I would like to start by saying my sales experience was great with my initial salesman. That is where the positives stop. After giving them my money for a brand new vehicle, the customer service became impressively terrible with all points of contact save for that salesman.My wife and I were having an issue toggling through channels on Sirius radio. No big deal, infotainment systems are complex. So I contacted the salesman and he was receptive and helpful. I thought great, I will head down and maybe he can help me through this little annoying issue. If not I can make a service appointment and some software update will take a few minutes.Apparently not. Unfortunately he was not there when we decided to come in. A saleswomen who I vaguely remember to be the sales manager greeted us. I explained the situation and although literally nobody else was on the dealership floor she couldnt be bothered to just look at it for a minute. Off she sent us across the street to the service department.There, somebody greeted us by letting us know that oh no, he was the Audi guy. He insisted that they also couldnt just look at it. I mean, just look at it. Anyway, we got a service appointment for a month and a half later... Had to be all day apparently, so my wife had to borrow a car to go to work and we had to do car swapping and needless driving so what? Oh, so that they can read us the owners manual 6 hours in. So I then asked, are you sure this applies to Sirius as well? They responded they would check. They didnt and I never heard back. We went to go pick up the car after hours. Guess what? Still doesnt work. At this point forget it, but at least I may save a potential customer the aggravation.
Great experience. Their Covid protocols were exceptional, very friendly, and performed great warranty work. Service advisor Alyssa rocked it.
Was in the area the other day so I stopped in I had a very pleasant talk with Norma King very knowledgeable about the cars the place was clean it was a very nice visit
Recently visited during the pandemic. Everything was cleaned and well sectioned off. The staff was very pleasant from greeting till when I left. Overall very happy with the experiance... will certainly be back and will recommend to friends.
Dropped by shopping for a new car to replace my beloved but aging Mazda 3. As I am new in the area, I am shopping for a dealer as much as a car. I dropped by the service department to see how hard it is to get a loaner. I only have one loaner car available for Mazda - it will take a couple of weeks I was told (they are a multi-dealer with VW, Porsche, Audi under the same roof). I left and bought a Hyundai instead. I expect Mazda will catch on and eventually and find another dealer for this area.
Car is there for a recall. They gave me a car half my cars size. My 12 year old stepson cannot even fit in the car behind me, and Mazda will do nothing. They might have well have given me a motorcycle for all the functionality this car has. Mazda does not care.
Got a new set of tires put on my car. Matt took great care of me and even gave me a Porsche to borrow as I waited for the install to be completed. Work done was top notch and I couldnt be happier!
