I’ve taken my cracked cell phones to this shop for about ten years now. Yes, I’m unlucky and drop my phone often. Always, they have fixed it and made it look new! They truly stand by their work and are good honest and humble business people. I give their cards out and refer people all the time because this is truly a good honest reputable and affordable phone repair shop. Thank you 🙏

I’m sharing this review with great disappointment as a fellow Vietnamese companion essentially ripped off another Vietnamese person. My father, an extremely inexperienced computer person, walked in to their store requesting for 2 simple things: a replacement battery and to wipe the laptop. They claimed to have completely “repaired” the laptop and provided a new battery. Upon visiting my father, I checked his laptop and he told me about this experience. The new replacement battery works fine… however, nothing was done to the laptop. This establishment charged him $160 for “labor” and the battery. Not only was the battery $20 off Amazon, but what was the labor in regards to…? What did you do that cost $140 of “labor”?You willingly decided to cheat and take advantage an 80 year old man… Extremely disappointed…

This place is a scam. i originally came here because it was the cheapest around. i guess you get what you pay for though. they fixed my phone screen here and a week later some of the pixels died while there was no visible crack and i did not drop it. i went back to the store and they fixed it again for free. this screen also broke without cracking less than 2 weeks later. they charge 100 dollars when the phone screens they buy are worthless and dont cost more than 20 dollars.

This is my first time writing a Google review. I had the worst experience at this place. My mom came in with an Iphone 6s-64Gb, and asked the owner to fix the phone since there are some problems with the phone. When she came back to pick up the phone, the owner gave us an Iphone 6-32Gb. My mom and I came in the next day asking if we could get our original phone back because this was not our phone. He pointed finger at us and said we were scammers. First of all, he did not give us any receipt or evidence when he took in our phone. When she first dropped the phone off, my mom actually insisted that he should write a receipt or something to prove that we dropped off an Iphone 6s and it was 64Gb. But the owner said the phone was old and had no value, so don’t be worried! He even guaranteed! Well, as expected, it happened! When we came, the owner argued with us and refused to give us our original phone. I asked to check the camera and he said the camera was broken or there was no camera in that store. He even pushed my mom and I (physically touching and squeezing our arms) out of the store. This was such an abusive act I have ever received in my life from a stores owner as a customer. When I was waiting for the police to come, he calmed down, apologized, and gave us an Iphone 6s back (which was still not our original phone). I accepted his apology and did not press charge against him because I felt that he was my own people and just wanted to make a business. From this experience, I WOULD NOT recommend anyone going to this store again. I know the price is cheaper to repair comparing to other stores, but if you are going here, please demand the owner to give a receipt or some types of evidence when you first drop off your phone (even when the phone has no value according to the owner) to prevent all of these problems.

Courteous and knowledgeable. Told me what to expect when dealing with xbox one X HDMI port issues and what repair costs are. Told me how to troubleshoot. If I do need to have it repaired, I will take it to them.

Amazing job. Fixed my kids shattered iPad. Did it in an hour as promised. Warn ya, his English isnt great but he knows his stuff. Was very economical vs nearby alternatives. Likely will go back monthly with something else.

Good place to repair your phone and services. I got old broken phone fix and give it to my nephew instead to put it under table for fair price. They also have prepaid plan just only $20 for him to get unlimited call, text, some data that enough for him. Very happy with the service !Will come again.

Im glad other people have had a good experience with this place but that wasnt the case for me.I called them Saturday, 11/16 and asked how much a screen replacement would cost for an S7 and how long it would take. They told me to bring it in the next day and it would cost $120 and be done in one hour. I went first thing Sunday morning on 11/18 at 10am and was told it would cost $120 and would take two hours.. hmm. This old guy didnt speak English very well but he could definitely understand. I confirmed and said ok, Ill come back in two hours (fingers) and he nodded and said yes.I go back in 2 hours and of course Eden is crawling with people. The same older guy sees me and acts like I didnt come in earlier that morning. He calls over a younger guy and the younger guy explains they had to order a part. I did not know they didnt have the part. So I asked him, so why did you guys tell me two hours? And he looked shocked and said oh really? He tells me sorry and says itll be fixed by 2pm on Monday and Ill be able to pick it up then.On Monday, 11/18 I call around noon several times to both numbers listed for this business. No one picks up. When Im finally able to leave work and arrive there at 330pm the older gentleman laughs when I ask about my phone. He says the phone still isnt fixed. Then he takes about 5 minutes to find my phone. I take it and leave because why the hell would I trust some place that lies to this degree?Dont waste your time here unless you really can afford to waste your time.

Installed glass screen protector from this shop. It has bubbles and price is super high for installation. And didnt even say sorry or thank you. Ill never go back there for anything. Stay away from this shop.

This guy is a crook. He quoted verbally at $120 but wrote down 180 without the $ sign along with some other phone specs so you think its some kind of code, and give it to you as a receipt. He didnt want us to wait either. Luckily I checked again about the price before walking out of the store and leaving my phone with him. Thats when he said Oh, its $180 All 3 of us heard $120 initially. I grabbed my phone and left the place. Be very careful!

Need a fast iPhone battery swap? Come here! I walked in 5 minutes before closing, explained that I need my battery changed by the next day, and the owner offered to do the swap on spot! 15 minutes later, I walked out with a fresh battery and a huge smile. Great local service.

I dare you to find some place cheaper. These guys do a wonderful job. They fixed my LG G3 screen for a great price - much better than any of the other places on Yelp and Google Plus. It is weird, if you search cell phone repair on yelp, this place doesnt come up, which is a shame, because they really do a good job.The provide a 30 day warranty on all repairs. I had an issue with the glue coming up. I went back and they quickly fixed it within 5 minutes.This place is nested within Eden Center. Parking can be a chore sometimes, but I would highly recommend you get your phone fixed here.

Have my watch look at after 15 min. Or so associate tells me he dont have time to do after looking mine he took next persons there same race .I taught that was racist.

Got my iPhone X front screen replaced here, I’m so satisfied with my decision. At first I went to another store that cost me $150 to get my broken screen replaced but the quality was very bad, it was working good in a couple days then touch stop working and lcd color getting blurry .I came back to the shop and get the refunds .Then I came to this place they charge $200 but the quality was very good, my phone is working as good as new .

This place is the WORST place ever to get your phone fixed. They use cheap parts. My phone went completely black well watching TV and i took it back for the 3rd time in less than week. I took it back today to let them know what happened and they say its the LCD... what the hell? I brought it in because the LCD was broke. So basically they never fixed or they used cheap parts smh. I will be in there with my father who is a police officer. Ill get my money back for sure. Stay away from here people. Seriously..

Fast and great service! I found this shop after 3 other tries to get my LCD replaced. Everyone else told me they needed to order the piece to fix my phone and it would take up to 3 days to be ready. After finding this shop on Google, I went there and they told me they could fix it and it would only take an hour. After my hour was up I went to pick up my phone and I cant be more happier. My phone works better than ever.

This place is located in Eden center which is a plus, you can go grab a Bahn Mi while you wait to get your phone fixed. To be honest it only took 15 min to fix my iphone screen, other places told me 45 min They were very friendly and charged me $60 which is $20 less than the place near my house. Overall I was very happy with the experience.

My phone was broken before Thanks Giving and I really need it to contact my family .I check around and this store is the one only open around my place .I called in before I came to make sure they still open and have the screen for my phone . When I get there, its take about an hour for them to replace my phone display and make sure everything is OK .I really appreciate for their support .

I replaced the glass screen of my galaxsy s7 edge here about a month ago and afterwards the homebutton became wigly, and i cant talk on speaker phone anymore, every one hears a loud echo when i do. Something got messed up in there. Not sure if this is the best place to fix your Galaxy.

For $20, they replaced the battery in my Moto X gen-1 phone...now Ill get another year out of it. Other places quoted $50 and $60 to do the same thing. Why pay more?

I came here to replace my screen the second time .Services was always good and fast .I dont have to wait for long time just drop off my phone, have lunch then come back to pick up .My phone is brand new again .Everything just done on my lunch break .
