High quality drinks but the staff just needs to do a little bit better job at acknowledging the dinning room guest just as efficient as they do drive through guests.

Super accommodating and clean, the manager Hana is always making really cute hearts on lattes and is VERY polite and professional towards hard of hearing and deaf folk like myself!

Not quite sure what the issue is - placed an order 10 min before arriving and still had to wait. No big deal. Everyone in the store was helped before me (no big deal). Orders were being made for drive though (no big deal). I was then asked if I was waiting on something after already being asked.... no communication. The second person seemed like they hated the job (cold and rude)... I didn’t lose my order you did.... I then had to review what I ordered since they didn’t have it. Then they magically found it..... now I’m late getting back to work. It was almost as if I was being accused of not placing my order by the second person..... Not a fan. Not even an apology or a here’s what happened. Shoved a drink and out the door... Seems like a poorly run business

They were out of the right size cups and also they had no Splenda this very very disappointing

When I asked for one pump of pumpkin in my large hot coffee, Briggs, behind the counter said “course, just enough to have some fun.” I appreciated Briggs’s comment and service. Will be back again. The long drive-thru line did not impede on my in-store time.

Love this location! Every barista is super friendly even under busy stressful conditions between the pandemic and long drive-thru lines. My order is always done correctly and food is double checked due to an allergy. Keep up the good work!

I was at the drive thru, I asked my order and she said she couldn’t hear or understand what I was saying. I asked my order 3 times loudly and still can’t get what I wanted to orderI speak fluent English and she got sassy right after that. It was only 7am and they didn’t have 2 things that I wanted and it opens at 5:30 which I don’t understand how they don’t have enough products in the past 2 hrs. Horrible staff and it is embarrassing to have these kind of people working and treating their customers like that.

What can I say? Its Starbucks. Great location, pumps your food and drink out fast with little to no delay and minimal interactions with the staff.

Always a super inviting atmosphere. The staff are awesome. A great place to sit and enjoy a pastry or beverage. Ideal for 1 person or even small groups. Lots of charging outlets for mobile devices. Great Wi-Fi. My trips here consist of work, reading, and meeting with people, all of which this environment promotes very well. The old fashioned donut is a perfect treat and goes well with a nice white hot chocolate with whipped cream. If you havent been to a Starbucks youd be 😊 with this location.

We were on our way from horse neck beach and did a quick stop at the drive thru. Had to wait in a long line.

Good coffee...when they’re open. The drive thru has been slacking lately. Either the line is so long or if there isn’t a line you almost get excited, just to see the sign that says “temporarily closed”

Overall a great place but packed in the middle of the day, 100% recommend going there they have great employees and a great service.

I highly recommend this place to everybody. I go there with my grandfather multiple times a week. The outstanding staff know our names and our orders. No mistakes. Also, if your looking for something to try there it would be the lemon loaf cake 10 out of 10!!!!

A lot of people have been waiting for a Starbucks in fall River. With the renovation of the plaza, it was a perfect fit. I dont usually go to Starbucks, but this place is run clean and efficiently. Per usual, they always have good coffee. Like all other Starbucks, the price has always been a bit higher than other places and the sizes a bit smaller, but all in all a good cup of coffee.

A decent place to get a snack and use the toilet. Most employees are focused on their job duties. The manager Nick cashed out the order. He provided perfect customer service. Also, plenty of parking.

The coffee varieties are great and of quality. More so, the young man who works the window..dark hair is so nice u cant help but smile. My daughter said hes the guy that makes her smile even on a bad day. Keep him!

I want to give a shout out to the staff who works at this Starbucks !! They are always so friendly. I went in last weekend for my birthday drink and they made me feel so special! There’s a gentleman at drive through who is always so friendly. Great job guys!!

It is very inviting and lively. The staff are very nice and if you are a regular they will remember you. They have never gotten my order wrong, and they work very fast and well even during busy rushes. This location is great

Small, cute Starbucks. A bit of a maze to get into its parking lot through the shopping center, but convenient. The drive-thru was too long, so I went inside to order my drinks. Despite being busy, it took less than 10 minutes to get my order. If I have the need for a Pike Place roast next time Im in the area, Ill stop by here.

I work here remote every Friday morning and other random days with no issues. Im there so often that basically all the employees there know my name and orders. Theyre very nice there and accommodating. Does get very busy with some long lines, but its the only Starbucks in Fall River.

Great people and they always take care to make the drinks right. Their store is always clean and is a very calming environment. They are willing to remake your drink if you dont like it and if they make it wrong. All around a great place!

I would have enjoyed my ice tea a lot stronger, perhaps next time. I really want that at the middle of the day! The banana bread was warmed and delicious! Thank you Starbucks!

Dreams DO come true! Cant believe Fall River actually has a drive-thru Starbucks. It is beautiful! Staff is super friendly and theyve caught on quickly. Inside bathrooms are pretty nice and there is lots of seating to do work. Artwork is beautiful. Not too many comfy seats that make you want to hang out with friends though. Looking forward to nicer weather to enjoy the patio seating.

Great establishment. Very friendly staff who actually like working at Starbucks. They are pretty fast getting out drinks. Drive through gets pretty busy, and inside gets crowded on weekends. But overall, great experiences here. No complaints

This is a great addition to Fall River. The only thing that would improve it for me would be an increase in its size because the machines get loud at times. BUT; free wifi and a set of headphones comes close to obliterating that fault. Its the perfect atmosphere to get work done: whether youre flying solo or not. As an added bonus: the sunsets here are amazing - especially if you view them from the vantage point of their outside seating!

Even during these grim times the store is still at near full operation with their polite staff and the coffee is still amazing. I hope happy hour comes back, because that would be the cherry on top.

Very courteous, friendly, and tolerant staff at this location. They make it a point to remember regulars, recalling order specification or special requests. I say tolerant because Ive been present when theyve dealt with some atrocious people, rude, unreasonably demanding, or downright disrespectful. I adore the staff, they are all hard workers, seem like they operate as an efficient team. Considering the volume some evenings, or lack of staff, the service is fast and accurate.Also, the manager there is great, she is always apologetic, even if a minor mistake was made on an order. They are quick to resolve any customer complaints. This is one of the best Starbucks locations I have ever been to (top 5), and Ive been to SB all over the country.

Jane is one of the best baristas at this location. My husband and I come here a lot and she knows exactly what we order. She is very polite and always asks how you are.

Fall River South Coast Marketplace Starbucks rocks. Its roomy, staff is knowledgeable, bathrooms are clean, coffee is delicious. More so, they offer free refills of certain types, after 1st purchase. So, if you are there after hours you can enjoy more for less!

Recently staff were trained to treat customers with respect and courtesy regardless of race or ethnicity. Perhaps managers could now focus on treating and training themselves and their staff on how to treat co-workers with the same respect. You do not have to like everyone you work with but you do need to be kind, accepting and non-judgmental. Leave the drama and what appears to be petty jealousies at home. That kind of mean girl behavior, especially in front of the public, did not even belong in high school. We notice, we talk about it, and we care.

Fall River Starbucks is great ! The drive thru staff are very welcoming and have great memories of my pets names,maybe about something I told them...The guys have the best voices for taking orders super upbeat starts my morning off well.Always clean,wonderful team,always smiling

Regretfully, I even have to give one star for this review. I wish I could give none. We go there everyday considering we work in the area. Usually I have a wonderful experience. EXCEPT for the times that this one manager is working. She is rude to her staff in front of customers, which is completely inappropriate and unprofessional, but she is also rude to her customers. She makes your coffee wrong and then when you ask nicely to fix it she has a nasty attitude about it. It has happened multiple times to all of us with the same girl. We will continue to go there because we enjoy the coffee, but we are very close to refusing to let her serve us until she learns how to treat people. If you are a miserable person you probably should not work with the public. I heard the trash company is hiring ;) Sincerely, A Business Close by with a staff that goes there everyday.

Fall River has a wonderful way of making everything pleasurable, unpleasurable. My frappe tasted like water, loaded ice chips.Decided to go back 3 more times, all 3 different coffees did not taste like the usual Starbucks order, tasted more like burnt potatoes. Gross

Starbucks just opened a few weeks ago and was extremely busy when we went there The interior and the are both beautifully designed We ordered drinks and sandwiches and dessert Both sandwiches and dessert were good I ordered an iced caramel macchiato it was good but it was lacking in espresso. I believe this was because the employees are all fairly new with some from other stores doing the training Wil definitely return in the future as Starbucks is one of my favorite coffee places and Im happy to have one where I live

Usually the best coffee but their Caramel syrup tastes like alcohol or something toxic it must have gone bad, ruined this place for me.

The Starbucks mobile app makes getting my specific order quick and easy. Very glad this specific Starbucks opened up so close by to where I reside.

Starbucks is Starbucks. This one is okay. The only thing I have to complain about : I have been in 4 times. Everytime I get an iced tea and everytime the whole cup is filled with ice. You barely get any tea. You take two good sips and half of it is gone.
