Wonderful people here! I had a last minute FedEx shipment to get out today and did not have my label or packaging. They printed my label and got my package out. Great experience!

A great place. The person behind the counter was nice and helpful. She knew what services to choose to ship everything out. She had me taken care of quickly. The prices were fair for the services I chose. Its really the only shipping service in town and the best one.

Charged me over $40 to ship a $25 Priority Mail package.... I will NEVER patronize this business again. The clerk was RUDE as hell!!! NEVER AGAIN! UGH!

Shipping has never been easier. They literally did everything for me. Packaged, labeled, and shipped both my UPS and USPS packages. I need to ship more just so I can go back and have that experience again.

So its supposedly a ups shipping place.and guess what not true you either need to go to reno.or Carson city.the staff was not friendly. Only the male owner.but if you need to ship look elsewhere for better prices and service.

My review is going to be a long one. the first time I came here a few months back which is a place that s a little out of the way for me to drive, I wanted to know how much their printing from email prices were, at the time they were either 21-23 cents which i did print 6 copies that day, so I was like great, that`s cheaper than the place I go to on main, which is 52-54 cents depending on the day so thats half, I send my 8 copies today, to their email and as I get there they have already printed my pages out which was a relief bc they got them, but then she tells me its a dollar a copy. It makes me so mad that the printing prices went up by 400%, I wish I never came! I didnt spend any money, zero cents this whole weekend to come here and spend 8 dollars on 8 pieces of paper. I promise I will never come back here again, I wasted my time and money coming out of the way thinking I was going to save 4 dollars instead spending more when I can print on base for free. I hate spending money on things I dont need. I just lost money going there some of the things I sold were only 2 dollar profits so if I am spending 1 dollar on the label Im not making anything. Im so upset. If you want to spend a dollar a print be my guest. But I like to save, this is a person who fills their bottles at any water fountain they can find. yes Im cheap!

The UPS store Clerk was extremely rude. She slammed my card and the counter and when she printed the receipt she didnt even have the decency to put it in my hand. She just out right shoved it across the desk to me. Not at all customer friendly.
