My family went into the Radio Shack and we were greeted by Dee the store manager. We were there to get my son a new phone for his birthday. She got us all set up and the service was great. It is now a Sprint corporate store so you can still go buy all the widgets and gadgets that you have relied upon for years. You can always count on Radio Shack. Stop by and say hi to Dee, she will make you feel great about your purchases.

I swear the sprint reps there are either brain dead or have serious lack of proper experience. Not only did they take there sweet time but had multiple brain farts that just wasted my time only to tell me that they couldnt figure out how to activate my phone. I went online and did the same thing that they failed to do in under five minutes...

I needed a USB adapter ASAP. Wade was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny too! My trip went on as planned. Thanks Wade!

Basically a rip off place. I will never buy another product from radio shack again. Yeah of course they want you to buy a warranty on their rinky dink stuff. It will go out in 30 days and they wont do any exchanges at all. Rude rude rude when you talk to them about it too. I guess its off to bust buy.

Nice staff but not very knowledgable. They didnt know how to even turn the camera on. I made my purchase somewhere else.
