This place has the worst customer service. I had some issues that the area manager did not even help me with. Not sure if Alice still works at this location but she is a horrible manager. She treats her staff with no respect and does not know how to deal with customer conflict.
These girls are SO helpful and sweet! The store holds so much for salon professionals! Love their products as much as I love their staff.
