GM Refrigeration Co is absolutely the best HVAC company in the greater New Bedford/Fall River area. They did a fantastic job with our new high efficiency furnaces and I could not be happier with the results. Dan and Rick were very through and the team did a great job installing everything, including the sheet metal as well. Shane was also great coordinating all of the efforts of their team. I will be working with GM Refrigeration for all my HVAC needs moving forward. These guys are absolutely the best! Easy 5/5

GM Refrigeration has been our businesss go-to for HVAC and refrigeration. They recently replaced on of our coolers, and could not be happier. They are by far the most professional game in town.

I called GM Refrigeration and described the issue I was experiencing. They advised that one of my parts could be faulty, and that I may be able to switch it out on my own. Or if I did not feel comfortable doing it they would come and investigate. The part cost $5 so I tried it on my own. It worked and I saved a lot of money. I really appreciate GMs honesty and professionalism - they could have taken my money at an expensive rate, but they were honest. Much appreciated!

Will not be bring my buisness back here, unreasonable bill presented for just a few hours of a single technician using my assistance to do his job the whole time. Still took 4.25 hours to flare a 2 lines, run vac, and charge system. Rediculous, paid almost as much for this as i did the system. Unhappy with this service, hope this helps. ✌🏼

Very bad adviceFriday Just shows up under 15 minutes says impossible to fix and if he will try it will cost material more than a hundred and he cant guarantee his works so its not worth to work and he ask for $106.50 I paide it.
