Was just there on Thursday, while the lady helping me out was very nice, I was given the wrong volume creme and wrong type of dye for my highlights. Didnt realize until I used it, so there goes $16 down the drain. So moral of the story: double check what you need. 🤷

I came there to buy something that should have been there. But I find out that they dont carry hair serum.. or loreal products.. and alot of shelves were empty. Ill shop at Amazon for hair now the employee was very rude too.

First time to this Sally’s and I had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and was able to direct me to the things that I needed for my family. The lady with the cute Afro was so helpful and friendly. I would visit that store just to see her because she brightened my day.

I have been a customer at Sallys for about 16 years and I have never in my entire life experienced such an akward situation as the one I had to go through last Wednesday. As I was standing in line to cash out, I placed my hand inside of my purse to get the money when I was falsely accused of being stealing from them. I, of course opened my purse and proved them wrong as the employee was extremely rude embarrassing me in front of everyone. My friends then called the cops to make sure the situation didnt escalate to a bigger issue and it was reported correctly. Im extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and will never go back to that place again.

Normally go here for all of my hair products, everyone is super nice other than this one older lady. She doesnt let anyone talk about what they want and even if youre right shell continue to tell you youre wrong. SUPER RUDE.

Dean at the Fall River, MA store was very friendly and helpful.

Been going here for a long time since they were in the old harbor mall, as a teen, never have issues the staff is great, they help you any way possible and give the best advice for your hair.

Went in here to get hair dye for my son and the employee with the really heavy and obnoxious blush gave me unnecessary attitude because I asked her where something was. It wasnt the first time either that this happened. Idk why that employee think they do the lord work . Id be miserable too if my eyebrows looked like that facts. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

I like Sally Beauty they are very helpful.

The middle aged male that works there gives out false information as though he knows what he’s talking about. “No you don’t mix that toner with developer, you put it directly on your scalp.” Me reading the directions: “mix 1:1 ratio with developer then apply to scalp.”I didn’t want to argue with him because there were other customers, but I knew he was very wrong. I hope customers don’t regularly take his advice.... yikes!

I will no longer be shopping at this location, over the past few months Ive been in there a lot and Im always stuck with an older blonde lady that is EXTREMELY RUDE, she interrupts me to help other people, tells me what I can and cant buy, argues with me on what color I want for my hair shes just not worth going there I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

I asked the lady upfront with the really short faded green hair if the magenta and red hot hi color hair dye would show up in my dark hair and it was a total fail I am very upset that i even wasted my money just to get patchy burgundy hair🤬now I’m not sure what to do from here the best advice she could’ve given me was to use bleach first but she gave the wrong false information!!
