Nice place, good inventory. Kinda utilitarian but a good place to shop for home essentials. They didnt have the toaster cozy I was looking for but thats ok.

This is a pharmacy Bed, Bath & Beyond because it has over the counter medicines, hygiene products, hair care and more, but no actual pharmacy. They carry some products you cant buy other places, so I find myself visiting every couple of months. The store is clean and staff is helpful and plentiful. The only drawback is their prices are a little high compared to other stores.

I can never remember my membership u.n. & p.w. to get my 20% discount, and the staff here went the extra mile to look up and verify my membership and get me the discount. Thats what I call good customer service.

I went in to return a picnic basket that I had bought online, went back to my car, and saw that they had charged me another transaction for the item instead of a return. So in total I have $80 transaction on my card, when to begin with I was returning. I had called the place to see what they can do about it since they charged me twice, instead of giving me my money back. The manager Patricia, just said that they could not do anything about it and contact my bank. My bank has nothing to do with it because the transaction came from the store itself. Thankfully my dispute went through with my bank.

Convenient location, reasonable prices, slightly understaffed, I guess it was due to Covid and shortage of man power.

Great parking for a week stocked store. Friendly service and the lines move fast. Dont forget your coupons 😉

I had a fantastic customer service experience here after a poor one at the Fairfax location. I came to exchange a 70lb wine fridge from my BB&B registry. I thought I might have issues since I didnt have a receipt, but they easily looked up my registry and confirmed the purchase.The two employees who helped me bring in the wine fridge were extremely kind and were also very nice to my dogs :).

This is my go to place for bedding and bath needs.The area is still under construction 🚧

I must be getting older because I love stepping foot in here way too much.

Rather low stock after holiday,while before narrow isles...Seems to be similar with other stores in that mall/center/plaza. Looking for toothpaste thats not fulls of fake sugars: sorbitol, xylitol, stevia, and just plain etoh, etc. Even on brands claiming to be natural could not find Any... Years ago got my first toy robot on clearance after holiday sale, nothing much fun there anymore. Is that store slated to close? BeWare with coupons giving your address, etc to staff/manglement. YMMV

Wow...Salespeople out there made extra effort in helping me an out of stock order...via online purchase in store...after 4 days I received all z items on time.

Dec. 15, 2020Went to BB&B today to purchase a specific iron after researching choices and checking to be sure they had it. I purchased a Rowenta Steamforce iron and returned home. While filling out the Rowenta Warranty online I realized that the iron I had in my possession was not the Steamforce but an inferior model. I called the Baileys Crossroads BB&B, spoke with the Manager (Patricia) who was totally unhelpful. She essentially said it is not our responsibility as customers switch merchandise. My response was if that was occurring in the store, check-out personnel should be instructed to open all boxes to ensure that the merchandise inside the box matched the description on the box. She thought that was a ridiculous suggestion. I went back to the store with the incorrect iron in the Rowemta Steamforce box and Patricia handed me another Steamforce box. I asked that she open it to verify that the contents were correct and it was obvious that she was offended by that request. Lousy customer service and lousy attitude of the Manager. I do not expect that I will go back to that store.

Had just what I needed knowledgeable staff, comparable prices, and not too far away; best so far.

Great price on runner rug!

Ordered online soda stream cylinder, paid 29 dollars.It did not work/defective. I Called BB&B on Bailies Cross Roads, they told me to bring the receipt so they will refund me my money. Patricia at Customer Service desk told me that nothing they can do about it. She was dismissive, rude. after me insisting on the return, she took my number and told me she will ask HQ what to do in this situation. Honestly? Those soda refills can be bought at other places. bB&B just lost a loyal customer.

I was able to find the items tjst O needed and then some. The store is well stocked, clean and well laid out. The personnel associates were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Ill be back!

I purchased a Vicks humidifier and a microwave from the store on Route 7. The prices were very reasonable. The sales staff were courteous and helpful. They take the time to show me the difference between models and features. Plus they always honor their 20% off coupons with no expiration date.

Entering a Bed Bath & Beyond is like entering a toy store as a kid. You dont really have any idea what you may want but you are likely to find something you suddenly need. Also, really friendly staff who have helped me and family find items we really did need or want. Some of the items do seem amazing or just plain silly but always brighten ones day.

Love this place. I can go here once a month to find something new I need. Coupons never expire here so save them all and bring them with you. Great place to just wonder around and see new products and items. I always leave with something new.

Great store that sells basically everything for your home. It is very well organized with employees to help if you have a question or cant find what your looking for. I personally gave it only 4 stars because I find things to be a little on the pricier side for many products.

Courteous and helpful

Love the store, but do take out their credit card with them. Cant pay in store and they werent sending a bill after we talked on phone. They charged me late fees and interest on interest. Paid them off and cancelled it. Only had a few months. But love the store.

Terrible service. I was there yesterday to buy an orange squeezer. Everybody was just pointing to some random place that it’s there. To the point that even another customer told one of the lady, can you help that gentleman please? And her response was he will be fine. Because the thing I was buying was worth only $10 so they didn’t want to help me. They make their decision of helping a customer based on how much money a customer is going to spend. It was my first time there. I don’t think if I’m going back.

David is a grest associate and made what could have been a very stressful day much less so. He helped me find exactly what i needed. Will go back because of his great service...

Long time ago, bought my first WowWee TriBots from a few BB&B, then CHIP, and the rest is history... After Xmas clearance was helpful, but not much seen there this year. In separate sections but maybe picked thru already, idk. YMMV. Diana F-B is AMAZING there and very helpful. :) The check out line system is a mess (should be more like Ross stores system with one big line and multiple cashiers) this leads to lots of jumbled people not knowing who is next. Very poor customer service! When you sell defective products under the bed bath and beyond label, you should accept returns/store credit without a receipt. Clearly it was purchased at a BBB store.I previously shopped here but will not be returning. The manager was unhelpful and refused to offer any consolation.

I wouldnt shop very often at Bed, Bath and Beyond. However, I had a 20% movers coupon to use and some things I needed to buy. One of the items I needed was out of stock but the sales associate said hed order it for me while still giving the discount. Their no-hassle return policy was another reason to shop there.

They didnt have the map of the world shower curtain for my grandkids or the periodic chart of the elements from my grandkids also I got it in two days they shipped it to my house great service people great store
