Definitly very dissapointed with their service, starting the installation they take so long to finish (almost a month) it and they didnt take the precaution to desactive the police call during the installation that cost us extra money, they installed 3 diferent screens on diferents buildings and they fail all the time, also the alarm get crazy every day incurrent in more expenses on police false alarms a lot of them during the 4 months service. And after 2 weeks waiting from a solutiom from they, anyone answer the phone ..or provide a solution for the bad system they install.DONT Waste Your money and your time with them, defintily paid extra to hire a Good companyUNfortunatly I READ THE GOOD REVIEWS AND WE DECIDE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, BUT I FEEL VERY DISSAPOINTED THEY NEVER INSTALLED THE SYSTEM PROPERTLYalways have a trouble with this system. IT NEVER WORK GOOD. THEIR PROVIDE US SERVICE IN HOUSTON TEXAS, CUSTOMERS IN PROBABLY DALLAS HAVE A DIFFERENT HISTORY.

Everyone I met was professional, helpful, and knowledge. They were able to adapt to changes along the way, and offered thoughtful solutions when we threw them curveballs in the middle of installation. After getting three bids, the pricing was right on par with the other companies. I ultimately hired these guys because of the enthusiasm they had, and they followed up with me consistently. I will definitely use this company again in the future!

MyTGroup and Chris were amazing to work with. I kept throwing him curveballs with what was previously installed and Chris would hit them out of the park with a worry-free solution to the challenge. He worked tirelessly to get the job done 100% to my satisfaction and took the time necessary to make sure I understood how to work the system. I was always offered alternatives on what to purchase along with estimates of all that it would entail.
