Great coffee, donuts and sandwiches. Little bit of a wait to be served but it was worth it.

Daily customer, they know our order and exactly how we get out coffees and even before we finish the 1st part of the order they are finishing the rest for us! FABULOUS morning crew and even the nights crew knows what we get! Theyre all awesome! Forever MY DUNKS !!

Im tired of coming here and having my order messed up everytime. Im not coming back. The amount of money I spend weekly and cant even enjoy my coffee and food. The consistency of workers is gone too, nobody stays there very long anymore.

Very rude staff. They also looked high as a jet liner. I repeated my small order of one medium hot coffee extra extra and two glazed donuts twice!! I know its hard to get ppl back to work but cmon they should drug test them at least

One of the drive thru ladies this morning was so rude. The other kid was helpful, she rushed our order even though there was no one in front or behind us. My husband asked at the window cause she cut us off if the store carried an item and she snapped at the boy and my husband saying no cant order through the window, have to go back around. I get it if they were busy but they werent. We were their only customers. The other kid was very nice, she just had poor customer service skills.

My favorite Dunkin!! So quick, so friendly, and literally the only Dunkin that makes my coffee perfectly. I had an issue with a charge and Cheryl handled it immediately, offered me a free beverage, and was the absolute sweetest. I will never be going anywhere else! ❤️

Which one of the Dunkins I was at two different spots !!?

Been here several times over the last week and not ONE employee is wearing a mask. I was told by the manager it’s because it’s summer time and it’s too hot. I work at a restaurant and wear a mask every single day. Is it enjoyable? Absolutely not. But I would rather be in a hot mask all day than even consider putting someone’s health at risk. Especially a place like Dunkin’ that serves many elderly people. This is sad. Horrified by the management and response.

Unfortunately these people had to work on Christmas morning. It was great that after working a 24 HR shift I was able to find a D&D that was open. Im not sure if they were forced or volunteered to work this special day but I would thunk it be prudent that the owner ask if they would volunteer to work on this holiday. For those who did work this day ... Thank you very much ! You were/are much appreciated and I hope the rest of your day was great ... ✌

Drive thru waits tend to be long because order taker has a wait between each order

Employees are very friendly and by far one of my favorite.Anyone complaining about waiting when theyre ordering 3+ coffees, how about being patient lol. Everyone else wants coffee too, youre placed on lower priority because the single coffee orders are served first. Thats how every Dunkin works.For the drive through, you can easily park and get your coffee through the line quicker if theres a ton of cars in front of you.

The staff and coffee is good but the hours are usually until 9 inside 10pm

To make things short. The employees cant hear anything, update the intercom. Get employees who take their job seriously, and dont take your problems out on the customers. Also when you make a bagel and cream cheese at least spread it, and make it look like you tried.

The staff has always greeted me with a smile! Long wait time some mornings but if you’ve work in retail, you know you can only do so much with what you have, and with the amount of rude and idiotic customers this staff deals with... I say they’re doing great!

Was not impressed at all the employees look like they didnt want to be at work everyones running around like a chicken with his head cut off took a 7 Minutes exact to make 3 medium iced coffees in one medium Coolatta very disappointed the coffees wasnt made right neither was the Coolatta it was more like juice instead of a Coolatta

This store sucks. They never get anything right. You can’t even get them to listen when you ask for your food to be cooked longer when you are ordering. Some of the staff are rude including the manger.

All of you who are writing a positive review on here are lying. This Dunkin’ is a joke and most of the girls who work there are too especially the manager she is the rudest out of them all. Almost every time a get a coffee from there it is wrong I won’t dare get food because they take forever just to get your coffee never mind if you ordered food. These girls care more about talking to the people that come into the gas station and their next cigarette more then they care to wait on the customers. I’ve been in there at the counter before and I was ignored by the girls because they were to busy having a conversation before they could help me. I will go out of my way to get a coffee from now on before I ever step foot in this Dunkin again.

Drive-thru: Always mixing up orders and making your coffee wrong. Ex. I ask for splenda and they are always putting sugar. Walk-in: People who hang outside the front door of the building are constantly soliciting customers for change, cigarettes, etc.

Fire everyone and start again!! Employees are rude, cant make decent coffee and at the Drive thru, the girl says, Give me a minute!!??Are you kidding me?

We stopped in to grab doughnuts and coffee, I waited while the girls behind the counter finished their conversation in front of us when I asked where the bathroom was they said they didnt have one we could use, suffice it to say we left without anything, two little boys with dirty hands are not going to be eating with germ covered hands.
