We bought new vinyl plank flooring from here, after install it started denting, after not even a year! I sent them pictures and brought in a piece of it along with a new piece so they could send it off to have tested. This process took quite awhile, the manufacturer decided not to warranty the product. Kallod thought is should have been a warranty claim and approved to be replaced but wasnt. The communication from Kallod was the worst part though, instead of talking to us, they just sent us letters after I would call to follow up. It was disappointing to find that after the warranty was denied they wouldnt even work with us to find a fair resolution. When we bought the planking, we asked for the best they had so we wouldnt have issues and it didnt even make it a year. I am guessing we got a bad batch, would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have leveraged Kallod Carpets, Inc a few times now. They provide awesome customer service and their subcontractors provide quality work! We were replacing some carpet with flooring. They really listen to the customers wants and/or concerns and figure a way to accommodate. They went above my expectations by recommending to take the carpet we removed to replace the carpet on the steps. Now my carpet looks upgraded too. If color coordination isnt you strong suit, they will assist in that area too!

I have a room that is a little small for a billiard table and when I took it to other places they told me, yeah! Itll fit, no problem. I had done a lot of research and I knew it wasnt a perfect fit.When I went to Kallod they gave me honest answers about suggestions for room modifications and when I asked about a carpet fix to help make my room bigger, they turned down the opportunity to make some money, gave me the straight answer that I already knew but was hoping theyd have a magic fix for, and tried talking me into a smaller table.I used to be a salesman for a short time and know when Im being sold. This was refreshing to ask any question knowing theyd answer as if it were their own billiard table.They helped me pick out some cheaper accessories to save me a little money and help me upgrade in a few place, and overall I had a great experience.If you want a billiard table and dont know much about finding the right one for you, go to these guys. I will definitely come back!
