Complete lack of customer service. They tried telling my doctor and the nurses that help my doctor that they have been in contact with me through out this whole ordeal. That was a flat out lie, they NEVER contacted me what so ever. I in fact contacted their HQ in Clearwater, FL. twice about their complete lack of customer service. Then to find out they even lied to the nurses and my doctor now puts them into the category of being inept. The nurse canceled the order and they told her that no one else will be able to get the medical device either, meanwhile she has been in contact with other service providers and they have it in stock and ready to go. This place does not deserve to be in business. I was told today by the nurse that there was a recall that they are dealing with. That is something that LINCARE should have called and told me, but that was obviously to hard for them to accomplish. Avoid doing any kind of business with this inept business as they will lie evidently.

My mother needed her oxygen machine serviced, called this morning, done by the afternoon. : ) Weve been dealing with this company for a few years now, with her CPAP and oxygen needs. No customer service Susan Adams has no skill and has no concern for the people in our community. She breaks hippa laws every time I go in that office. Asked for her supervisors information and was told she wasnt giving that information out.
