I got 4 new tires today and the staff was very nice. Willing to work with me on a time to b there since my work schedule is so crazy. Shout out to the young men who brought me home and picked me up. When they picked me up he made sure he was in a vehicle that would b easy for me to get in and out of. Very nice and personable. All in all I was treated like I was important to make sure I got the best of care. Thanx guys, u were all terrific.

I was impressed with the care of this towing service on a Saturday. My car wouldnt start when I pulled over to the side of the road on Highway 10. Called when he needed direction, was on time, and was very helpful. My insurance company made this my towing resolve after the 1st one backed out on service. I-29 took over right away and came to my car rescue. Highly recommend this service.

Didnt catch his name, but the man that towed me was very kind and personable! Efficient and knew what he was doing. We had a nice conversation on the way over to where my car needed to be towed. Would definitely use again if I needed the service (but hopefully not lmao).

Would not recommend this business for towing. I called them, told them my location and all the details. They told me they would arrive between 1-2. Alright, that was fine. well, they didnt arrive until 430pm and when the guy arrived, I guess he had the wrong truck. So he leaves and says he is going to get the right truck. Well another hour goes by and I hear nothing.Lol what a joke. Called all pro towing and they came right away.

Have always treated me and my car well. Went in for a routine oil change today and mentioned I was having issue with my wiper fluid not spraying anymore. They looked it over, had the part delivered by someone locally and installed in under an hour. That’s including the time needed to do the oil change! Excellent service all around. Will always bring my vehicles to I-29 Automotive.

Coming from the cities I had no idea which shop to use in Fargo that would be reliable, friendly and quick. The mechanic diagnosed a big issue with my vehicle that went somehow unoticed by a previous mechanic at another shop when I bought my vehicle. These guys worked as fast as they could with a big job. I highly appreciated all the time and effort they put into my vehicle.

Im always happy with this place. The work they do is excellent, and done in a timely manner. Not only that, but they get me in quick too. The lobby is clean and nice and the staff is pretty nice guys.

They came to me fast when I was in need! Needed a tow and my truck fixed, he had a tow truck out to me in 15 mins and a couple hours later my truck was fixed. Ive been going there for years and I was never let down

Im a three time customer of I-29 Automotive, for different maintenance. Ive always been treated fairly and had my vehicle fixed at reasonable rates. They communicate well and are just all around decent folks. Its a no frills experience but I dont need to pay for a flower and a bunch of fluff. They fix my vehicle up and I come and get it. Id definitely recommend I-29 Automotive and Towing to friends and family.

They tried to over charge me telling me my car would be unworkable if i didnt do the recommended service. Which was not true. I took my car elsewhere and its fixed and running smoothly it was less than half of the cost this place was trying to charge me

Excellent service! Tire blew on 129 near Gardner, ND. They promptly got to us, changed the tire, and the driver followed us with his lights on to the next exit, since we could only drive 50 mph on the interstate. Thank You!

After my wifes Prius got stuck after the huge snow storm we had a few days ago we didnt know who to call for help so we called the first number that came up when we Googled towing services. Boy am I glad that first business was I-29 Automotive Service and Towing! The driver that came to our rescue was Brandon and he was awesome! He was incredibly professional and friendly and got my wifes car out of the snow bank in under 10 minutes! Im definitely going to be recommending I-29 Automotive Service and Towing to anyone I come across that might need their services and theyll be the first ones I call if I or my family need help in the future!

Great service and fair prices. Only place in town that could solve a tire balancing issue I had with aftermarket wheels on my Chevy Cruze. These guys are upfront, honest, and get the job done.

Theyre the best towing company in Fargo. Both times they were quick in responding and cost way less than the competition for doing far more. I rarely do 5 stars so for this one, you can be sure I totally recommend.

They had a truck on site within 30 minutes of our call and the car out soon after. We were stuck in more of a ravine than ditch but the guys were able to pull us out with no damage. Great customer service in all aspects.

I had a flat and called this business and they told me theyd have someone out to me within an hour. I waited for 3 hours, giving them the benefit of the doubt and called them back. Then they said theyd have someone out in an hour. I waited an additional 2 hours before calling them back again, when my call went to voice-mail and I ended up having to find another solution.

I have always received the most courteous service from the guys at I-29 Automotive. They do good work and have given me appointments within 24 hours of asking for one. They are not inexpensive, but always have fair prices. When I go there, I feel like they know me and genuinely like me. They get me out of their shop as soon as possible as they know my schedule is crazy as a dog training instructor / dog whisperer. Got a starter put in a Ford focus.$667.00. I called auto parts stores, other auto repair shops. I got a price of $350.00 to $400.00 Does that sound fishy. But the kicker is I also was told the alternater needed replacement to. That wasnt done. Labor must be high. $200.00 or more. Never again. Beware.

Brought my vehicle here after trying to get Firestone to fix my breaks that THEY installed.Jeremy got me in on a timely manor. Found out Firestone had stripped a couple of bolts, and not sure what else they did. But ever since I29 worked on my vehicle, not a sound!!I will for sure be coming back for future repairs

They absolutely have no idea of how to do alignment. They did my alignment, told me the alignment is perfect now. But the car was still driving weird. Went back to them. Told me all kinds of lies to try to cheat me to change parts that should not be changed. I went to Firestone instead. Firestone told me my car is completely out of alignment, as much as 2.5 degrees. Its ridiculous! A bunch of dishonest people without necessary skills! Once you paid them, they will not be responsible at all! Be careful!

The staff are informative and make you feel comfortable. The job is always done right the first time. Very unhelpful in an emergency situation. Definitely wouldnt recommend. Office guy couldnt be bothered to help 2 stranded women put a spare tire on as he was closing in 30 minutes.

I called when my car had a flat in traffic. They showed up immediately. They called me shortly after with a price quote that was very reasonable. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. They made my horrible day better!

So it was a very cold day and I just needed jump. All the other auto places were so very rude, annoyed by my phone call because it’s not even a good money and they are busy. But I-29 was better than them, and the tech was super kind. Brody was polite and quick! I’ll always call them first before I check any other places in Fargo/Moorhead area 10000%.

Great place to have your car fixed

SUV was stuck hardcore during the past blizzard. We were too high centered and had no choice but to get towed as we were in the middle of a street that the city plows had not gotten to yet. Neighbors had tried to help us get unstuck with shovels and snow blowers but nothing worked. We called and there was a little bit of a wait time, but it was to be expected as TONS of people were stuck all over the place. The gentleman who got us out was very professional, polite & made us feel safe. I believe his name was John but I cant remember for sure. It was soooo cold and miserable out, I dont know how this guy could keep up! But he got us out & we were very grateful. I would definitely use this company again if my husband decides to get cocky w/his SUV and try to go through a pile of 3ft of snow... Thank you for working so hard this past blizzard!

Great Service

Called them on a Friday for pricing for a tow on Monday. Guy on the phone said for just a straight local tow it would be $55. I called them on Monday to schedule my vehicle to be picked up. When the guy got there he called me and told me the rate was $65 plus $4 a mile over 5 miles. I told him that I was quoted $55 on Friday and he told me that was not correct. I told him that if I would have known that I would have had another company less expensive do it. I told him I was on the way to pay for it now so he could tow it. I got to the shop to pay my tow bill and they charged me $65. In looking at the other Google reviews I see where it appears someone else had an issue with them quoting one price and charging another. If you decide to do business with them I would highly recommend getting your quote in writing as obviously what they tell you verbally is not what they charge. Buyer beware.

Owner refused to give me a refund when I was rightfully entitled to one. Endangered my life along with others because they cant pay attention to detail. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. Then the owner wanted to fight me, thought I knew nothing and then overreacted some more.

I had my car towed and repaired through them. Andy, the guy who came to tow my car was really nice and professional. My repair was quoted on the phone to be around $60-75 for a quick alternator replacement, but ended up costing over twice that amount because somehow they took two hours to replace an alternator, which should be a 45 minute job. Also, even though I had an appointment, and I showed up early to it by taking a taxi, they couldnt get my car in until the next day. Then, they didnt even call me to tell me it was ready. I had to call them and they were just like Oh yeah, its ready for you to come get.Very unprofessional guys except for the guy who towed me. Will definitely not go to again.

We had a truck stuck on the job. They had a truck down and still had us out and on to the next job in less than an hour! Fast, Friendly and got the job done at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

Car battery died, GM organized for I 29 towing ti bring my car to Chevy Gateway. Tow driver got here, parked by the garage for 5 mins looking at his phone while I stood waiting. Then finally i went to his window, and asked him if he was ready and if I can show him to my car. He says Yah yah Im in a hurry lets go! I told him I would leave my keys in the ignition, he brought it to Gateway but just dropped it off without saying anything to their techs. According to Gateways techs he must have left the keys in it, nothing.

NOT GOOD CISTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.Very poor customer service. Driver called to find out where we were. Told him we are West bound on I-94 at mile marker 10. Dont get any better for instructions than that. He said he could find us. He called in and canceled the call without calling us back for instructions on where we were or telling us they werent coming. We have towing through my warranty and I-29 did not even call the people that hired them to ask questions and that they canceled the call. Waited 1-1/2 hours along side interstate and no help.

Very horrible customer service. Never in my life have i everrrr received this type of service til I attempted to do business with this compnay. The guy Mike (which was always the first guy to answer the phone ) was extremely rude, very agrumentive, and defensive . He had such a disgusting attitude. I would recommend not to ever do business with this place. Dont even consider this place . I cant stress that enough.

These guys are amazing, my lower ball joint broke at about 5am labor day weekend, wrecking the axel as well. In spite of being busy as hell they managed to get my car in and taken care of at a much better rate than I expected, even tho they wouldnt skip the axel which was drivable by reasoning of if its not gonna get done right they werent going to do it at all. Id have to say Im very impressed at how dedicated, hard working, and professional all the employees are. Thank you guys for all the hard work. I can say I will never forget how much you guys helped me out and come the holiday season mark my words there will be a card with a little something extra for going above and beyond. I will most assuredly be bringing my vehicle in for preventative maintenance. Thank you guys a million for everything. I highly recommend at least getting a quote from these guys before calling anyone else.

I was taught that if you dont have anything good to say, dont say anything at all. Well, Im not saying anything. Go to Matts instead, they actually man up to their mistakes and take responsibility for their actions.(Also, mark your tires. They might forget to rotate one.. again)

I went through my insurance company to tow my car to an auto service that I had an appointment at. The insurance company assigned me this place. They were supposed to pick my car up at 9-9:30 am and they didn’t show up. I called them and first they told me that I was not on their list to tow. So I called the insurance company and they said I should be. It turned out that they had me under my grandpa’s name that was on my insurance and not under my name that had the car problem. I was told they were going to show up in an hour and a half, so I left to do something I needed to do at that time. I came back a half hour before they were supposed to show up and waited. Again they did not show up when they were supposed to. I called again and again had the situation with not being on the list and being under my grandpa’s name. They figured out who I was and told me that they came 54 minutes earlier, but I did not receive their calls or the insurance companies call due to a phone glitch (no one’s fault). Since I was not there the tow was canceled, however, they told me that I should call my insurance company to get it set up again and once that is done they can come back. I called my insurance company and they said they’ll set it up again, but then was called an hour later from my insurance saying that they were not taking anymore new calls. I had called off work to make sure my car got there and ended up wasting so much time for nothing.
