Decided to visit this location yesterday and arrived during a rush, the line was wrapped around the building and I know how tedious the line can be so I just decided to go inside. Big mistake. The inside was packed too but I was like whatever and decided to stay and order anyway, I ordered a venti iced chai tea latte with coconut milk (which is an up charge btw) and an iced water so in the end I was paying $6 for that. Anyway I was already expecting to wait a while since it was pretty busy so I sat down expecting to wait for maybe 10 mins and waited for nearly 25 minutes. I waited patiently and at last I finally got my drink but it tasted absolutely disgusting, im sorry but it just tasted like it was mixed with dirty water? I dunno it tasted nothing like a chai tea latte, it also looked very watered down and I didn’t end up finishing it it was just too gross. I understand that workers are stressed and tired, trust me I’ve worked in foodservice and I know how it can get but this was just ridiculous, especially after paying 6 whole dollars and waiting for 20 minutes. I will not be returning to this location :( I wish you all the best of luck though I know you are all trying your best but this was the last straw

Came here since it is the only Starbucks near my house. Had a long wait time, at first I thought is okay, No problem. However when I got to the window the girl who got my payment gave me attitude. I tried to be understanding. Then my order was wrong. Do not waste your time came to this location. Came here a few times before when it first opened and always received best service until now. Always new people as well, miss seeing the old crew familiar faces.

I’ve been going to Starbucks for over two decades and very rarely have a poor experience but I wanted to give recognition to the above and beyond experience I had this morning. When I walked up to the counter, the manager took my order. The store was out of my favorite syrup and he made great suggestions and asked questions to make sure my coffee would be something I really liked. The drink was delicious but it went beyond that. I have a lot of experience with service industry so I pick up on things. I watched him check on all of his employees to make sure they were doing okay and was happy to give help where needed. He was obviously very engaged with them and wanted to do whatever he could to make sure they weren’t overwhelmed. These days it’s really nice to see that sort of customer service and care for employees and their well-being. Everyone had a positive attitude and they truly made a great team and now I have a new favorite drink! :)

When you tell them no whip and they tell you oh we don’t even have whip right now. Here is what I got 🤦🏽‍♀️. We had to wait a while and drinks did not even come out at the same time. I wouldn’t have mind if my order was right.

This Starbucks was a wreck. Trash around the outside couldn’t even sit on the patio. It was dirty. Drinks were not good. The workers were not friendly, I understand it’s busy and wasn’t expecting amazing customer service, but a greeting or some type of human interaction would be nice. Been to other places that were busier and the workers at least acknowledge you. After reading the reviews now I realize I won’t return. Bad Starbucks. Should have taken the business card for the manager.

I live really close to this location and have been going there several times a week since the day that it opened. Ive always had really good experiences until the last couple of weeks. There seems to be a whole new crew in the morning, a bunch of faces I dont recognize and my drinks never taste right anymore. Half the time the drink is not even what I ordered even though it has the sticker on it for my order.. Im going to stop going to this location and drive down to the one on Josie. If Im going to spend $5 on coffee, I want to get what I ordered.

I visit here twice a week to buy delicious latte. There is an employee I sometimes encounter when I visit there, and she always had a irritated face and her voice was also blunt. If there was another Starbucks near my house, I would not have visited here.

This store closes with no notice all of the time. I understand that these are covid times. But when it is actually open it’s a revolving door of employees, every time I go there are a batch of new people working (who are rude by the way). Like many before me I wait in the long line only for my drink to be wrong. And I don’t have the time to wait another 20 minutes for it to be remade. Just go down the street to the location at Josey. Won’t be back to this location.

Bad service. My daughter went inside to get a coffee and a croissant. She was waiting for almost 20 min. And they forgot to make her coffee. Whenever they gave her the drink. They gave her whatever they decided to give her and told her they had ran out of everything else whip cream and other stuff. I did not have the time to go in and talk to them about it. But I’m not going back to this location.

Ive tried this location several times. Most of the time it looks like I get a vanilla Frappuccino when Ive ordered a mocha or Java chip. The color was way off. Takes way too long. It seemed like my drink was sitting for way too long before I got the window because it had totally melted. (About 7 cars ahead of me)

Probably the worst Starbucks in the general area. Definitely don’t go if you’re in a hurry to be somewhere. Nightly staff is often slow, inattentive, and incompetent. Their morning staff is much, much better. However, because it is the only Starbucks in the area, morning lines are extremely long. 2 1/2 stars.

I have been going to Starbucks for years and this is the worst one I have ever been to. I have to always convince myself to go back here since there aren’t any as close to my apartment. Every order I have placed has been incorrect. I set a pick up time for 10:00am one day and had one drink ready by 10 the other one was not ready until 10:30 because they had “forgotten” to make the drink. Several times my friend has gone here and asked for a pup cup and they say they don’t have whip cream. She complained and as she gets up to the window whip cream has magically appeared out of thin air. We have both tried to give this Starbucks SEVERAL chances and each time we are disappointed. With previous Starbucks we would wait in drive thru lines of maybe 5 mins and when it was over 15 mins the barista would comp the order. Today I waited 15 mins with only 5 cars in front of me - appeared to only get 1-2 drinks. Slowest moving service known to man kind.Drive the extra 5-10 mins to the next Starbucks. - thank me laterWORST STARBUCKS!!!

Why would you accept mobile order if you ask everyone go through the drive through for pick up? We went there and the drive through line was huge. Isn’t the whole point of mobile order to save customer’s time? If you are going to close the in-store ordering and pick up, you better update your google map. We wasted time.

Always love Starbucks! 4 stars because I ordered pickup ahead of time (at least 10 minutes) get there and still had to wait 7 minutes. Then instead of a veggie breakfast wrap, I bit into it and there was pork. Unfortunately I dont eat pork, so that was disappointing but I was already at work at this point. Very busy location!

This used to be our FAVORITE Starbucks location near us when we first moved to Texas last year. Unfortunately it has really gone downhill. The baristas are friendly, but the drinks are always inconsistent and we find its just a waste of money to go here. They seem to be in such a rush that the drinks just do not taste good anymore. There are white sediment looking chunks at the bottom of our drinks half the time, which means they arent shaking the bottles of milk before pouring. Our drinks are also usually WAY too sweet made with too much milk no matter how we order the drinks or ask for them to be remade... I dont recommend going to this location.

Bathrooms were horrible dirty, ransacked looking, unclean toilets no toilet paper or soap in either one. I wouldn’t have ordered here if I hadn’t done it on the app. No reason there aren’t checks done hourly in the bathrooms.

As we all know this particular Starbucks is by train station. When I get to the shop my phone dies in the middle of me trying to get the phone number to place my order. I explained to the supervisor that my phone was dead and that I needed to charge it so I could place my order. I felt so humiliated at the look and smirk on her face. I pulled my money out to show her a had funds to cover my order. I asked her why there wasnt a phone number soMe where visible so that we could skip the directory desk requiring their number cause we, I dont know it. I tried to empathize with her the fact that she is at a shop with a lot of traffic but we have to remember to always maintain professional. Our duties when we are in uniform are very important cause thats the face of the group, company, etc..... Im so upset at her manners, tone and just by the way she presented herself that I feel a way beyond words. I love Starbucks but today she help put hAmper on it. Thank you.... Go here all the time, coffee is usually great. Without fail for months, breakfast pastries are cold (even when warmed). Pretty sure they are frozen and simply dont thaw before being thrown in the oven. Stopped getting breakfast entirely as a result, sticking to coffee only. As a side note, drip coffee today was room temperature.... :(

I came here for the first time today due to convenience. The partner on window was anything, but welcoming. Coming from a previous partner I have never felt such hate and unprofessionalism from someone. I understand the job is stressful.. I worked for the company for two years, but the way I was treated today was the worst I have ever been as a customer. Will not be returning to this location, but I do wish the best for the partner on window and hope she learns how to handle the stress.

I have visited this Starbucks ever since I moved close by and felt welcome most of the time. But for the past four visits, I have experienced the worst customer service as a customer. She is very unprofessional and her attitude lets the whole world know how unhappy she is to be working. Honestly, I do understand how working at a busy drive thru coffee shop is stressful and hard as I have worked customer service, but the least she could do is be professional. Every time I am helped by her, I have something wrong with my drink. One day it comes out the wrong size, or there is no vanilla in my vanilla latte or there are no strawberries in my acai refresher. If I were to point out any mistake with my order she would heave a long sigh almost making it feel like Im the one making the mistake. I would understand if this is a one time thing with the attitude and all as she could be having a bad day. But to feel this every time I am there is unacceptable. I hope this problem is fixed in a timely manner.

I go to this Starbucks often and always get exceptional service except this last time I went this girl named MICA was super rude and her customer service skills were awful she should not be working there if she thinks that shes not getting paid enough like she stated. I dont understand why she needed to argue and be difficult to customer when drink was ordered a specific way. Customer service job just isnt for everyone. They should reevaluate their employees and train them in customer service/satisfaction especially when you spend a lot of money coming to this store.

I was the first & only person in line in the drive thru @ 5:40 am & the cashier/barista walked pass the window 3 times and never acknowledged me. This is after I drove past the ordering machine bc she wouldn’t answer. I was in line for over 15 minutes staring at a window. Your website says open. There are 2 people working. And I was the only person in line. If you weren’t open However, please have your hours reflect that online so others don’t sit waiting for nothing.

I went today to pick up a mobile order and the place was closed. In general this location has been very inconsistent with its hours. Sometimes only the drive thru is open or mobile ordering is not available. The drive thru line is usually too long and even when I go inside to pick up my drink Ive had to wait 5-10 minutes for a drink that was just sitting there ready the whole time I was waiting.

Probably the best Starbucks in the Carrollton/Farmers Branch area. Everyone is so kind and quick in the mornings. The tall Mexican girl (I think her name is Alex) is the biggest sweetheart and always makes me feel welcomed in the drive thru. She also deserves a raise! :)

This is a great location. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the drive-thru, and my order has always been correct. I always get a Flat White with 4 shots, and they make it perfect every single time. My wife loves the refreshers, and says they taste great. This location is on my way to work, and I stop in as often as possible!

I HAVE A MAJOR COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS LOCATIONS PARKING AND DRIVE THRU LINE SITUATION: it was made so that people would form a line AROUND the parking area yet for some reason people keep INSISTING on forming a line right through the parking area making it where people who werent lazy and got out of their cars cant get out because these people are blocking them. Ive even seen people pull forward more once they see someone coming out to their car. Just WOW!! There REALLY needs to be a sign FROM STARBUCKS showing where to form the line with an arrow so people will finally understand the importance of NOT BLOCKING THE PARKING LOT!!!!**I have included a birds eye view screenshot from Google Maps (it is from before both locations were even finished but its still enough to understand it) showing how the drive through line was meant to be done - the XXXs show where you should NOT be forming the line as thats the tiny parking area** If this issue could be addressed, this location would be a FIVE STAR. Thats the ONLY thing keeping me from rating it a five because that alone frustrates me so much! I do order ahead and get out of my car when I get there to get it as that is THE fastest way to get in and out, SERIOUSLY!! But these people just dont care!!Then on top of that (which has nothing to do with this location specifically, but instead people in general), theres the occasional person who decides they will just sit in the middle of the parking lot to do whatever it is they need to do in their car meanwhile blocking one side of the driving causing issues and they seem/act oblivious or just dont care - DONT BE THAT PERSON!!! This parking lot here is already small enough being it is also shared with Chipotle.

I have visited this Starbucks two times and will never go back!! I called the first time and spoke to Manager and she could care less!! Walked up to Starbucks (did not have phone), and the front was closed, so waited in line thru the drive thru (walking). Tried to order and they refused me ! Said I needed to order on phone. I said I didn’t have phone, and they basically said too bad! I Went today and employees were so inconsiderate! I was left at the drive thru for 5 minutes before they told me they were closed! I had passed several employees outside before I got to the drive thru and they watched me sit there! I finally asked them, and they said we are closed today! Could they not have come up to me snd said they closed or put a sign on drive thru! Won’t be going back ever again!

Love this location! The customer service is impeccable, as well as the coffees, teas and food! Ive noticed that they try to acknowledge every customer that comes through the door, especially the regulars (which would most certainly be me bc I go there every day...lol) Probably one of the best locations Ive been too, and thats saying a lot bc Ive been to A LOT!! I love when places take that little extra measure and make sure your having a better day than before you walked through the door. Because you never know what someone is going through, and that small measure may just move mountains in ways you never knew possible. You never know how far a little kindness goes until its given. Sometimes they are open until 10pm, then suddenly its 1pm, then some days they are just closed entirely. Not sure if its a staffing issue or what. I love this location. Its has been busy since they opened just before the pandemic and lock down (since they closed other locations nearby). The staff does a great job moving the line. They are very nice people. My issue, they keep changing their hours and not posting them. There were 10 cars waiting this morning at 0645, the line wouldnt move. So I tapped on the door... apparently they have decided to open at 7am. Most of those cars left as did I. I get that businesses have lost money and they have to work during the most efficient hours to mitigate losses. All I ask is that you post your ACCURATE hours or maybe have them as an automated message on your phone b/c yes, I did call to try to confirm but there was no answer. They had previously been open before 7 as I usually pass by or stop before 630 and they had been serving people. I havent stopped early in a couple weeks b/c of going into work earlier so Im not sure when the hours changed. But clearly 10 other people thought they would be open. 🤷‍♀️
