I wanted to share my experience with others that are potentially in the same position as me and help. I was contacted through Facebook by Colin stating that he wanted to purchase my machine as pictured here. In the picture and description I made sure and listed everything on the machine as well as detailed pictures of exterior, interior, everything on the machine.Because of that and after a short conversation with Colin, he told me he didn’t want to waste my time and gave me an offer understanding that if I were to drive from San Antonio all the way up to Dallas that it would take a lot of time and effort on my side. I agreed to his offer and made the trip up to Dallas, a round-trip of about or 10 hours.After I got there he had them take it to the back and take a look so that we could get it completed. Collin let me know that it would take no more than 20 minutes. I ended up staying there for roughly an hour and a half before Colin came to me with a very large set fellow. They did the typical car salesman thing where they pointed out the obvious things that were pictured and Collin already knew about. They also made mention of the skid plate having scratches and dents in it (I don’t think the mechanic knew what a skid plate is for—of course it will have marks). Oh, and that from the underside it looks like it had been in mud before. Yes, I’m serious.Again, it was done in a fashion to make it seem like the machine was completely torn up and warranted an extremely low offer. This is something that is commonly done in the auto industry but after talking to Colin at the beginning, he seemed like an honest person and I didn’t think this was going to be the case. At the end of the day, I ended up having to make the trip back to San Antonio with my machine because I was not interested in hearing another low ball offer after we had already agreed to one.That being said, be very weary of doing business here, honesty is not some thing that they abide by and your time and effort is not something that they care about. Very unprofessional.
It was a breeze working with Colin and Jeremy on 2 northstar ultimates. This place took customer service and satisfaction to another level. Amazing inventory and a very clean store! Will definitely be back for my next purchase.

Hate to put 1 star... but I would say I wanted to pay full price( cash) and no negotiating!!!! I know, it depends on dealership and management but it is what it is....After contacting customer support---- They support overcharging for one bike for almost $700 . Price compare for the same bike. Julie from sales was phenomenal, put a down payment on a Honda Grom, she called me immediately when she had it on hand took a month and a half but Im very pleased with my 2022. Bob-O from parts was extremely knowledgeable about his inventory, got me fitted with gloves and a helmet that I felt comfortable with. Definitely will be back in the future to upgrade once I get bored of my Honda Grom. Only con I had was the bank, took way too long to get me squared away. Definitely would be wise to get a loan from your personal bank. Waited about 4 hours just because of Citi Bank.
The finance department will tell you anything to get you to sign. I was given a quote for 9K when i signed the paper work and I am now being told by the bank that I have to pay 14K in total. After taxes I was supposed to pay 11K so I do not know where the extra 3K are coming from. I have been trying for 2 days to get a hold of someone from the finance department they kept promising to return my calls. Michael the regional manager promise to return my call and never did, An employee named JEREMY instead of helping me with my frustrations decided to mock me on the phone and respond in a smirky tone that there was nothing I could do and did not try to help me to find alternative solutions instead laughed and ridiculed me that my credit score was going to be affected. I am very disappointed with Freedom PowerSports and how easily they push a customer aside when it no longer benefits them. My family wanted to invest in purchasing 3 other four wheeler but have decided to find an alternative store that does actually care about their customers.
Lousy experience taking delivery of new Honda Trail. Bike not ready at agreed time, poorly prepped with no checklist, paperwork not ready, long wait, got lectured by manager, chaotic handover as staff started rush home from work, no celebration or congratulations on new purchase.Last new bike I bought came with license plate frame, battery charging cable fitted, backpack, T-shirt. Nothing like that this time.Place is inefficient with no procedures, no customer focus and no fun.
One star service from Collin from the start. Call and speak to a manager and ask not to deal with him again. Walk in to buy a unit and a guy approaches me and helps assuming it’s the manager I talked to. Never gives me a name or anything. Come to find out it’s Collin even after I asked not to do business with him. They tried to take on over $2100 in fees to a $4200 unit that was used. I wouldn’t recommend this place for business at all and I definitely would use Collin if you do! Terrible experience after almost a 10 hr drive we left with nothing.

Everyone was super nice and explained everything in detail. There was a new smaller bike that was perfect for my 13 year old son. The day we were in there was on his birthday and everyone was so nice. Tyler did a really good job of helping us. Its a great place to go to with great prices too! Thanks!
It wasnt horrible, but it wasnt great either. Part of it was my fault because I didnt make it to the dealership till 515pm and they close at 6pm so everyone was more worried about closing down shop. Will try again another day when I can get there before 5 and see how it goes. Stock was limited on 636 and zx10
This company took me 3 days in a purchase apart from everything I sell a used and damaged vehicle valued 22 thousand. and they washed their hands the aminitración nor the novice seller Im still waiting for answers and documentation that NEVER ARRIVED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE AND NEITHER THE TREATMENT EITHER
My experience with this dealership wasnt terrible but Im hesitant to say it was good. I came in here looking for a bike and found something I really enjoyed and felt right for me (2021 Z400). So of course we started talking numbers and the $4,999 price tag suddenly jumped to $6,500+. I understand there are certain fees and other things that come with buying any vehicle but more than 25% of the actual bike cost seemed excessive to say the least. I said Id be in if they could get the price below 6k and they came back with a offer of $5,500 OTD. I was happy with this and we agreed on the price. I wait a few hours to sign the papers and when I walk into the office the price is suddenly $6,500 again and I get a long talk about how the $5,500 wasnt done properly cause it was supposed to be $85 a month over 6 years (+1k down) or some nonsense and I tell them Ill pass. After another hour of going back and forth on price we get the bike to 6k OTD and they could have it ready to go then and there. As this was the original deal I wanted I felt fine with it and signed on the dotted line. Fast forward to my first maintenance a month later and they tell me itll be $400 to get my first service/oil change done. They also said going elsewhere would void the warranty on my bike. After some research I found a place that kawasaki also works with that would do the service for LESS THAN HALF THAT. Overall this place felt kinda shady and looking back on it I probably wouldve went elsewhere. They didnt seem to care about if the bike was right for me, if I was happy or how long I had to wait. At the end of the day I got a decent price and I love my bike, but I honestly believe you could probably find a dealership better than this one.

Bought my ZX6R here which has been (to the dismay of my wife) one of the best purchases of my life. The price was higher than I wanted to pay, but when your pushing a machine like this to max, you want the assurance that it has been combed through by a team of trained professionals. I have full confidence in the folks at Freedom Powersports Farmers Branch. They walked me through the buying process well. They walked me through the post purchase process by personally introducing me to parts and service which is something no dealership has ever done before.I definitely won’t go to any other DFW Moto retailers for any future purchases.
I went in to pick up a part for our Kawasaki Mule. They were more than willing to order the part. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. It looked like they had a very good selection of vehicles similar to the Mule but I didnt have time to check them out. If you are in the market, check them out!
Greatest shop in Dallas! Definitely must visit.The whole team is very friendly and knowledgeable. Bought my first bike and didnt feel any pressure to buy right away. The second you walk in its a friendly environment and make you feel like family. My husband and I recently bought a Honda Pioneer from the folks at Freedom Powersports. We live about 2 hours from the Farmers Branch shop, and the initial purchase was done completely over the phone. Jeremy was our sales rep, he was very easy to work with, and his communication throughout the process was awesome. When we arrived at the shop, Jeremy was busy, and Heather stepped in and got things going until Jeremy was free. We bought some accessories for the SxS while we were there, and Luis took care of everything we needed. We probably met half a dozen employees while we were there, and they were all professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Jeremy worked with us until we were through loading and driving out of the lot. It was a positive experience from start to finish!

The parts department was great called to order a part and got.it ordered in minutes. Once I showed up to drop off my bike decided I wanted another part and they got it ordered in minutes again. However, the service department was awful. Estimated 4 days for my service. Didnt get it back till 2 and half weeks later. Called multiple times during this time and was told someone was working on each time till the last I was told he is about to get to it. Once I got my bike back my blinkers dont work, Im missing bolts for my fairings, Some wires were just left disconnected, and some underglow lights were just left dangling (I understand removing them to work on it but didnt even tell me). I dont even want to take it back to fix the lights and blinkers for the sake of waiting another 2 weeks.
Go see Johnny Russel in sales! He and the whole staff are super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the buying experience. The prices are fair and the service is outstanding.

When I walked into the store I was not expecting to get a sport bike. I was interested in a Harley, but had some time to kill and thought I would look at what they had. As a new rider, I was interested in something cool, but didnt want to break the bank. Ron showed me around and got me the perfect fit for my first bike. My partner and I both ended up getting amazing bikes that we are very excited about. Nicole was wonderful throughout the entire finance process. It was quick and easy! I want to thank them for their great service and really appreciate the time they spent helping up. The parts department has been great to deal with as well. We will for sure be back to trick out our new bikes.
STAY WAY from this Dealership!!!!!!!!Recently, I had a really bad customer experience with a purchase. Management and staff all they care is about making money and not doing the right thing for the customer. If you want to buy a fun toy. Go somewhere else. Save your money and headache.
I was trying to get two jetskies and went to turn in an application to get my credit checked. They said they were going to call me next day. I called the next day around 12pm to see what was the status on my application and they said they havent had an answer from the bank. I called back around 4 and same thing. This is second time it happens to me. I just wanted to give them a second chance and it just happened again exactly the same way.
Tyler is my sales person. I had much contact with him through my purchasing experience. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells. Tyler let me purchase at my own pace and wasnt pushy. When I came in to test drive the Mule he was prepared for my arrival and demonstrated all the features of the edition I finally purchased. That same day he introduced me the the GM, parts person, service person and Nicole. Everyone was very accommodating and courteous to me. When I came into sign the paperwork Nicole had all the paperwork ready and finalized my deal quickly so I could return to the office. Thanks to everyone who made my buying experience great! Im excited for Freedom to deliver my new Mule. Five star service and people.

In the process of getting my first bike. My cousin who is an experienced rider took me to Freedom Powersports and I very glad he did. Staff was relaxed and allowed us to look, sit, and talk in peace only checking up on us occasionally. We have gone to a number of other places and were turned off by the constant interference from salesman telling us theyre opinions and adventure stories. One place told me as a completely new rider to get a Kawasaki 636 that had been modified. After we left my cousin said they just wanted it gone and Id likely kill myself had I bought it. While looking for a bigger motorcycle I came across Freedom Powersports in Farmers Branch. I called the store and met Rodger, I set up an appointment to go in and look at what they had. We went in the very next day about 3 hours early, and Rodger met us at the door. He was working with another customer so Ryan helped us. They had pulled the bike (Ninja 650) I had asked about the previous day and wiped it down for me. After getting all of the paper work in order we were out the door in under 3 hours. I cant thank this staff enough. We were treated with respect and everyone was as nice as they could be. I observed people going out of their way to get us the best deal and the best rate that was available. Im really happy we got my bike from here because I honestly cant wait to go back and see everyone!! Thank you again Freedom Powersports!!

Fantastic customer service. I got my bike for a very good price and the person who helped me, Angel Gomez, was clearly quite knowledgeable and had my best interest in heart. He fought for the best price he could get for me and told me everything about my new bike. I highly recommend Angel and this store.
Good and bad first experience. I bought a new motorcycle. Good price. I paid for delivery for a specified time and now Im being told they are going to be 2+ hours late. This after I stepped away from work to meet them. Sales good. Service bad.Update: Dropping to one star. Its been over two hours since I called to find out where my bike delivery was. I sent a text to Johnny, the sales guy, 30 minutes ago asking for an ETA. No response to the text. No call from anyone to update me. Im just sitting here, missing work, wondering about my bike. Delivery, that I paid for, is now three hours late. My excitement over my first bike is gone.Final update: After four hours of waiting at home for this delivery and being told countless times that the driver was on the way. Max, the service guy, admitted that they lied and the bike and driver had still yet to leave the shop. I told them not to bring the bike and left to return to work. So they have my money and my bike. Blatant lies and deceit. Shocking dishonest business practices.
Keep away from this dealership and especially from General Manager Heather Smith!On Saturday, May 2, 2020, I made a purchase with Freedom Powersport at Farmers Branch TX. I purchased a Used Kawasaki 310 Ultra LX 2018 Jet Ski with only 19.2 hours of use for a cost of $11,499.00. The total with all services was $14,373.71. That day I prepared to go to the lake with my family because according to the workers, it was ready for the lake. I could not use it because I was not given the key to the engine shut-off switch and had to return to the house due to poor service. On Sunday I bought a key. Less than 20 minutes after being in the water, all the anti-slip mat on the bottom sides started to come off. I couldnt believe how a 2018 Jet Ski with a maintenance and pre-assessment could have such poor quality. There were Jet Skis from 2000 there and none of them had the anti-slip mat removed. My family with his 8 year old son went for a ride and the Jet Ski flipped over. I know its normal for a Jet Ski to turn upside down. Whats not normal is that when it straightens out it starts to sink completely. The engine didnt start. A man who passed by them helped them because of the cries for help and the sound of the whistle. The man who helped us said that if it hadnt been for his help they would have stayed there for hours and the Jet Ski would have ended up at the bottom of the lake. We reviewed the documents to return this defective Jet Ski and noticed inconsistencies in the Service Contract prices where the figure of $ 995.00 should appear and they charged $999.00. You may think its only $4.00, but if you rob 100 customers of $4.00 youre already looking at a $400.00 profit. Returning on Tuesday, first day of the week they are open, we brought the Jet Ski. They explained that the $4.00 was just a MISTAKE, that the key was an OVERSIGHT on their part and that the $803.00 was placed in the Freight and Set-Up because they did NOT HAVE ROOM ON THE SAMPLE document to put that it corresponded to the Jet Ski evaluation plus the fees. (I should point out that I paid $7000.00 cash and the rest with a credit card). Heather Smith the General Manager was not able to even ask; How long was your family in the water, what happened to the child, are they ok? Nothing at all. She focused only on how we had straightened out the Jet Ski to have a foundation to use against us. There are many ways to straighten a Jet Ski. According to her, it was our fault that the Jet Ski started to fill up with water because we didnt turn it properly. (Question that only led to finding a way to blame us) I told her that I felt cheated and swindled because when I asked her for the money back she told me that I should pay for the engine repair and that she would only give me back the original price of the Jet Ski + Service Contract cost. I told her that I didnt trust them and that I would take it to the Freedom PowerSport in Lewisville TX for the evaluation and she said that if I took the Jet Ski to the dealer ship in Lewisville they would charge me more and that they would not offer me the deal she was going to offer.For using a defective Jet Ski for lees than 2 hours I must agree to lose $1875.71?They made an evaluation of the Jet Ski and she tells me that for their good will they would charge me only half of the cost of the arrangement and that the rest of the money could not be returned because as they are state taxes and are their transactions can not return it. I know its a LIE!! because those procedures are delayed due to the COVID-19 and its only one working day from this purchase.Finally I told her to transfer all my money to Freedom Powersport in Lewisville TX because since it belongs to the same CORPORATION I could buy a brand new Jet Ski with them and we all won. She objected to. I am disappointed by the service from a Freedom Powersport Farmers Branch office. LACK OF SENSITIVITY & MONETARY INTERESTED is what DISTINGUISHES HEATHER SMITH General Manager of Freedom Powersport Farmers Branch. KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE AND DONT GO TO THIS DEALER!!!
What an absolute joke of a place, I ordered my parts on April the 11th and was told they would arrive the following Thursday April the 16th, after waiting for a call on the 16th I finally called around 3 PM and was told half of my parts came in but they were waiting on 2 more that would be showing up the following day, the 17th, then after I drive all the way up there I’m told they had NONE of the parts at that location and the ones that they had told me were there were actually in Lewisville. I actually did receive a call on Friday the 17th but only to tell me that my parts were being delayed once again to the following Tuesday, April the 21st. Then after waiting all day on Tuesday the 21st, I finally called the shop and when I told them the name the order was under the parts guys response was “they’re all here” followed by him immediately hanging up the phone, as if he was annoyed I had called again. Maybe if their parts department could get it together and actually keep customers updated on what’s going on I wouldn’t have to call twice a day. I will never ever do business with any freedom Powersports ever again, I’m not unreasonable and I know delays happen on parts, but the way they have handled this issue is absolutely appalling.
Parts department is a joke! They have no parts for current bikes. Worst ever. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Wanted to give mad props to these folks here in Dallas. I reside in El Paso searching for a liter bike. I searched and contacted these guys and got almost immediate response which is why j chose to travel 600+ miles to pick up a bike that they worked a good deal with. I appreciate the customer service and speedy replies. Mainly considering this was a long distance sale. They helped me by price matching the same bike at a closer location. But because of the response and willing to work a deal, I chose these guys. Eric hooked me up good. There is very very little things I would recommend for them. I will recommend Eric and his team to any of my biker buddies. Thanks guys!!!

I stopped by today to see their inventory of winter gloves for riding. I was helped by the very nice girl at the counter, Crystal. She was very friendly and product knowledgeable. Good customer service can make or break ones decision to purchase, and for what I received in that respect, I made the purchase. Although I cant speak to any experiences dealing with buying or repairing a bike, I can tell you that my experience with accessories for sale was five star, to be sure. So for me, not only was customer service great, but the price for what I bought was outstanding. I will return for other items that I noticed were priced reasonably as well. Good work guys.
I recommend this dealer. I purchased a Kawasaki ninja 300 and service was really awesome. Adam Stewart called me and updated the status of my bike delivery daily and he explained me all the process clearly. Nathan provided me discounts on the price and he did a great job too. Eric explained me all the documentations warranty plans and other paper works and cleared all my doubts. Service manager explained me everything to take care of the bike and gave me few initial steps that i need to follow which is very helpful. Overall I had a good experience with them. Thank u guys !!
I was in need of a special helmet and the folks at Freedom Powersports Farmers Branch went above and beyond to help me find that perfect helmet. The parts guy even went as far as to contact the helmet rep to attempt to get everything that I wanted. At no time did I feel overly pressured to buy a motorcycle, and at all times I felt like I was getting an honest explanation and good advice. I dont write very many reviews. When I do, its because I was amazed by the business. Hands down the most extreme customer service and dedicated shop Ive ever been inside of!! I was passing through town and needed new riding gloves. I was able to buy a new pair of gloves, talk about motorcycles, and I never once had the feeling that most motorcycle dealerships give you... That if you Arnt buying a motorcycle then your wasting my time! Amazing customer service, great selection of gear, and honest and dedicated employees. Freedom Powersports has earned my business!!
I went to freedom in Farmers Branch to look at a specific bike. I was greeted by Bill who was very nice and personable. I told him what I was looking for since I didnt see it on the floor. He told me it was in service and I could look at it but it was dirty. He took me back showed the bike and never pressured me to buy anything else. Great salesman great finance department even better experience
Went shopping this past Saturday, found a 2020 Honda Talon 1000x4 that I really liked, my sales associate Jeremy McDaniel was very helpful in explaining the information I needed to purchase this UTV, appreciate the help from Heather and the service department. These guys are extremely friendly and know their business. I pre-ordered a watercraft here and Nathan bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. Even after I took delivery, there was an issue with the taillight on the trailer not working. Dwayne in service fixed that with a smile. Unlike most business these days, they definitely know how to treat their customers. Highly recommended.
The girl in the parts department today, 12/29/16, is awesome! Just went in there at about 1:40pm, during my lunch, to pick up some riding glasses. She is very outgoing and knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to speak with. She is definitely the reason I will be coming back.
They charged me a $455 set up fee and it was assembled incorrectly and had several loose bolts.

Called up to get a simple parking for my 2015 Polaris got bounced around parts guy seemed lost and I even asked if he wanted my vin number. After 10 min of being on hold and told they are busy. I hung up and called another dealer. 2 min later got what I needed.

Eric the salesman could not have been more helpful as well as the parts and finance department. The entire process could not have been smoother and the bike could not be better. Everyone walked me through the entire process and when I left I had everything I needed for the ride home. I highly recommend Freedom Powersports and will do business there again.

I will never spend a single penny at this dealership, About 4 months after I buy a brand new zx14 r battery suddenly is death and they won’t respond for the guarantee, since the beginning at time to Singh the contract were already cheating with the verbal agreement, if some one is trying to buy a motorcycle I will definitely NOT recommend this location, I am a confirm Texas buyer and I have proof of purchase with dates and written contract.If some one need a proof of why I am posting this I can tally prove it.

I just left this place, after 10 minutes of being the only customer in the place not one employee said anything so I left. I wasnt looking at bikes either I was looking at riding gear which is an easy sell cause most of the time people looking for gear know what they want. Any place that will hand out free t-shirts for 5 star reviews yet can not back it up is not worth ever going to again. I went down the street walked in and within minutes of being there I was greeted and helped by an employee. I spent more than $350, got quotes for an exhaust to get done on my bike, and found a place Ill stick with. Bad customer service can cause a business to fail and fail fast.
Walked in and was brought right to what we wanted to see and was shown the next best option and the closest used option to what we wanted. Awesome friendly staff got to start the bike and hear in run... Awesome!

This place is the only place that sells Kawasaki parts in Carrollton. They sell sport bikes and 4 wheel motorcycles. Not much in the way of cruiser type bikes. Sales people are nice, but be prepared to wait for service or parts assistance.
Place is very helpful! Very friendly people here! Crystal in parts helped me find the right parts for my bike and was very patient with me. They take the time to make sure they are getting you the right stuff and everything is good!
Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered some extra parts for our UTV and when they came in my wife was not happy with the look. But the parts department worked with us and made everything right. They really want to earn and keep your business.
Just left and Tyler was an amazing guy. Dealership is awesome and employees are very knowledgeable. Tyler gave me tons of information that I needed to buy my first bike. I will return to buy my first bike and hopefully many more!
Friendly staff. Smaller inventory but large variety for all types of people so thats your tradeoff. I will recommend for sure.

ALL THE REVIEWS ARE INFLUENCED BY FREE T-SHIRTS.At first, I gave them 5-star review just to get a shirt, before i actually experienced what they are really like... Huge mistake! The people in the service department are rude and use fowl language and crude jokes infant of me. I FELT DISGUSTED & DISRESPECTED.Oh and my friends bike was serviced here, and the chain flew off and damaged his bike after only 500 miles of riding! This dealership installed the chain, but refused to cover the damages! After this incident, the General Manager, Nathan, resigned from working there. (probably because he knew that he ripped off my friend!)BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Their mechanics dont even know how to install a chain right, and they wont even help with the damager that they caused!
