I had a couple bad experiences. The first time I went to get my new tires for winter put on, they put my hubcaps on wrong and had them tight up against my valve stem, to the point where it was digging into them. The second time I went was for an oil change and I didn’t have problems. This last and final time I’ll go there was for an oil change as well. Thought it would be fine since they did okay on my first one. Well I thought wrong, I went back to get my vehicle and when I opened my hood, I had a random piece that they broke off my vehicle and just stuck it into my hood vertically, and not only that but they had also broken my dip stick. They never said anything to me but I realized it once I got home 😠☹️

Dont buy tires low pressure light on told me to go to kwik trip air in and try to stop back in a few hours

I ended up having a unexpected problem with a screw in my tire on a holiday - labor day. Stephen did an excellent job for customer service and offered to check air on tires and found it and got me in quickly to have it fixed! Thank you!!

Good service and timely oil change why pay 88 dollars at Valvoline where they do it here for half the price. Serviced my wifes personal work vehicle and my vehicle. Friendly staff and they did a great job vacuuming af the end.

Walmart ordered the tires I needed and called me promptly when they came in to the store. They installed my tires and were very professional and courteous. I had a great customer service experience, at the Faribault, MN auto center. I recommend their auto services.

I have purchased many things from Walmart and I order many things for pickup at the store. One man working there is why I am giving Faribault Walmart such a bad rating. I am giving it this rating because of the Auto Manager, Mark. He tried to tell me they do not stand behind tires ordered online. It took the Store manager to solve the problem as things ordered from Walmart are covered by Walmart. He tried to tell me that tires to not have side plys, he tried to push his position on me to walk away. He told me I bought online to buy cheap tires and not quality ones they sell. Wait they are all sold by Walmart. Plus he told me what I had purchased were cheap tires. They have a 60,000 mile warranty which is more that some he recommends. This is not a person that should be in that position. I could of ordered many other tires cheaper than the ones I did but that is not why I got what I did. I was looking for great snow, ice and water traction that had a good warranty. This last year my family have purchased 12 tires from Walmart and friends that I have ordered for were 8 more tires. I have also sent many people to get tires from Walmart as they are all over the US and stand behind their products. Mark works at Walmart but does not carry on the Walmart quality and name.

Broke my car told me to find its be a couple days and left it at that. I call the next day I tell them I dont have a reliable ride to work and ask if they work with a rental company. Nah. They dont do that. So late to work for 3 days because my transportation shows up when it can. Then you waive the fees for roadside hazard. What 40 bucks? Cute.

Had a nail in my truck tire. This was the only place open in the evening that maybe could fix it. Brought it in and within 10 minutes of being there they snapped off one of my studs on my hub. They told me they couldnt help me out. They said they will pay for the stud repair. However, I ended up needing to fix my own tire in their parking lot.

My experience here was horrible!!! I got just a regular oil change, and I will never go back again! Id rather pay an extra 20 dollars and go elsewhere than get things stolen out of my car! They took some of my cds! And when I confronted walmart and talked to the manager. He told me he would look into it and call me. Never received a call! And whenever I call them, I get a run around. I will definitely never go back! And Id advise anyone who does go here to take everything out of your car first if you dont want anything taken!

If you are looking poor service this is the place. Takes HOURS for any service, many Customers walk out disappointed, I definitely 110% recommend you not waste your time here. Take your vehicle to professionals not Walmart employees.

Took my car in to get my wheels replaced only to wait longer because they misplaced them on the wrong side, thankfully they fixed it but after returning my car my break line was broken, noticed this after I was driving on the highway.
