The staff I met there Miss Lisa and Mr. Carroll were the best and gave me the executive treatment. Mr. Carroll my honest thanks to you and your team for taking care of my vehicle Toyota Corolla and not just the part that needed taking care of but the entire assessment of the vehicle to make it runs at its best. Somebody told me this place is the best Ford fix center around. Front desk service was okay. Advisors work on time. However, I am not getting any fix job here due to nice GEICO guy told me my little girl was totaled.(As picture shows) I can only judge by comparing it with other body shop. Their attitude is far better than some reviews on Google Map. The GEICO local guy (Brain) was super professional, super friendly and super responsive.

Their communication was non-existent. I had to call several times just to get an update on my car. The staff was unprofessional and rude. When I got my car back, several things were thrown about and there was trash everywhere. This shop wasted my time and money. I do not recommend taking your car here.

Service was quick and delivery on time. Highly recommend working with the collision center if you ever need work done on your Ford. They worked seamlessly with Geico to iron out the kinks so I could enjoy my car asap.

Prompt and communicative. Jerry is honest and doesnt tell you you need repairs unless theyre absolutely necessary. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was extremely nice of them and much appreciated.

These guys are Amazing! I don’t understand the negative reviewers. They are always on time, very patient with you. They care about you a lot! I have been there twice and every single time: Liz and Corina ( Karina) are always so friendly and helpful! I am truly impressed with these guys! And I am a repeat client!

Came here after my vehicle was hit in a parking lot. USAA repair center. Staff was friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. Repair body work looks great but did take a few days longer than quoted.

I loved this place absolutely 5 stars. Not only did they fix my repairs but also addressed a problem with a previous repair(done by Caliber Collision) and had to take my car back.. The job is beautiful! Gene helped me most through the way! Their communication is top notch! Enterprise was clean and loved their service. Thank you so much! Please come here!

The location is good, but based on the service I received, I recommend going elsewhere for your repair. There was a schedule mix-up where I requested a Monday at 7:30am, but got scheduled for a different day. Partially my fault for not reading the confirmation email more closely. But, my major complaint is how I was treated by the intake person when we realized the mistake. I felt she went out of her way to make me feel very stupid about it - had no patience for it. A little sensitivity goes a long way when someone has just gone thru an accident. I took responsibility for the confusion and would have come back on the correct day, but decided to reschedule with a different body shop based on the rude treatment.

Unbelievable bad repair jobAfter being rear ended by a texting teenager, our almost new Honda CR-V now looks like a 2 tone back yard repair vehicle.They did not match the paint and after waiting 3 weeks for the repair told them to fix it, it looked ridiculous.So after another week they said it was repainted and when we went to pick it up had exactly the same 2 tone paint job.Could not wait any longer so we picked it upBetween Geico and there high recommendation of this place and the poor repair we received I do not know who is worseAlso the 2 sections of our bumper where coming apart and they left a puddle of a slippery liquid in the passenger seat foot wellDo not use this place they do not care and are incompetentAlso. Geico does not follow up to see if the repair was satisfactory and clearly does not care.

If youre directed to bring your vehicle here for Geico Auto Repair Express (ARX), dont walk, RUN elsewhere. My experience here from start to finish was terrible. What I cannot speak to is their repairs - my car was deemed totaled. This is a review of Geico ARX & Enterprise at this location.Heres what youre in for:- Rude and somewhat clueless reception.- Overhearing ridiculous and unprofessional arguments between the receptionist and techs.- Multiple calls from Geico telling you youve missed your appointment despite the fact that you did not and are in the shops system.- Wasting your time dropping by the shop twice to confirm you are indeed in the system and that your car is being worked on.- Getting exactly zero notifications about your cars status.- Waiting two weeks just to be told your car is totaled while you are out of town.- Having to grab your personal effects after you no longer have a rental car, so you have to lug it out of there on foot.- Your deductible not being waived despite being informed two days after the accident that the other company is claiming liability.- Deceitful Enterprise policies. The agent will explicitly tell you that Geico is covering everything and theyre just putting a $50 hold on your card that will be reimbursed. What they dont tell you is that optional insurance is NOT covered. Leading to...- A surprise $300 bill from Enterprise for your rental, which was supposed to be fully covered by Geico.Im out $500 for my deductible for the foreseeable future and $300 for the deceitful Enterprise charge.This place was a disaster at every possible turn. Seriously, avoid it unless youre working with the body shop directly.

Shoddy work, and theyll insult you when you question it.I had the misfortune to get sent here by Geico for an inspection after a small car accident. My mechanic had already looked at my car and diagnosed a number of damaged parts. These jokers said the car was mostly fine even though they didnt actually look at the parts previously noted as damaged. They just said to do one repair and get back on the road, never mind that I specifically told them they had already been diagnosed as damaged. Even though a damaged wheel, control arm, and tie rod are very standard issues following a hard hit on the wheel, they just told me theres no possible way they could have been damaged (again, they didnt even look).After Geico sent an adjuster to my mechanic a week later so someone competent could show them what was damaged, a full repair was eventually paid for, but these guys wasted a bunch of time with a pointless and incompetent inspection.Also dont be fooled by their appointment system. They didnt even look at my car for 24 hours after I dropped it off for my appointment.

Koons collision center helped turn a bad situation (car accident) into a very pleasant experience. I have Geico as an insurer and they had an adjuster onsite as well as a enterprise rental center. From drop off to pick up was only about 7 days and my car was returned perfect! I cannot recommend them enough - really grateful for choosing this shop for my repairs. Nit: do not try to over promise the delivery date. Be more conservative with estimated pickup times so the driver doesnt feel strung along.

My brother took his truck here and it took over 3 weeks for work that maybe should have taken a little over a week. Someone dropped the ball and then there was no communication. Finally my brother calls Ford and then he started to receive general emails which turned out not to be accurate. You would try to call up there and Liz would just put you in a voicemail or say they will call you back which they never did. Finally on my off day I spent the whole day calling and going up there to make sure my brothers truck would be ready since he is handicap and cant move very well. The whole process was horrible and if you have options stay away from here!! John Morris who is the manager of this shop is a coward and doesnt even have the courage to call and talk with my brother and apologize for the horrible customer service he received.

Took my car there after a accident back in August of 2017. The automated updates are far from accurate, I went the day that my car was suppose to be ready just to get there and the driver side door is not opening properly, they broke the clip to hold in the speaker cover. I left that day without my car. Fast forward to roughly a year later, I take my car back to get the door looked at again since it started acting up, they fix it again. Krum comes and tells me that they fixed the issue but that my latch is wearing down and gave me a estimate for $315 to fix it and explains that when it locks it is loud(seemed weird to me since it sounded normal to me). I go along with it and go and get in my car just to discover that the locks were drastically louder than they were before I came in. I walk back inside and Krum takes the car back into the garage and the latch that was loud when it came out was miraculously fixed in about 5 minutes. It seems like to me that they were trying to get one over on me. Do not ever go to this body shop unless you want to walk out upset every single time you go there.

Called to schedule an appointment the mornin of 11/8/2019 got overshadowed by laughter from the staff. Called back and got all circuits are busy, please try your call again later.Very unprofessional would not trust them to preform basic services. They didnt even set up an answering machine.

Worst experience ever.I trusted this place to get my car repair, after a bumper to bumper accident. nothing major. they did fix what the accident damaged, but when I received my car back the windshield was crack and I let them aware that my car wasnt looking like that when I brought it in to shop. at first they said they were going take care of it and they gonna give me a call rather I bring it back to the shop or they go to my house and get it fix so I was fine with that 2 hrs later they called me just to tell me that my car was already crack before the repair and they email me 3 pictures one before the repair where theres no proof of a crack and the other 2 inside the shop with the crack. So I when back to the shop to see what they were talking about after they previously told me that they gonna fix it anyways I got to the shop and they show me the picture previous the repair and after arguing whit Gerry about not existing crack that he sees but couldnt proof it at the end he told me to go and talk to his manager because he is not gonna pay for that damage I talked to the manager and he gave me an explanation of how a chipped becomes a crack due to the weather and high speed which I didnt ask for and told me that the easy way to get it fix is to put a claim to my insurance and pay for a deductible. I got so tired of dealing to unprofessional people, i gave him a thanks for useless explanation definitely not recommend place to get your car fix because they will not take care of you like a good customer service should. My windshield is still broken and they did not fix it. Theyre unconsiderate and shouldnt be considered as a place to fix your car if youre ever in an accident. I was gonna give 2 stars but they dont even deserve it.

Overpriced and unorganized. They sent me an e-mail saying my car would be ready at 6:05 PM on 10/17, so I got a ride all the way over there only for them to tell me that it wasnt ready and they dont know why or how the email was sent.Also, the music while they put you on hold is maddening.
