I purchased a bed today. Not only were the prices great. BUT the salesman who helped my Mom and I was outstanding. Very polite, funny, and made sure that I knew exactly what I was buying. He took the time to listen to us, answered our questions & was an all around great person do do business with! I can not say enough great things about my experience today. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. Cause Id give them 1000 stars if I could! Id HIGHLY recommend buy from this store!

Beyond exceptional.. above infinity and beyond... The owner is amazing well rounded.. ready able and willing to work with you on just about anything reasonable .. you could not find a better mom and pop store that has been around this long(I know because I lived across the street from them for 20 years and their courtesy was extended to my parents back then as it is to me now)

I have purchased furniture from Modern twice and each time I was totally satisfied. The salesman Ray helped me out while I was debating about purchasing a queen size bed. The delivery men were very efficient and courteous. The quality of the furniture at Modern and prices are worth it.

What a great place. One of the owners walked us through the store since we needed to buy a new parlor set ASAP. He showed us everything that they had instock. We ended up with a beautiful couch and love seat delived in just a few days. I highly recommend them.

Dont overlook this place. It has an enormous showroom. Its family run, and no pressure. I was greeted by friendly folks who let me just lounge around on different couches for an hour without bothering me. When I found what I wanted, the papers were drawn up, I made payment, and set up delivery in a matter of minutes. Im very excited and cant wait for it to be delivered.

Have bought furniture from there years ago and recently bought bed room set with mattresses he just didnt want to make a sale but wanted to make sure I got what I needed for the right price...cant wait until my set comes in

Place is great bought a new bedroom set no hassle price was great and owner went beyond what he could do for us and we got del the next day really nice place and delivery people did a great job setting everything up will def use them again to buy furniture.

Friendly non-pushy staff. I told them what I was looking for and showed me exactly that, not something else or more expensive. The prices were so great I was able to purchase a second item! They had free delivery and a small fee to remove my old furniture. The price for all of that was less than the price of one item at Bobs Furniture! Plus Bobs didnt offer removal of the old furniture and charges $120 for delivery! If you want great furniture for a great price with friendly staff that actually listen to you definitely go to Modern Furniture in Fall River, right near Walmart. You will be very happy!

EXCELLENT costumer service. I came in to pick up some new furniture for my new house and Pete was out sales associate. he was amazing. showed us all the deals and helps me save ALOT !! he was kind and no pressure. he let me look around and was just such a kind soul. I will be recommending Modern to all my friends in the future.Also, I just had to call to reschedule my delivery and the woman I spoke with on the phone was SUPER kind. she made sure to inform me that I can always call to see if they can move it up or not as well. Staff here is just GREAT!

My daughter and I stopped in, she was shopping for living room tables in a particular color and style. They had exactly what she wanted. They have options for payment, no interest for 6 or 12 months, layaway. Sales associate was very friendly and helpful.

BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Terrible experience. My fiance and I bought from here and the couch was defective. Took so long for us to contact the man in charge due to him never being available. Once we did come in contact with this man he settled the issue by telling us he would let us get the credit for something else in the store because they dont give refunds. Why would we want something else? Well we did compromise and tried to take up the offer in store. That was a joke! Ended up not being able to get anything at all. Now we are stuck with a broken couch that we spent over $600 for!! Smh... hope this helps you make the right choices and not stuck in a situation like I am in.

Im very disappointed in this place I was a repeat customer not any more now. My husband and I purchased a sectional in May was told 2-3 weeks for deliver. A month went by to then be told one piece was on back order not one staff called to make me aware of this, then told us by 6/27 it will be in the store and have 3-5 business days to deliver from 6/27, well we had to wait until July 9th just to get an answer as to when we would get the furniture so after calling more than once to see what the deal was. Then finally they delivered today and took another customers piece instead and had to go back to get the right piece, The complete lack of communication and care for customer service is disgusting after all said and done they only took off 200.00 mind you this sectional was not cheap, and they couldnt wait to bursh us off, we had to wait 2 months for our furniture and be jerked around like we were. I will never shop here again they claim there motto is We value our customers is clearly not true please think before buying something from this place.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IF ITS NOT AT STORE I WAITED A MONTH FOR 1 COUCH BEING TOLD IT WOULD BE SOONER, THEN THEY JUST DELAY FURTHER AND FURTHER WITH NO CALL.
