WAS EXTREMLEY PLEASED .THE HEARING AIDS WORK MUSH BETTER THAN PREVIOUS ONES.ALSO BOUGHT THE TV ADDAPTER,WHICH HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE SETTING UP. I CALLED AND THEY STAYED ON THE LINE WITH ME UNTIL SETUP WAS COMPLETE. I WOULD RECOMEND HEARING LIFE TO ANYONE!!!!

Very professional and helpful. Fix my problem which took a while and gave me supplies to help me down the road. Been to two other places in the past 1 1/2 years and there’re is no comparison. Thank you again. And Chris gets an A plus too. Very courteous.

There is plenty of parking. The office is very well maintained. They follow the Covid 19 guide lines. The secretary was very nice and helpful. Michael the tech knows his job. He did a very thorough exam. He was very nice also.

Hearing life is outstanding. Mile the tech explained to me after hearing test where my hearing and what my options were for hearing aids. I would recommend them to anyone with hearing problems.

My time was wasted! Made appointment on 9/8/20 get there only to find out they don’t take my insurance seriously why didn’t u ask me over the phone getting tired of these docs being greedy! With money cause that’s what it comes down to ! U know mass health won’t put out the asking amt your askin instead you’ll go with the ppl who have better insurance shame on you!

Mass Audiology is a small business located in a house on Hanover Street in Fall River, MA. They totally saved my husbands hearing. I used to have to repeat myself all the time before he got his hearing aids. When you visit you are asked to bring someone with you that has a familiar voice for when you actually get your hearing aids to test them out. Before that on your first visit you get a free hearing test and assessment. Richard or Mike chooses the best hearing aids for you and submits them to your insurance. Then in 3-4 weeks you have brand new hearing aids. You come in, he puts them in for you, tests them out, shows you how to use them and either charge them or replace the batteries. Also you get free batteries for life. He gives you maybe 6 packs at a time and you can go back every few months to get more. This is excellent because batteries are very expensive. 5 stars for Mass Audiology and I would definitely recommend to anyone.
