Unfriendly and unhelpful if you bought an Amazon/Walmart pool. Seems like if you dont have $30k to spend on their stuff they dont want your business..... even though I found the parts I needed to fix my hot tub on the shelf, they took the time to explain to me that I couldnt possibly install them my self, and I must hire their technician.....I wound up order from Amazon, and waiting 3 days to fix the hot tub, which is frustrating when they had the part on the shelf, sorry Im too poor to shop at your store, but I learned my lesson
