Decent customer service. Very knowledgeable. I wish I could buy a PS5 here. I need two of them. Their exclusive items are awesome. Their promotions help you save a lot. The PowerUp rewards membership is cool if youre elite or whatever. Location is safe. I recommend.

I dont whats going with their online order service but I tried twice to get and ps4 gift card the first one was automatically cancelled and refunded the second one...I placed another order today said it was shipped to store but its not showing in my order history that I placed an order and I dont have an order number to show the order was made but my bank sent me two notifications that they took my money for the ps4 gift card out my account...so Im a go there tomorrow...Its going major damn problem they tell I have nothing there...can someone tell what I should do if I dont get my damn card

Its a shame the store is relatively good on collectiables and sometimes has good games in stock. But theyre over the phone assistance is absolutely terrible they pick up the phone then hang up immediately Ive called 6 times in the past 20 mins and havent talked to a single worker

Customer service was excellent.

The employees did not help at all. They actually gave false information which prevented me from getting the game I paid for on time. Instead I had to go on a wild goose chase for days after my purchase should have been at the store. Terrible service and I will never go to GameStop again. Good luck if you try to order here

Great for most of your gaming needs. Best to look online at what game you may want plus its much easier. The fone service isnt the greatest, but theyre a busy place.

Has games, good place to spend money if you enjoy playing games, bad place to bring old games and sell if youre trying to make money.Staff are nice and engaging though. The store seems to be expanding with more options, such as clothes and accessories. I remember back when the store mainly only showcased games though.If you happened to want game themed clothes, this place can be a option

Went in to pick up an online order. Did as instructed. Went to the online order register. After the girl finished with the person she was dealing with she looked at me then turned her head to another customer and said next. I told her I have an order to pick up, she looks at me and said fine. Then she gave me a hard time because I said my name was James instead of Jim. Im never going back. Id rather shop at Wal-Mart.

They dont answer the phone

Theyre games are good but they are unfair with returning games that are in perfect condition that you just didnt like. Even a day after you but it they will scam you of your money if youre trying to return it. Also trading in things that are worth hundreds of dollars they give practically nothing in return. And lastly, I went to go try to trade 4 games and a system for cash and they didnt give a good deal and I left and I forgot 4 games on the counter and they let me leave without saying anything like hey you forgot these and they kept the games.

Customer service was very poor. Brought some items in for cash and they gave me a hassle Im pretty much everything I brought in. Manager was chewing food the entire time talking to customers. Very unprofessional

I called i got a quote on what i wanted, i show up, and the price jumps higher than the quote ? They just lost another customer,! A jump of 40.00 ??? Nah you keep it ill go where it has honest people .

Not a huge selection in this store. Staff isnt very friendly as well. The day i was there the woman behind the counter was arguing with a customer. They wanted to by an adult game an she was asking for an id which the customer didnt have. The employee kept getting meaner and louder. To the point i was staring. She then caved in and sold him the game without an id anyway. Needless to say i dont think ill be visiting this game stop anymore. Please steer clear

Extremely disappointed with the Fall River MA location. Its always an absolute mess. Plus most times we shop there they is a very distinct odor of marijuana..AVOID

Horrible customer service went to get a new controller because we had a warrantee on a Xbox one, and was told I’d have to bring the whole console even though I have gotten one without bringing whole console, AVOID THIS GAMESTOP AT ALL TIMES.

My favorite GameStop in the southern New England area, always good vibes and surprisingly a huge inventory of games you dont see at other GameStops.

Like every gamestop you have to wait in line 20 min when there is 6 people behind counter working they should have a speedy Check out line so you dont have to wait for quick purchases or a self checkout get with the times

They are very helpful here. I bought my nintendo switch here.I also traded in my 3ds systems cause couldnt see them goto waste.I still got 20$ for my new 3ds even though sticker on front made it defunct.I was. Able to get 85$ worth of trade in credit with that and couple games a switch game and a 3ds game. They base game trade-in values on rarity. I was able to use that store Credit on Nintendo E-Shop cards.They require an ID for Trade-ins and Systems must have Serial number.

The staff is very friendly and the store manager is very very helpful. If there is a long line the staff still make sure they acknowledge you are in the store and are sure to let you know as soon as they have a chance you will be helped. The product library is expansive with tons of great low priced games and systems. When you are at the register they are very helpful in telling you some great deals that are available at the time and upcoming deals and releases. I would recommend this store if you are in the Fall River area. I have never had a bad experience at this store and will continue to shop here for my games and my kids. Also just to add my brother was looking to pre order the xbox one and none were a available at the time. They called him a few days after as soon as someone cancelled theyre reservation which was surprising to me that they would go that far for customer service. So to the manager and staff at this location thank you and we appreciate the extent you go to for customer service. The point is GO to this GameStop for your gaming needs and or for your kids needs.

I wanted to buy a new 3ds. Granted it was after the holidays. They dont like to answer their phones so finally after 18 attempts to reach the store someone finally answered. I asked about the console and they said they had 1 refurbished. I asked if they could save it because I was an hour away and they were closing at 6. Finally get to the store and magically they dont even have it on their computer. Needless to say very poor customer service.

Im not thrilled abt game stop!! Most of the time their used games are 1 dollar less than it brand new at Walmart!! Now and then u hit a sale. I dont care for them. They are supposed to be cheaper and they are not!!!

I called to see if they had a game they didnt answer. After i get there i waited for 30 mins. The phone rings and she complains about how dumb people are for calling and they never stop. The girl trying to help one customer. I asked politely if. She can look for the game and if she doesnt have it i would go to another store in time. She said yes. I waited. She finishes and does other things. Untill i looked inpatient.sge said she had the game. But she couldnt find it and told me to go to another store to put it in hold.THANKS FOR WAYSTING MY TIME now the stores are closed.

Moron with a viking beard tried to stop me from selling my game because it was sealed brand new and unopened even though I opened it for him. He told me to come back another day to sell it....So I waited till he went in the back of the store and sold it to a different employee. Then when he came back and noticed he threatened to ban me from the store. Use ebay instead its cheaper there and they give you more for what you sell.Also when they do midnight releases they make you stand outside in the cold when we could fit in the store and make people keep yelling on video to seem excited so they can send it to gamestop headquarters to get the bosses extra funding (a raise)

Theyre always short staff. They dont check the games that ppl return and theres never anyone to help on floor especially on the Hoildays.

I would have to agree with the first three people. I went in there once and they didnt even have the new Madden except for the special edition one that is 80 something dollars.The guy who seems to be the boss is arrogant and talks to you in a rude manner. The dude in the beard seems like hes annoyed every time someone asks him a question. The only employee I found to be friendly in my experiences at this place is the girl with the mohawk hairstyle. Now if you live in Fall River your probably used to this kind of treatment from people, I dont know maybe its a PORTUGUESE from PORTUGAL thing, there usually rude people by nature. However if you did not grow up in Fall River you would probably find the people in this store to be rude. All i can say is I live in Fall River now (only because the rent is cheap) and i drive all the way to Swansea or Raynham for Gamestop or any of my shopping for that matter.

I had called in because they had a special on their trades which I should really say, what they should actually give you for your trades, and I wanted to see if they had what I was looking for before I went down to waste my time. They misled me to believe I was going to get the up most money for my system that I was planning on trading in. The guy I spoke with over the phone just rushed me off like he was too damn busy to answer my questions. Like it isnt him job, and what he gets paid money to do. I go down to the store, only to find out they were giving me HALF of what they initally said I would get. A nice woman started to help me until a rude ignorant, and what seemed to be a manager, kept interupting her, and talking over her. When he finally begin to help me out, he told me he was deducted money off, because the system was a little dirty, and a couple of other things that I was okay with because the woman who was TRYING to talk to me told me that I probably would get money deducted off because of it. They should personally try to train their employees a little bit better before they give out misleading information over the phone. Maybe their used to dealing with the people in Fall River but coming from a person who works 50 plus hours in sales, they should really learn how to treat their customers better too. I can tell you one thing, I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN, and glady spend my money elsewhere.

I went with my son to buy a game here and it was like everyone was in slow motion. We usually go to the Dartmouth Mall store so I was surprised how this one everyone seemed like they were spaced right out of it.

Do not carry enough copies of new games...had to go to wal-mart to get my last 2 games.....sad

Bought a Xbox one controller used. Noticed later that day that LB was not working, needed to really press hard for it to register. Couldnt return as it was not technically broken. Havent gone back since.

Was really the only game plus we have in the city so its okay
