Staff was very knowledgeable and pointed out some cigars to try and pair with the bourbon I have at home. Very patient and offered advice on how to get more out of what im looking for.

My wife and I were in the metroplex last weekend to go to our granddaughters birthday party. When we left we were looking for something to do before heading back to East Texas. As an amateur cigar smoker I thought it would be fun to see what the area had to offer. I found House of Cigars online and read the reviews. We decided to give them a visit. I do not believe we could have found a better place. From the time we walked in the door I could tell customers were important to them. Willie spent a lot of time with us teaching us about cigars. No sales pressure at all. We smoked a cigar while we were there and spent 2 hours relaxing. I took some different ones home to try as well. These are definitely the best cigars I have ever smoked and I cannot wait to go back! Thanks Willie and Nicole for exceptional service!

Ill keep updating as I go, but so far my experience is top notch. Mind you, I am terrible at naming flavors, so its basically like/dislike. Friendly staff, and comfortable seating, plus the lighting colors the smoke, heck yeah.Im smoking a la jefa Connecticut, and its delicious. Halfway, and the burn is razor sharp, and the flavors are moving around a bit, its great! Finished, and the last puff was just as good as the first.Had the Brooklyn twister on the way back to my parking spot, Ive never had a dual wrapper cigar burn so clean, and it was delicious.

Very nice humidor and very helpful staff. They sell only cigars that they roll. I bought two each that should appeal to my taste. So far, so good!

When you smoke an H.O.C cigar and then smoke somebody else you can taste the difference. I think it is the lack of pesticides but even there strongest cigars are extremely smooth. Best cigars I have ever smoked

All cigars are handmade on-site, from what I gathered from employees who work there. The selection is small but the leaves are imported from a variety of locales. The associate who helped me asked what liquor I would be smoking the cigar with and when I told her, she offered a reasonably priced cigar that actually tasted awesome with the Bourbon I planned to smoke it with. And heads up: every Friday they have a BYOB salsa mixer for free.

After you have smoked all of the rest, Come Smoke the Best! All cigars are Blended - that means Filler, Binder, and Wrapper, to complement each other, Rolled, and Aged On-Site. They run the gamut of Mild to Medium to Strong to Okay, time to Man-Up.Have not smoked a label cigar in 6 years. Thank Willie and Nichole!!!!!

Nice place. was in town for the day and stopped by there for a smoke. nicely rolled by hand right there in the shop.

This has been the best experience that my friends and I have had with cigares and we highly recommend this place to everyone. The taste is so smooth there was no ash resido in our throats and they make the cigares in house and everyone is so welcoming to new people. And they are very military friendly which was a great surprise for our four day weekend.

Very unique cigar factory/shop in Dallas. H2 perfecto is a great smoke. Smoked it until my fingers burned. Rio has an amazing aroma, but draw is very tight on the torpedo vitola. Had to use a draw opener on it. Razor sharp burn though. Cant wait to try more of their offerings. May try the Rio in Toro or Robusto to see if that helps the draw. No pesticides which is great. Taste like high quality cigars.

I was treated the same as someone who was in there to spend much more money. They catered to what I was looking for, invited me to hang around and smoke, nailed my tastes on the first stick and made a lifelong customer.
