Every time I pick up groceries from this location I have items missing. Today when I picked up my groceries there were 4 men that came to my car when I didn’t even have many items and one of the guys was throwing the bags in my car without making sure items wouldn’t get damaged. When I got home I realized I had 6 items missing and I called to order a refund and was on hold for 36 minutes because they couldn’t find my order number in the system and then when they finally found it they said they canceled those items when they were picking it because they didn’t have them and said they didn’t charge me. On my app it clearly showed they picked the items and when I added it up it came up to $17 I lost. They said they couldn’t help me and didn’t even apologize.

Love the services weve been able to use since Covid hit us all. Its been very helpful and protecting us in these times especially.Also prices always competitive and we can count on that!

July 19. This store is filthy dirty and understocked in every food category. Produce was the worst with empty vegetable bins, wilted produce, and moldy corn on the cob! 4 bananas on display, but found boxes of bananas underneath. Expired food items in refrigerated compartment. Saw 3 different pair of employees standing around talking in a foreign language. Greeters at both doors just standing there. NO cashiers! Only self checkouts and scan and go available. Im only taking the time to write about this because I was shocked by EVERY aspect of this store!!!

One of the best pizza places around. Great service and friendly waitress. Hot fresh pies! Never disappointed.

Wow, what a mess. Empty endcaps out numbered only by sections with absolutely no organization at all. I know I saw people working, but what are they doing?Filthy restroom, nothing outright disgusting but counters hadnt been wiped down for a long time and floors had mud tracks from when it rained days ago

The lady at the customer service department was very helpful. She helped me return a package item I received from them by mail. Nice lady!

Know one answered the phone for our curbside pickup. Had to go inside with screaming kids in the vehicle, then find someone to actually help you, then for them to try and find our order. They defeated the purpose of what should have been a convienent speedy errand.

Shopping is easy but I don’t get standing in line with all the automated checking lanes they have.OPEN them up & let customers use them. Little kids get cranky just waiting...heck, I get irritated just standing in line for absolutely no reason.

In and out quick like I always am.. which is nice for me!

This Walmart in faribault mn. This is my favorite Walmart to go to thats within a half an hour of where I live the Asian and Latino section for food is amazing the staff is very helpful its got a lot to choose from and things that are designated for what is wanted in the area

My parents shared a bad experience theyd had here and I was out to prove them wrong. One employee of the four we talked with was polite...one was on his cell phone, one was appeared to be mad and hit a box and was talking to himself and the check out person never said 1 word to us. It apparently is hard to find good help nowadays.

No human cashiers. Rude staff. No San Pellegrino. Missing other items. However, Fancy Feast for cats is cheaper here than other stores and unlike other stores, Walmart has a good supply on the shelves.

Down right nasty.....bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.....no soap in the dispenser, brown water all over the floor, toilet paper everywhere and dare I say what was smeared on the walls...... The store? Empty hangers everywhere probably stolen items, some employees were worthless, items not properly stocked on shelves, just lacks every aspect of professionalism...... corporate should do something about it before it turns into a dump .....

I called to talk to someone in Electronics about my cell phone. I was on hold for 12 minutes. Called back and was on hold for 8 minutes. Called back again. Customer Service said they would send someone back to the electronics department. I have been on hold over 15 minutes. Finally someone picked up. They were out of stock.

Stockers sit around and talk. No wonder shelves are empty. That would be the most easiest job. Fire the lazy workers and hire people who actually want to work!

Grocery entrance had a very strong chemical smell in cart area. Numerous items were out of stock on the shelves (8pm Th) in various areas of grocery dept.

They need more help on the floors and check out.

Sorry but this is the only Walmart close to me so I do go a lot but its not the cleanest or do they have the friendliest employees they tend to ignore there patrons most of the time I literally have taken my vehicle in for service and sat in lounge walked around waiting for over 3 hours just to be told they were not able to do the work I requested no joke 3 hours and Im the one who asked if it was done and it was taken in when I got there not a waiting list. Have been checking out at a reg check out and the employee was scanning my products bagged them and proceeded to tell me she wasnt going to scan my hotdogs asked me to do it sorry but if you cant do the job they should have you doing something else I dont have a problem with others religion beliefs but you are being paid to do a job thats my opinion.

I wouldn’t even give them one star if that was an option. I called for help to make sure they had a product in stock, and the associate just said “ check the app”. I did that and it says they have it but when I was there YESTERDAY it was nowhere to be found. If a customer calls with a question, YOU DO YOUR JOB AND DO YOUR BEST TO ANSWER IT. I will NOT be coming back to this store. Horrible customer service.

Horrible service!!!!! Youre lucky if you get ANY ONE to answer the phones in less than 5-10 min.Tried for 10-15 min to get ahold of deli 2 days in row, only to find out their extention does not even work and hasnt according to bakery, who finely took the call. Bakery staff knew deli extention didnt work for some time! Where is the management!!!!Tried to notify management of this issue and took another several minutes to get ahold of them! Said they would put a work order ticket to get fixed.

Sure very unorganized and dirty looking. Only had one register open. Dont like checking myself out. Pay enough money for customer service to ring your items up.

I placed an order online because there was only 1 left in stock. Called to make sure it would be there since it was paid for and was told if someone picked up the item that I had already purchased then it wouldnt be there. In the time it took 3 people to answer this question one of them could have taken the initiative and walked to the isle and picked up my 1 item but all of them lack any form of customer service that may still exist. What a waste if time and energy. Maybe they should read the recent reviews andput new policys in place as well as retrain employees

Great shopping experience, however.... I get the whole Corona thing but is it really necessary to use a pump sprayer to SATURATE the shopping carts? The spray odor is so strong I feel like my lungs are drowning in spray solution and leaves me light headed in the brief moment I pass through the entrance.

Walmart in faribault Minnesota needs to have new management put in in and replace the old management of the food department is being very poorly stocked up every time we go there he is the freezer department and then meat department and all that is very poorly stocked it is really irritating Im getting to the point to shop else where

I wish I could give it a zero. They have raised their prices and cut out the cashiers. Everything was self checkout. There was a plant stand that we bought. It said $10 on the shelf but rang up at $25 we noticed it on the receipt. When we asked about getting the price adjusted we were told that customer service was the only that could help. Customer service was closed though. This walmart is as ghetto as ghetto could be. Very trashy on the inside.

Came here at 8PM on a Sunday night to get replacement bulbs for our headlights and nobody had any keys to open the locker. For $10 headlight bulbs 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

They quickly repaired our tires. We do nice and went out of their way to help.

The manager was in the front of store outside and customer was having a confrontation with him. I felt very uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic experience today in the printer department. The sales people were very very helpful in spite of the sparse inventory. Credit goes to a young man named Matthew and a woman whose name I think was Sharon.

Everything so much more organized at this walmart than then one in owatonna the one in faribo also has such an amazing selection also what you cant find here shop at Walmart.com and anything you could possibly thinkof seriously they have it

Order on walmart app and to picked up, my first time. The instructions to pick up are hard to follow. Says to let us know your on the way. But I couldnt find anywhere on the app to let them know. I checked in when I got there and they said it would go more smoothly if I had let them know I was on the way. So I had a wait awhile. The order was correct. They say on the app that they can substitute items if they dont have what I ordered. I didnt see anywhere that I could say dont substitute any items, just cancel that item. But all in all Im really happy with being able to shop on line and pick it up without having to go in.

Who doesnt love to shop at Walmart for their daily needs! Love Walmart and their cashiers in farbo are friendly!

I say this as someone who use to stock products at Walmart and who still shops at Walmart. I think the only positive thing I could say about this Walmart is that most of the staff was friendly. I had ordered a product online, had to drive to this location to pick it up. I go into customer service to get my order (as I have at all other Walmarts after covid hit), was told that Im not allowed to pick it up in store, I would have to go back outside (-12° outside not including wind chill) and have to drive to the side of the building. The associated wasnt nice about it even though I had apologized for taking her time (oh Im sorry to take your time. I didnt know that. The email I got from Walmart didnt say I had to pick up outside.). I get back into my vehicle, drive around to the pickup area which was not visible where to go from the front of the building, call the number, they couldnt find my order and didnt ask me for the order number. Finally after waiting for a while they were able to find it. Couldnt get a cart, I even asked an associate to help me find a free one. Store was not organized or in good shape (think Kmart). A group of teenage guys (in Walmart vests) stood around in the womens clothes laughing and loudly talking about not work stuff for over 30 min. 2 people on the registers, one was very new. Pretty much nothing stocked or in the proper place.

This Walmart was similar to others. They were counting how many people were coming and going, which was good. Parking lot was full. But still 3 checkout lanes or it was self checkout.For the most part it was clean, somewhat organized and picked up. It does come down to people are slobs and dont care. If people wouldnt just drop something on the wrong shelf when they decided they didnt want it, it would stay cleaner. Why is there such disrespect for other peoples property.

Why do I shop there? Too many empty shelves. Out of most items I went to shop for. Went to Hy-Vee. I left the few items I had in my cart and walked out.

Not one real person cashier. Had to use self service and bag own groceries then it wouldnt take cash only card no sign to tell you this.

Never any cashiers, always have to wait. Its a little annoying when there are 20+ registers and only 1 employee ringing people up with a line of people blocking the isles Waiting to be checked out, so everyone flicks to self check out only to wait in line there or attempt to check out but cant because now theres an issues with self check so you have to wait anyways until the employee is finished helping every other costumers. I absolutely hate going to Walmart.

Great location right off I-35. Grocery pickup is solid. Usually pretty quick to respond. Their in-store pickup has been very hit/miss lately. My last in-store pickup - I waited close to 30 minutes before being helped. And why is this location always out of stock on sports trading cards? I need to understand this.

I have mobility issues they dont have enough carts for all customers but need them.

Faribault walmart is horrible. Understaffed, bad customer service, employees dont know what they are talking about. Employees dont even like working there its pretty sad

Not a single cashier to be seen. Scanned and bagged a $300 purchase by myself at one of those tiny self checkout kiosks. To say nothing of the soaking wet bathroom floor that smelled like stale piss.

Rotten and spoiled food!

I went for a 9v battery. I walked the store, and no employee could tell me where to find them, or make any effort further than a blank stare at me as I thanked them anyway and walked on. Eventually I found them on my own. They still have cleaning supplies on the shelf, which was a plus. The store seemed cleaner than usual which is also a nice nugget of a surprise.

App scanner was not working and the ones in store are really loud. Out of a lot of food.

Busy place. Early morning or very late evening is the best time to go.

No cashiers tried to use the automated check tried to delete a duplicate charge and waited 5 mnFinally gave up and left

I dont often leave reviews, but after shopping here for years, I felt it necessary to share my experience... This place has become WORTHLESS with their service in every capacity, and covid is not to blame when their competitors are thriving and able to offer the highest of quality service under the same circumstances. If you want terrible customer service and ridiculously long checkout times, then this is the store for you. If not, I suggest a far better experience like HyVee or the likes where you know that youll be well taken care of, and in a timely manner. Walmart... get your s@#t together!!!

Do any of the people that wear blue walmart vests do any work. I did see outside vendors working, but no one else working in the store.

Raw chicken and other meats placed over lunch meats, open masks just sitting out on top of the vegetables. All the employees in the area saw it all and just left everything where it was. Employees and people just dont care anymore, sad.

Went in to purchase a laptop, couldnt get help from the employees as they were far to comfortable leaning on each other and talking amongst themselves behind the counter. Completely useless IMO, hire more productive employees.

Parked on one side of the store, walked to the door only to see a sign saying to use the grocery door. Walked all the way to that door, go inside...finally, only to have to walk all the way back to the OTHER SIDE to get a darn cart. Are you kidding me???

It was terrible... over 20 registers and not one! Open... if I wanted to work at Walmart Id fill out an application but I see your store promotes laziness and its not anywhere on the list for a good customer experience.. your store owner is for profit and thats it... what a shame.
