I love Wisteria and have had nothing but good experiences ordering furniture and other items. Their furniture is really beautiful and uniquely curated - they are different than other retailers. The store is not too small, but its also not too big (where you feel like a store cant know each and every product because there are so many different ones). Any customer service issues were always resolved easily.

To say that I am a SERIOUS online shopper, would be an understatement. My UPS driver once jokingly told me that I should build a ramp onto my front porch. I was impressed with the quick delivery. I have NEVER had a purchase packed so well. I have gotten packages and wondered how they made it through the system. The product is unique and the quality is what one would expect from a company that stood out in every other category

Discovered them from a Facebook ad. Love the products they carry. Different from other online retailers and a little nicer quality. Prices are therefore a little higher but you get what you pay for. Website was easy and info on shipping and delivery was timely and kept updated on arrival times. Will shop here again!

We ordered a beautiful Beehive hose holder. After opening it we realized that one of the wings was missing. I sent an email to Wisterias customer service, got an immediate response from them saying they would look in their stock room to see if they could find another to replace the bee with a missing. The told me if they did not have on, they would send me a new Beehive, instructions on how to return the first Beehive. A couple days later I got an email that told me they were send me FOUR new bees. WHAT STAND UP COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Quality is shockingly good for finding this store on Instagram. Table was half the price of a similar Pottery Barn item, arrived in 2 weeks instead of 2 months, and didnt arrived damaged like PB did. Now I just need to figure out how to take care of it lol.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE, especially if you live out of state. As everyone has said their customer service sucks. They never answer the phone, give half truth answers and then claim it takes them 30 days to refund you. I order two of the same throw and when they arrived, it was very clear that they did not match. The labels were different, color were off. That means, not only do they not have good customer service, but there quality control department sucks too. If you can get to the store to look around, have fun, but dont order site unseen and definitely not if you live out of state. Spend your money somewhere else.

Awful customer service. I bought two end tables online. They came in great condition and everything but just didnt look right in the space. I called to schedule a return. I had to call two more times before someone actually scheduled he delivery which then took 2 weeks. Its now been over a month since they picked them up and I still havent received a refund...despite calling them 2 weeks ago and being told it was going to happen any day. Will never purchase anything from there again!

I never write reviews unless it is a major escalation....On April 15th 2018 I placed an order with Wisteria for the “Gold Leaf Collection Coffee Table” the marble top arrived cracked. I was told to call Wisteria to inform them of the damaged piece - I did so immediately. On May 23rd (over 1 month later) my marble top was scheduled to arrive. The date/time for delivery was set. The freight company called the day of to tell me that they had to reschedule my delivery. I still have yet to receive my replacement piece. Both the Wisteria / the AIT Worldwide Logistics representatives (I have spoken to several) are aloof & dismissive. I will never order from Wisteria again. Their product is poor & their customer service is atrocious!!
