Been buying gas, shopping, and using the facilities at this Fall River Seasons since the day they opened. Even had the first manager special order in a certain drink for us. Tonight, after years of patronage, the overnight clerk (arrives at 11pm in a reddish maroon car) pounds on the bathroom door, yelling that I take too much time, and that I need to find another bathroom to use. In addition to using the facilities, we spend, on average, around $15 a night on food and drinks, and around $120 a week on gas. Well take that business elsewhere too. Hes okay with the riff-raff, loiterers and folks who come to fill their water jugs from the tap, but discriminates against struggling, paying customers. Oh well. All good things come to an end. When this power trippers job ends, well return. Takes one bad a****** to spoil the bunch.UPDATE: After the Owners Response, we got a call from someone in the NH region. She agreed with us. She turned it back to the District Manager for Fall River. She was to be in touch soon. She never contacted us. Store Manager, Brady, says in 3 years, hes never had a complaint. I guess he didnt see Heathers review from two years ago on this page. Its ok. We now know how management feels about homeless folks. In our personal opinion, they dont.
Wednesday evening, 9/11, I stopped into Seasons, desperate for directions to find an elementary school where I was to pick up a new ride client. I was lost and very close to the time I was supposed to pick up. ERIC helped me out so much by pulling up the address on his own phone and writing the directions down for me. Eric was great, polite and so helpful. thank you, eric!
The reason for the one star is because I was side swiped out side the store inside the parking lot where I parked to walk in for cigarettes i was able too alert the other driver with my horn before he hit my truck but he took off in a black 2020 ish dodge ram my passenger side door is crinkled all I need is the plate number but there 90 cameras they have cant get his plate number lmao just my luck

Waited for cashier for a few minutes while he was on his personal cell phone. When asked if he was ready he stated one more minute to my husband. Unacceptable. 👎
