One of the best and friendliest stores I’ve been to in a long time. They carry wide variety of hard to find parts, equipment, and firearms all at a more than fair price. Throughout any transaction the staff is more than helpful and willing to aid you with any questions or concerns with undivided attention. Mike was a class act, I’ll definitely be returning. I’d recommend this store to anyone, especially those new to owning and operating firearms due to the friendly atmosphere this store promotes.

Awesome people to purchase from and spot one with customer service! Bought a MP Shield, didn’t try up selling or BSing me (first firearm purchase in MA, and first ever they knew of). Got home tonight and for the life of me couldn’t find my second mag, figured it had been left out when they cleared the pistol to let me see it. Offered to replace is ASAP for me, turns out I’m the A-Hole, and it had fallen out of the box (my fault) but the fact that they wanted to make it right no questions goes really far! So as a person with moderate knowledge about firearms but still considerably new to the gun owner community, the guys over at Troy City Tactical were extremely knowledgable, professional, affordable and most importantly— friendly! To me, all these qualities are necessary to successfully owning ANY business; and these guys have hit the nail on the head in that department. A lot of gunshops found locally, in my opinion and from my own experience are somewhat over priced and unhelpful. I normally dont go out of my way to write reviews, for I am a 21 year old college student with not enough time on my hands (insert lol here); and for me to continue writing this exceptionally long review— that should tell you something.
