Was visiting Fargo and my window stopped working. Was able to get it fixed that same day during a mini crisis. They saved me a headache!!!

Brought my car in twice in a week for tires and a tie rod. Easily spent $600. These guys had the nerve to loosen my muffler so I would have to come in for more work!!! Muffler never made a peep and was solid in place. Its a 2013 Nissan. I was there 4 days ago. Now my muffler is hanging and sounds like a little rice grinder. I will NOT bring it there again to fix it so they can charge me or break something else. Crooks....

I had a bad sound coming from my rear brakes and needed it to get checked out. I was under the assumption I would need new brakes and rotors. Tires Plus checked it out, it was only a rock stuck in the brake area. They could have just replaced the brakes and rotors without me knowing any different, but they were honest and resolved the actual issue. Which saved me a lot of money too!! I appreciate they did the right thing.

I would love to say that they are good mechanics and got me right but this time around they missed. If you need your tires changed then I would say you could go here but anything else go somewhere else. I came in with a 2009 dodge journey sxt that i was hearing a noise when steering and asked for a whole vehicle check. They checked everything and came back it was the right side strut assembly and they claimed everything else on the car was okay. They claimed to have checked windshield wipers and fluid as well as power steering and pretty much anything you can think of. Our power steering fluid was leaking before we went in which I knew. The hose is dry rotted and falling apart which I thought theyd catch. Our windshield wipers are ruined and the windshield wiper fluid is empty and the line is severed. All of which I knew was there prior but they had seemed to miss. Also the noise was claimed to be right side strut assembly even though the noise comes from both sides.

I have gotten my tires replaces with new A/T tires for my Ford F150 and the process was completed within the day! I really enjoyed their customer service. It can be long due to longer vehicle queues, but everything else were great! The tires that I got installed from Tire Plus were great and there were no tire issues at all yet.

Just a worthless experience. The team here flows like muddy water, the front desk gents were lethargic AT BEST. I overheard there end of 3 different phone calls and couldnt help but chuckle at the lack of interest in even trying to get them through the door! Not to mention, the lack of interest shown to any of us in the waiting room. Bad day? Maybe, butbfirst impressions last a lifetime and this is one I wont forget. I went down the street and couldnt be more happy I did.

They had four tries to fix my alignment and didnt get it right. I was forced to cancel my plans for mothers day because my car wasnt safe to drive. Treated me like I didnt know anything about vehicles when I went to school to be a Diesel Technician.

The have good mechanics there but the guy at the counter(Ed Tanner) is not helpful at all. He is never friendly and don’t try to understand your problems. I will never go back there.

I went with my brother Gilbert and he took his truck 2007 Dodge Ram 🐏 1500 and they did a great job the pay was 1,600 but they took some money off of the price and we only pay 1,341 plus u can see if u qualify for a load to pay back the rear axle was bad the breaks was noisy and the tires don’t Wobble anymore am diffidently going back to them good job guys :) thank you Greg and Brandon

Awesome people, theyre excellent about telling you what needs to get done, what should get done, and what would be good to do. Ive never felt pressured to do the work, and if ya dont know what theyre talking about, theyre very helpful in explaining it, and what the effects might be by not fixing, and if you can wait awhile.

Love coming here because the guys are very family and team-oriented. Theyre not pushy but they are firm when it comes to my their prices.. Their products and services are on the pricey side but theyre quality. So its worth the money. I come her every time for a tire inflation even my sons bike they inflated it which I thought was very nice of them to do. I used to get my oil change with Jiffy lube but because of their niceness and professionalism, I am going with their services. Definitely worth the switch.

Had a flat this summer, took it to firestone. Got it patched up. And tire got a nail in it about 3 weeks ago, took it to Tires plus.. Wanted to get a new tire put on but they didnt have my size tire there for a Buick century and so the put another patch stud or whatever its called. Didnt think that was even possible? Or safe? Took my equinox in, made an appointment online. Told them I only wanted my HEATER checked out. Which they did. They said it wasnt one thing but it might be three other possible causes. Told me they couldnt work on it. (But they will work on engines and stuff?). Went there to pick the car up and was charged 22 dollars for a inspection that I clearly posted saying I ONLY wanted the heater looked at. And not an inspection. I didnt want an inspection. Ive got a appointment scheduled for middle of next month to get shocks and struts done. But I will be cancelling that. I liked them at first now my impression is worse and worse.

Over the last two years, I have spent hundreds of dollars buying 3 new tires and getting flats fixed. They told me, at my last visit 3 weeks ago, that I should be good for a while. They also said the only sure fix were new wheels. Today I went to a competitor to get a flat tire fixed, AGAIN. My wheels are FINE but I have to get new tires because those flat fixes, on all 4 tires, have mostly ruined them and there is no guarantee this wont continue to be a problem. I will now have a guarantee and roadside assistance. Thanks Firestone. Goodby Tires Plus! I do not recommend going there.

My son had a flat tire fixed here. They put a chrome steel valve cap on the aluminum valve stem of his Toyota Tundra. The disimilar metals oxidized and the stem/cap seized. The result, a broken stem when going to check air pressure.Update: to the stores credit, they called us back to resolve. We appreciate that. They denied putting the steel cover on the stem. Its possible they didnt, but it seems unlikely it got there on its own. Thanks for the call back, but no thanks for the $130 it cost us to get it fixed properly at a different location.

I scheduled an appointment, for 2:30, I showed up at 2pm and they got to work on my car before 2:30. They also gave me a discount coupon without me asking! The guy at the front desk was very friendly!

The people at this location were great to work with. I had a situation and they helped me out when they didnt have to. I got an oil change and it ended up having a small leak, they brought me back in... fixed it at no charge and gave me a free oil change card for my troubles of having to come back in. These guys were very kind.

First time going there and the staff was terrific! Very courteous and told me exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Definitely going back again.

My husband was traveling through and needed snow tires put on the same day. With only a few hours notice, Greg and his team went out of their way to get the tires we needed to the store and on the car in a timely fashion. We were so grateful for their help. They will make you go broke. Do not let them fix your car. I went to them because one of my electric lights were on. They calm that nothing was wrong. Two days later my alternator when out. I had to spend $490 just to get that fix by another mechanic. Jump one month after I had to get my oil change. Shortly after my engine was smoking. They did not tell me that I needed a flush. Well that cost me another $900 and I had to get another mechanic to fix my car right. Tires plus has a ton of rookies working.

Took my car in for new tires and it took them 6 hours on a slow day, also told me I needed an (expensive) alignment done. Paid everything and went home with my car. Mechanics couldnt even have been bothered to properly clean everything as the tires all lost half their air every 100 miles. Went back and complained and the mechanics took it back and fixed their half done jobs and offer a timid apology before blaming everything from the weather that day to a high demand in parts (I have a 2005 Vibe so I dont see that being a problem). Took 4 more hours of my time. Never going back.

My wife visited the Fargo, ND store this afternoon for an oil change. She asked for Mobil 1 which is the oil that our family has always used. The service employee that she spoke with insisted that she use the stores recommended oil, and she felt like she was sold a product that she didnt want. I understand the business-related reasons that a store would push a certain brand of products, but at the cost of the customer being made to feel uncomfortable I think that its bad for business. I was disappointed that the staffs loyalty was towards Kendall products rather than the customers that bring their business to Tires Plus. My wife came home feeling .upset because she was taken advantage of, and so, our family wont be going back to any Tires Plus stores for any reason in the future.

First guy (sorry forget his name) I dealt with was very rude. The second person was very nice. Some of the best tire prices in town.

They charged me over $100 in labor when I bought two tires from them and had 2 other tires switched out. The 2 new tires were warrantied at 65K miles but I only got 43K miles out of them. When I complained, they said it was because I didnt bring the tires in for a rotation every 5,000 miles. Who rotates tires every 5,000 miles? I did it every 10,000 miles at THEIR shop yet they didnt say, You need to bring these in every 5,000 miles not 10,000 otherwise your warranty is void. What a rip off. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, do business here.
