff to attend to the flat.
