Cape Coastal were awesome with my mother in law. They gave her Mac a tune up and a power charge - and then didnt even bill her. Dylan was a hero.

Chris is great! My Mac needed new battery. Supplier sent wrong replacement which Chris figured out when they tried to install. Turned into a saga. They were tenacious about getting the supplier to send a new one at no cost to me. They were great at keeping me informed and staying on the project. Cost was exactly as they estimated even with all the extra labor they put in because of the initial supplier mistake.Mac is back and doing great.

Brought Cape Coastal Computers my laptop that HP said that would cost $700 to repair. The people at Cape Coastal quickly fixed the hardware issue for a small fraction of the cost. Thank you!

I have lived off Cape for years and will still bring computers to Cape Coastal Computers with issues.

I brought my laptop to be fixed and the problem was resolved, but one of the pads on the bottom is missing and I am missing several screws now. I almost lost one on the hinge due to it being loose.
