Super helpful staffs! Bought my car here is the bed decision I made! George is a super helpful dealer who truly cares about your safety and your car even after he had business with you. I always drive the car to him if I found something is not quite right. They had my cooler filled a couple of times, checked with my alignment, replaced my fog lights for free once, tighten the connector for the LED ahead-light. All the staffs are very friendly and responsive to the problem that occurs on their sold vehicle.

These guys are liars and cheats. I told them I was coming down to buy a car I wanted on their lot and I was promised they would hold it for me. I was even willing to put a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold it. They never called me or texted me back after I agreed to this...they sold it out from under me within hours of their promise. Dont trust this place.

We were looking for a used reliable car for a family member in need. At first we were nervous when we approached the dealership/service station but looks can be deceiving. The car was exactly as described and owner was very kind and we were very happy with the overall experience. Highly recommend if you are looking for used low mileage older vehicles.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I went here In hopes of buying a new car. After looking a Honda I decided to buy from the owner of the shop and tried to negotiate the price. I told the owner I wanted the car cleaned and when I came to pick it up he did not clean anything at all, after he repeatedly told me he did. After I showed them the inside of the car he started to vacuum and clean it. If it was clean already then he would of not done that. The owner was super unprofessional. He told me he would lower the price and he did not do so. He lied and tried to say the discount was already included in the car. Which makes no sense, considering the price of the car was the same! He then proceeding to cut me off, yell and refund me my down payment. He is very inpatient and worst had Terrible customer service DO NOT GO THERE. Take your money and patience somewhere else!

I purchased a car from George last week, Im out of state. Ive bought 10 cars in as many years and this has been one of the easiest transactions and best experiences I can remember. No BS and hes gone out of his way to accommodate my needs, including taking the car to and back from an inspection from a local mechanic and holding it on his lot until Im able to travel and pick it up.

Dealership hid a major transmission issue with the car and even lied twice about repairing it. Bottom line.....4400$ to get the car on the road. Ignored requests to make the situation right when contacted. States AG involved now.Don’t buy from here. Very dishonest.

Tried to work out a deal on a car. I live 4 hours away so I was hoping to negotiate price before making the drive but I was ghosted after making a very reasonable offer on the car. No negotiating, just refused to respond to me. Thats pretty childish. At least I didnt waste my time driving up, Im sure having to deal with this kind of maturity in person would have been infuriating.

Great collection of vehicles for very reasonable prices, and theyre willing to always listen to costumers and fix minor things if need to be. That was our experience, we first were looking at a 2010 BMW X3 they had, then we found a 2011 one (newer body) for almost the same budget. Also they were nice enough to offer us a warranty for a very good price. Cant ask for more. (Ask for George). Highly recommended if looking to buy a used car

Ammoury Auto isnt your regular (Big Dealership) experience as they make due with the limited sized lot they have. Usually I get stressed out expecting hard sells and constant gimmicks to get me to buy. Not this time, Jay made the decision easy with his excellent customer service and communication skills. Between him and his owner it felt like the fastest and easiest car buying experience Ive had and I love my Honda! Bought a car from Ammoury Auto a couple weeks ago after shopping around a bit. They were the first dealership that was upfront, honest and willing to help not just sell a car. That was all I wanted in a car buying experience versus the lies, tricks and whatever else you get going other places! They replaced windshield wipers and a tail light when I went back to pick up the title and was even more pleased with their customer service. Not your typical dealership, in a good way! Jay was my sales rep....There wasnt the hassle of a larger scale dealership. Was able to test drive the car on my own and take my time checking things out. The whole process was easy. Highly recommendable.

Bought a used car from them fairly quickly. Car passed MD inspection without problems despite being a 2004. But the 5-star review is for their customer service: there were a couple of minor issues with the paperwork and a jammed lock, which they fixed without charge and within a reasonable time. Great customer service and people.

First off I hate the thought of vehicle shopping with its haggling, hidden costs and other dealer tricks. That was not my experience with Ammoury Auto. Everything about the sale was upfront and transparent. They did not try and pressure me into purchasing anything I didnt want. The salesperson, Jay, was extremely pleasant and professional. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and reasonably priced. It appeared that all the fluids were replaced (even the tranny) or topped off and the tires were new. Ammoury Auto is a small service center, not a big auto dealership but dont overlook them if your looking to purchase a vehicle. I bought the vehicle I had seen online and I am very satisfied with the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends shopping around for a car

This is the only place in the area I trust to give accurate assessments and realistic prices. They refuse to charge me for simple things (like getting license plate holes put into the front of my car when moving to Virginia) and rarely try to up-charge me.

Their Car warranty is a junk, be aware of this before buying a car in this place, be aware before sign the paper AS IS because after sign that there will not be nothing you can do, you will lose your money.

Again.Made a telephone offer on a 05 RAV4, Mike called me back in 10-mins, agreed on the price, and I picked her up.Simple.
