Our stay was amazing! The hosts were fantastic and it is so clean, cozy and welcoming. Bikes are included and we took the bike path which was beautiful, it even leads to the ferries for the vineyard. The room itself was stunning and so clean. We will absolutely be coming back to this beautiful luxury B N B.

We had a wonderful time at the Frederick William House! It’s conveniently located near shops and restaurants, as well as the shuttle lot to catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. We took advantage of their loaner bikes and rode 9 miles on the bikeway just behind the B&B.The food was great and the staff were so nice. They gave us recommendations on what to do during our stay. Our room was awesome — very clean, cozy, and spacious. We can’t wait to return!

Jeanette was so welcoming and attentive. I planned a last minute trip to get away from my busy real estate life and I’m so happy I chose her place. It was quiet, close to everything and she made sure I had what I needed anytime I asked. She asked me everyday what I wanted for breakfast and made it cooked to order. I was able to take a daily run on the trail that’s right behind the inn, I even walked to the ferry terminal on it since it was that close. I enjoyed the time I had with her daughter Fiona, she is very bright and definitely a good conversationalist. (Good luck on getting into your school of choice, I know you will be accepted to many!) Gracie the cat is very sweet, and she even showed me to my room! I stayed in the white room and it was everything that I had expected and more. Thank you Jeanette and Fiona for helping me reset, I really needed it. I was well rested and excited to get back to work. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here the next time I decide to visit Cape Cod.

Where do I begin?! this cozy bed and breakfast is so charming and welcoming. Jenette and her staff made the stay great even in the challenging times of COVID. Our room was warm and made us feel right at home. on cape cod there are a lot of hotel chains and we really wanted to get the small town feel and go off of the staffs picks on the must sees in the area. This is not a cooperate cookie cutter establishment, they really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Its right off from the bike path so we enjoyed a quiet walk. Parking is right in the back and its super safe. I highly recommend coming as I will be back for years to come.

We booked our stay via Booking, clearly mentioning that we are traveling with a service dog. The owner called me saying that they cannot accommodate us in the room we booked - and her only option is for us to upgrade to a more expensive room. I explained to her that since this is service dog, we do not get to choose whether we travel with our dog or not, and that her ask for an upgrade is illegal. She then became EXTREMELY rude raising her voice and threatening me. So sad to experience such lack of empathy, ignorance & resentment by an owner.

Ok, this place is home away from home. Jeanette and her hubby are amazing. I booked thru Priceline and think they messed up my checkin time, they said be here at 1030am to check in so we were. Jeanette was so kind, she said checkins at 3 but to give her an hour and she can have us set up. So we gave them 2hrs and went to the beach for a few. We also had one of our cats with us. Honestly I’m here now and I feel like I’m at my own house. I packed multiple bags for one night making sure I had all, but Jeanette was beyond on top of that. I didn’t have to bring any shower stuff it was equipped w all. The tub and furnishings are beautiful. The mattress was so comfortable, couldn’t lay in it without falling asleep. THE BEST PART WAS WHEN I LEFT THE ROOM AND THERE WAS A CAT 🐈‍⬛ DOWN IN THE LOUNGE/waiting area!!!!!!! Omg do I love cat people, but the cat made the vibe SO CHILL. (Look up a cats mission when you can) it was almost like the cat decides if your good enough to enter 😆😭😭😭👏👏👏 my type of people. It’s just a small cozy place, my new go to for Falmouth trips!!!! We wish we had more than one night but this is the best stay I’ve had!!!! 10 stars for me!!!!

NOT worth the money. I know COVID has made things harder for everyone, but the website did not mention that breakfast had become a self-serve coffee and muffins counter (for which the muffins are days old). Nor does it say anywhere on their website that there is a cat who roams the house. My girlfriend and I love animals, but she is allergic and did not bring her allergy meds.Nor did we see ANYONE who works there the entire time we stayed.Also beware; the rooms are MUCH smaller than the pictures on the website suggest.

Excellent place to stay while in Falmouth. Clean, comfy and cozy. Nice location and grounds. Thoughtful touches throughout the inn. Great Wi-Fi access, light breakfast in the morning. Jeanette is very accommodating and runs a first class operation. I highly recommend! Thank you.

Really enjoying our stay here. The seaside suite is a lovely room. The quality of finish and maintenance of the hotel is very high. Everything you need and everything in its place. The innkeeper is delightful and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast delicious with fresh fruit salad and yummy breads. If you enjoy cycling bikes are available and the hotel backs on to the a delightful bike path. Enjoy

Our stay at the Frederick William House was perfect. The rooms were beautiful, yet so comfortable. The complimentary access to bicycles as well as the 10+mile bike path running right behind the house became a daily ritual. Jeannette was so pleasant, and she went out of her way to be helpful with anything we needed. I would recommend the Frederick William House to everyone. My wife and I have already made reservations for another stay.

Beautiful place to stay. Our host, Jeanette, was friendly, informative and a great Baker! The sweet treatswere a wonderful way to finish the day.There are loaner bikes for use and a bike trail to Woods Hole behind the B & B. A better way to travel and enjoy the area than by car.

At first I was concerned when My partner said B and B but this was well worth it. it was convenient to great restuarants and the ferry into the Vinyards and lots to do in the area. Our hostest was friendly and sweet, it was comfortable, and the garden was in full bloom.o Gosh I love this place. the breakfast was fresh. love the decor! I was very happy with the hostest and her Daughter was so consistently pleasant and lovely all around looking forward our next time. 💋 ife From Belize

Just spent a lovely weekend at the Frederick William House and cant say enough. I was so impressed with the beauty, comfort and hospitality of this lovely house. Jeanette could not have been more accommodating and flexible. Having the bike trail right out the back door and ability to use the Inns bike was a surprising bonus! I will surely come back and have told many of my friends. Thank you, Jeanette!

You are always treated with courtesy and a smile. If your staying at or near Falmouth for a night or longer you cant go wrong at the Frederick William House - it is a different way to stay. We had a fantastic week stay here. This place has a great location, and comes with bike rentals which made our time away hassle free. The Shining Sea Bike Way is on the property and many beaches are bike accessible and a fresh water pond is across the street in a park with a monster playground. There is a cute little gift shop, and snack shop at the Inn too! The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our needs for this vacation. Frederick William House in Falmouth MA is a place we will be coming back to again, our new favorite place to stay on Cape Cod!!Quebec, CA

Beautiful bed and breakfast located on the Shining Sea bike path in Falmouth, MA. Very pleasant owner. Nice continental breakfast and dessert after 3 p.m. Would highly recommend the Garden Room. It has a fireplace and a comfortable king-size bed with its own bath.

A really wonderful place to rest and stay. The rooms are big high ceilings, some with a fireplace, very comfortable bed. And a big bathroom. Great parking. Easy trail accessible.Breakfast has everything you would want, not plain foid. But different higher brands of anything from teas to yogurt. Outside was fun to eat breakfast too. Im sure in season this place is fully booked. Glad pre- season we coukd stay her and will tell anyone to stay .

My husband and I just sold our home and needed a place to stay for a week. I found Frederick William House and knew this was the place for us. I’ve always wanted to stay in this beaut after seeing it from time to time while driving around in Falmouth. Pet friendly, people friendly, this is just the place to be. Not only is Janette absolutely amazing, but the location could not be better. Right smack in the middle of downtown Falmouth, which is a beautiful small town on the Cape, a must see. We’ve lived here for six years and still love this area (IE. Quarterdeck restaurant for a nice dinner, Pie in the Sky for an amazing cup of joe and pastry, and many more!) Now back to Janette. She is the best thing since sliced bread! She’s done more than we could ever ask for, and we are so greatful. And on top of it all, her beaut sits right next to the Sunshine bike path and she even provides bikes for her guests. Just amazing! Please stop by this gem and stay for awhile. You won’t regret it.

Great little bed and breakfast

It is a hotel that includes breakfast and that is always appreciated. The facilities are very nice and the staff extremely friendly. The beds are very comfortable and have all the facilities. They have bicycles which they lend you so that you can make trips around the islands.

Enchanting place. The attention is excellent and everything is very careful to the smallest detail. The room had a fireplace and was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and very well done. If I had to propose an improvement I would say that it is convenient to renew the TV since it is very small. Everything else excellent.
