Hi. I gave them t-shirts 2 weeks ago. It sup-post to be ready after 4 days. I called to the owner last week, he said still not ready. Promise me next day. Called me back in 5 days. Told me your order is ready. I came here still not ready because no reason. 🤯😤Thanks for your service

The owner of the place is not only professional, but also friendly. The qualities of the product are excellent and delivered in timely manner. The prices are fair. Overall, excellent customer service. I would recommend this place.

Ive been dealing with Vihn for over 12 years.He has a good shop, and his prices are competitive and fair.Be very detailed and exactly specific, when you order any work to be done.Im a repeat customer.

Stay far away from this place. I dropped off a pair of shorts which needed to have sponsor logos screenprinted on the front and back. I also had requested 4 T-shirts to have images printed on them. I had dropped the shorts off on a Tuesday and was promised a finished product by Saturday. It was urgent that I have them ready by Saturday, because I had a competition which I am paid by sponsors to present their logos. When dropping my order off, the owner asked me where I specifically needed each logo, I also drew it on a piece of paper for him. One large sponsor logo on the front of the shorts, one large logo on the back, and I instructed him to add an additional optional image on the bottom ONLY if theres room.When I arrived to pick up my shorts, he presented them to me. No logo on the front. I flip it over, no logo on the back. And he decided to only add the additional logo on a random spot.His reasoning was that there were seams on the shorts and nothing could be printed over them. Instead of calling me ahead of time to inform me, he decided to tell me right then and there when I arrived to pick up my product. Now I have no sponsor logos, it is the day of the competition, and now I am out from thousands of dollars because I cant advertise for my sponsors.When I asked the owner if he could alter the image placement and print the shorts before my competition, his reply was, No Im about to leave, Ill have it MondayThey failed to communicate with me about the status of my order, the owner was very unprofessional and rude, and the place is an absolute mess.Save yourself a headache and dont give them business

Have use them for many years. They are not very good about communicating over the phone.The product quality has been fantastic and the price very reasonable.

Words cant express how horrible this place posing as a business is.... unprofessional, rude, does not listen when a client is attempting to consult with them in order to make sure designs are being done correctly on clothing, when clothing is done and its time for pickup they can not find clothing, clothing done incorrectly, clothing supplied to them damaged, the list goes on and on. After all that, they will not give damaged clothing back, (I brought my own items to them to print on) and insists that I pay for work done...why you didnt do anything I asked to be done correctly....Im done. Stay away from this fake business. This building g should say ...been in business over 30 years and I still dont know how to run it...

They are consistently half the cost of others I have tried in this area. They are also very professional and take their time with you. Even though I live further away now I still go back to them for every project!

Called them and was so rude on the phone and just told me they couldnt do it. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!
