I had cataract surgery for both eyes through this place. Worst experience of my life. 1 year after the procedure I went blind in my left eye due to a detached retina. Long story short, I was referred to a clinic in Minneapolis. Emergency surgery at my insurance companies cost, zero follow up by Ritchie. 2 years and my right eye is almost like I have cataracts again, doctor at Ritchie says he can see nothing in my eye and it will go away. That was 8 months ago and zero follow up by anyone from Ritchie eye clinic. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Had a great eye checkup with Dr. Misty Purfeerst. She has always taken great care of me for either my check ups or for issues I have with my eyes. Their team has always done their best to fit me in quickly when I have an eye issue.
