I went here to fix any issue with my husbands new phone. The gentleman working quickly solved the issue and I was on my way. Good company.

The man that was working today, (9/1/2021) was very helpful and polite! I had lost my phone and he did his best to help me recover my email address, and helped me find a phone I actually really love! I wish I knew his name!

WORST PHONE COMPANY YOU CAN FIND!!!1.) Phone DOESNT work outside of town for calling... Even emergency numbers2.) Phone BARELY works IN town but ONLY WITH WIFI turned on.3.) I know how this sounds but if the *explicit* phone will play games and allow ads then it should be able to make phone calls too... Clearly... Not scratchy and breaking up. Im in the heart of FARGO for Gods sake.4.) Its like boost has their own little app store right on your phone with DOZENS of apps you CANT GET RID OF!!!Definitely NOT worth my time and patience when I can go to TracFone and get better service ALL THE WAY AROUND with a phone service that ACTUALLY WORKS!!!Honestly if it was possible Id give a negative 5 stars if I could cause they hit EVERYTHING you dont want in a phone company squarely on the nose.K.O.

These ppl do not like to pick up there phone u called 3 times nothing but ringing now my fourth time calling the phone is busy. I live 58 minutes away I’ll like to ask a question before traveling that far.............

Excellent experience the guy there was very helpful and professional he completely took care of what we needed .

We got phones there and PAID for a 4 screen protectors almost 40$ and then we realized THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT IT ON IT Never coming back here

They helped me so much with purchasing a new phone and activating it and switching my number over. I couldnt have asked for better service. 🙂

Terrible service stay as far away from this store as possible! its dirty! He lies he told me and my gf we were getting a 800 dollar phone for 50 dollars just to get home Google it and its highest prices were 300 dollars guys a con artist and frankly doesnt know how to do his job he was googling how to help the problem I had with my phone then when he couldnt figure it out just kept on saying it was a virus
