Wow!! So in love with this place. I had an idea of what I wanted and what I wanted to do. So easy and hassle free. I was able to walk through and find the rock I wanted, weigh my truck and they loaded the truck while it was on the scale. Gave me precisely the amount I needed. Got home, unloaded and went back for the second kind of rock. Yay. My yard looks so great. So very happy with the product and the price!!!

Rock heaven! They have sooo many rocks. It’s so amazing. It’s like the best treasure hunt ever. If you want to pick your Boulder out yourself come to this location. They have every thing.

Very cool go to place for Rocks,Boulders,slate,sculpted stone, drove around the yard in a golf cart they provide free of charge ! Huge selection and variety !! Employees are very friendly and helpful.. downside theres a sign on the office showroom door says 🚻 restrooms only for employees, My wife and myself are in our 60s and my wife needed the restroom..the business is really not close to any other businesses..so we had to leave..But besides that I give them a 5 star !!

We are customers here since we started working on our backyard. Yesterday though we went there like we usually do however had our mom with us. The lady working inside by cashier section was extremely rude to my mom. My mom is a 76 year old lady, and there should be respect towards older citizens. Just to say they lost my business, I would take my business elsewhere who are nicer individuals and respectful individual are hired at places. This person was not raised correctly.

The only spot to get your landscaping materials

We ordered 6 tons of rock, 3 turquoise boulders and the runner and stakes to redo our yard. We’re really pleased, and every person, from the customer service to the guys in the yard, to the delivery driver were awesome and friendly! Highly recommend, delivery was smooth and they arrived just when they said they would.

We had an outstanding experience at Southwest Boulder and Stone in Fallbrook. Our rocks were delivered on time and they are perfect. Everyone we spoke with in the yard and in the office was friendly and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and welcome. We were very impressed with their large selection and excellent quality.We had been reluctant to make the trip down there based on some of the less favorable reviews, but we are very glad we did. It really is a landscaping heaven and the prices are very fair. We felt that their system of measuring the larger boulders vs. weighing them was fast and effective.We are now telling all of our neighbors about Southwest Boulder, especially when they notice “the rock.” We will definitely use them again when we need our next load of landscape rocks.

This is a beautiful place to stroll around in, and they have a fantastic selection of stone, gravel, mulch and soils. They are also fairly priced and very friendly!

Southwest Boulder and Stone is one of the best suppliers with whom I have done business. The selection is wonderful. There is always something new to see during a visit. I can either just order stone over the phone or internet or go to one of their yards and select boulders in person by hand. The staff is very helpful, professional, thorough and enthusiastic. The service is great. They all make it look easy.

Price gougers!!!!! Drive to Alpine Rock, El Cajon, or Whitewater Rock near Palm Springs and you can save MUCHO $$$. Arizona Flagstone Quote $480 ton @ SW, $360 ton @Alpine. Yep, same stuff maybe even better quality at Apline. Better service also!

Great customer service.

As homeowners trying to redo our front and back yard landscaping to a dessert theme (without breaking the bank), we have bought from SW Boulder and Stone in Fallbrook a lot. They have a massive, endless selection of decomposed granite (great colors!), as well as gravel and rock in just about every size imaginable. Their service is excellent, their sales people are very, very helpful and knowledgeable, and their prices are pretty reasonable. We had a lot of questions and they were able to help us understand how to safely lay driveable pavers, how to form and fill our dry riverbed, and a lot more. From welded-steel cactus to clear blue glass chunks to tall rocks drilled with deep holes made to hold your wine collection, they have a lot of ways to bling your yard, too. We especially liked the metal fire pit turned in to a cactus garden, which is a very cool look and will be something we work into our yard. Also, their delivery charge is not nearly as high as some other places.You can tool around their yard in a golf cart, marking the items and pallets you want, and having a lot of fun (but leave the kids at home, it is still a rock yard). The hardest part is choosing between this cool grey and white boulder or that very interesting blue kino rock, and they deliver whatever you do end up choosing to you within days. Their delivery driver (we always get Jim) is great, placing our pallets on our driveway as tight as possible to fit it all in, and always leaving that walkway between the rows of pallets. He calls to let you know hes there, and does a great job! Overall, SW Boulder is a very good location to get your desert landscaping materials, and they have a lot of great ideas and helpful people to help you plan what you want, too!
