Ieshia and Emma were delightful, intelligent, helpful beautiful young ladies.I have little need for the contents of the store with the exception of these two ladies. But I will purchase all my beauty related things at this store with these gals. Thank you

First time there

Sitting in the parking lot as i type this. I must say this was the absolute WORST experience at a sallys Ive ever had. First it started with the hours being posted as 9am online and 9am when you call. The hours on the door are posted as 10. Big deal I killed time. Showed up at 10. Stood there for 10 minutes before a worker even acknowledged I was there. The 2 girls and the guy working were in the back storage room. The 2 girls were not stop swearing. The girl with the faded pink hair walked by didnt say anything. Then the other girl working was COMPLETELY lacking on customer service. She half a**ed helped me. I asked her a question she somewhat answered and then just walked away. The guy didnt stop to ask if I needed anything. Luckily I have a family member who works at Sallys so I knew what to get. The girl ringing me up was very quite didnt say anything other then the total. Dropped my stuff. Seemed very out of it and very out of place. I used to love this location but looks like Ill be making the 40minute hike to the burnsville location from now on.

The worker helped me get all the supplies I needed to do my hair and it turned out great!

Last night I came here to buy hair dye Products i was over charged for color and it didn’t even work or turn out and my mother is allergic to bleach the developer/hair color stripper that was given to us was stated there was no bleach went in today to return the colors that didn’t work and found out that the stuff that they gave us last night had bleach in it I don’t know if I’m going back there

Drove to faribault from owatonna. Lights off, doors locked. Sign says open at 11. It was 11:20 and nothing. No wonder so many stores are closing

Awful, asked for hair blonde hair dye and they gave me white. Never ever going back ever
