Highly recommend bluebird for your bakery needs! Our wedding cake was beautiful and tasted amazing! Another fun benefit is they will make us a cake to enjoy on our first anniversary so we didn’t have to mess around with freezing ours. Teddy was so nice to work with, we had fun cake testing and having coffee with her – everything tasted so great it was hard to choose! Not to mention they delivered for us to the 3 Ten which was a huge plus!

Dude I come here way too much. They have fantastic coffee, decaf espresso, like homemade cupcake flavors, REAL CUPS! The young ladies behind the counter are always sweet.Suggestion: more sustainable to-go cups and boxes. They are using the Mother Nature choking plastic ones. There are greener options.

We used BlueBird Cakery to provide dessert for our wedding and couldnt be more pleased! We had cake, cupcakes, and cookies and they were all so delicious! Working with them was easy and fun; they were really great about communicating with me what they needed to know, and listening to what we wanted to make everything perfect. We got so many compliments from guests on how delicious the desserts were! They set everything up for us and even surprised us by providing a small box of one of every flavor item we ordered as a surprise gift for me and my husband in case we didnt get to try everything (which we didnt and my husband was very excited to get to try the bailys cupcake he really wanted and didnt get to eat at the wedding). Overall, they were fantastic to work with and provided amazing food.

Wow, just love this shop and the wonderful cakes and treats that Kelsy and her team produce. We just had my grandsons birthday and my daughter and I had contacted Kelsy to create a perfect cake for him. Kelsy was easy to work with and the pick up times worked for us. So happy to have them here in Faribo.

Their coffee (my usual hot caramel latte that is) is to die for!!!! Having difficult time to try the others, because always end up ordering my usual. Their pastries and cupcakes look too pretty to eat, but is not the best after a few bites. Would be awesome if they serve breakfast. The cups and straws could have go greener/eco friendly though. Go and try their coffee anyway!

Bluebird Cakery not only has delicious and full of flavor cupcakes. The environment within Bluebird makes the experience even more pleasing. The staff are incredibly friendly and are always smiling. In addition, the decorations and ambiance in Bluebird is very inviting. Their cupcakes are rich in taste and unique. Love this place!

I am very disappointed in their communication. They are horrible on follow ups. I had my wedding next door to the cakery and they stated you would get a 1 year anniversary cake for having them make our wedding cake. It’s been over 5 months trying to set this up. We have emailed several times and it’s been either no reply or an extremely late response.

This place is AMAZING!!! Theyre treats are Delicious and the service is the best! They went above and beyond to make sure our office staff has some warm treats in the middle of this Snow Storm. They may have to work through the storm, but at least theyll have a hot drink and cupcake from Bluebird. Thank you for you service!

Beautiful atmosphere and welcoming staff. Fell in love with the cupcakes when a co-worker brought some to work. Prices are descent and quality is top notch. Not to mention their to die for sticky buns straight out of the oven with a cup of coffee to round it out. Love this place and so happy they belong to Faribault!

Bluebird Cakery in downtown Faribault is where I go to get my sweet tooth fix. From cupcakes to gooey caramel rolls to monster cookies, the selection at Bluebird is exceptional. With cupcakes like Salted Carmel Dream or Lemon Supreme - really, I cant go wrong. I have also ordered a carrot cake and it took me back to when my mother used to cook with plump raisins, carrots and the spices that scream fall to me. I also pop in for a quick tea often and am always greeted with a smile. The open, light space makes you want to stop and the convenience is great.

Absolutely hands down the best cake in the universe. Every thing is made FRESH DAILY from scratch and in small batches with local ingredients. You will never find a better cake or better customer service. The owner has poured her heart and soul into making this business a success and it shows in all aspects.

Beautiful little bakery. I did not partake in any of the gorgeous baked goods, although I was tempted to. I had a latte and it was strong. Service is friendly and its a nice place to hang out in charming historic Faribault.

My daughter and I stop there often. Always a wonderful experience! Great cupcakes, cookies and scones. And the absolute BEST chai lattes! We are always welcomed by smiling faces behind the counter and the people that work there always give gratitude! (Unfortunately that can be rare in todays marketplace)

Thursday I stopped at the Wagon Wheel for breakfast, and noticed the lights were on at the new Bluebird Cakery. I have been awaiting their opening, but assumed construction was still on going. When I opened the front door I was pleasantly greeted by the smiling new staff and invited in. They were in training mode, and asked if I would I like to sample their coffee, and perhaps a bacon scone? Well…. sure.The coffee latte was as good as I thought it should be, and the scone was soft and delicate not hard as so many are. And….no frosting on the scones! Only Americans with their love of sweets put frosting on scones. I have not tasted the cupcakes yet, but know I will be back to buy some soon perhaps with my granddaughter.Do I recommend the Cakery….yes I do.Dennis Owens

This place has the best ice cream ever, I got a birthday cake ice cream in a waffle cone and IT WAS AMAZING! It was the best ice cream I have ever had, also the staff are super kind and the ice cream looked so good, I had to put it on Instagram, please come here if you want some really good ice cream.

The staff are so nice to everyone that comes in there. The carrot cake cupcakes are amazing!! My kids also love going there to pick out a fun and delicious cupcake.

I tried my first ever London fog tea here and fell in love! No other place Ive been to can make one quite like theirs. Their Cupcakes are delicious too! I love their decorations and overall ambience of the cafe. Baristas are very nice and helpful too. 😊

This is mine and my moms first time trying Bluebird Cakery. The grasshopper mint iced coffee with white chocolate is delicious. The staff are VERY helpful and friendly. They are fast at getting orders taken and served.

I am not much of a cupcake eater but I do go there quite often for their specialty drinks. Very comparable (some even better) then Caribou or Mojo to Go. Very friendly service which is hard to come by these days. My kids also love the big monster cookies!

I had an amazing experience at Bluebird Cakery while visiting Faribault Minnesota. I am a person who places strong value in great food and amazing community. For that reason I wanted to give credit to Bluebird Bakery for showing me that a small town can have both.As a mother I was blessed to be the clean up committee of half eaten toddler and kids cupcakes. This also means that I was able to try a number of different kinds of Bluebird Cakerys delicious treats. Not only was I surprised at the lovely explosion of flavors of the Sugar Cookie, Wisconsin Cheese and Red Velvet, and Toasted Marshmallow Smore’s and More cupcakes, I was also completely amazed at how inspired the kids were. The interesting combinations of flavors and the unique presentation left my kids really wanting an opportunity to try their luck at baking.The store really came to life for me, when I found out the they take pride in being a space for learning and that they are ready and willing to take baking into the community. I am inspired by the willingness to use their cupcakes as an artistic outlet that inspires learning, pushes boundaries, builds relationships, and supports local communities.The overall experience of the Cakery was note worthy due to the amazing cupcakes as well as the community focus of the company. I will gladly do business and support local small businesses that are giving back. Needless to say Bluebird is definitely one of those businesses.Lastly, if you go you should also try the cheesecake!! It was the creamiest, richest, smoothest cheesecake I have ever tasted.

It’s sad that I you don’t respond to complaints we brought 3 dozen cupcakes on May 18th for a shower and we never got a second reply after you said you would look into we spend $99 dollars. For what we felt were frozen cupcakes because of the dry and no tasteless cupcakes. And the frosting was the only thing that had taste. Blueberry Cakery made a small cake for our 50th wedding anniversary. I expected a plain frosted cake with raspberry filling. To my surprise the cake was decorated beautifully in a wedding motif and it looked wonderful. It was perfect for our anniversary dinner.

My first time going there I bought a dozen cupcakes, some were duplicates some were individual flavors. The service was outstanding, Lauren is THE BOMB. The cupcakes were fantastic and I have definitely been back since my first visit. I even won cupcake of the week one time. :) Anyone with a couple extra bucks layin around should head to this place right away and get cupcakes before theyre all gone!!!

Ive been to Europe, Ive tasted Carlos bakery, and I went to Nadia cakes who was on the food network and I have not tasted a cupcake with better frosting than bluebird cakery! Im so in love with the salted caramel cupcake and the smores cupcake Ive never been disappointed with food or service here! Also, the scones are to die for!! They are so soft and not dry at all!!

My wife and I used bluebird Cakery for our wedding and we often take day trips to faribault just for the cupcakes! They are tastey, moist and fresh. My wife loves the scones. The service is always above and beyond in the store and the owner Kelsy Wittmeier made sure everything was done professionally and tasteful for our wedding. We had the pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting and an assortment of speciality cupcakes for our guests. The delivery was on time and the cupcakes were delicious! Our guests loved every treat! Worth every penny! I would recommend Kelsy and bluebird Cakery to anyone that asks. She is such a delight and made our wedding extremely special!
