Horrible customer service and store somewhat dirty... unfortunately I live close but now considering driving any distance to avoid shopping at this location. Rafael- store manager seems indifferent when you discuss problems. Called me left a message, when I called back on the number he shared, it just rings and rings, went up there twice to chat, most of the time they share hes out but then you see him walking by you... but dont waste your time, ineffective and this location seems like they are angry at you for shopping there... unfortunate another chain didnt occupy this location... darn...

Another good one. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. Doesn’t get too crowded either. I’ve been here dozens of times when I’m in a hurry. Neighborhood Market is the best store for these smaller neighborhood areas.

Exactly what you would expect from a neighborhood Walmart. Only problem is the fresh produce like fruits and vegetables look old, bad, and stale. If you need fresh fruits or vegetables do not head to this location.

Love this Neighborhood market, I order groceries for pickup and the staff there and especially their manager are excellent! They go above and beyond. Even bringing groceries out to you in the rain! This is my little Walmart and I love it because the employees Make the difference. Gracias 👍

First PICK Up of online order.I must say the online process was quick and smoothe. A very nice young lady put my groceries in the back of My # Tahoe. EASY.Walmart out to teach the elderly and frail how to shop online. Most have no choice but to walk behind aCart.

Place is dirty, shelfs are empty, no customer service, I had to asked another customer were the energy drink are at. Dont expect any cashiers to be there, its all self service register.

Great for online ordering and pickup. The Walmart phone application is top notch and grocery prices are very competitive. The Farmers Branch Walmart online ordering employees are very friendly and carefully package your groceries.

It was my first time ordering pickup from this location and only the beer I wanted was out of stock. The pickup is located on the left side of the building if you’re facing the entrance, it was indicated on the opposite side in the email. Pick up staff was prompt, friendly and packed everything nicely & quickly. Contactless is the way to go!

Guy name Anthony working the cash register today April 27 @ 4PM was very rude to two older ladies that were paying in front of me! Then he kept mumbling stuff of course the ladies don’t speak English so they can’t understand! Another lady came while I was paying & asked if he was open he said “no, but if it’s only one thing go scan it and pay for it yourself”Unfortunately the world has come to us walking to a store and doing self checkout and now workers are bothered when they have to do there JOB!! Really poor customer service!

Itself its very convenient store for a quickie... Grocery shopping.As usual, Walmart its not know for their sterling customer service... They are always restocking it, there are not employees around or near when anyone has a question or the self check acts up and needs the human touch to keep on scanning.Is there out there any Walmart store that earned 5 stars review, and who knows? Maybe in a parallel universe...

I have to give credit where credit is due!! The Farmers Branch neighborhood Walmart online grocery/ pick up is Superb...hands-down!! They are quick, hardly ever crowded, and great customer service! Things that I appreciate!!I placed an order with my local Walmart close to home yesterday bc it was on the way home and something told me not too but I did because I was in a rush...Bad idea. It was super busy, no parking spots, and waited over 30 minutes on my order that was supposed ready after receiving the email!! So I cancelled it and placed the same order the next day with Farmers Branch. Today, I literally parked at 5:05 PM and was out of there at 5:10 PM, just 5 minutes and I was in and out with great customer service!! That’s what I’m talking about!! I’m a busy mom so having prompt service is key!! Therefore, I just wanted to take the time and really appreciate this store. I will always come here if I need online grocery pick up. Thank you and continue to keep up the good work because I will always be back!

Good, The only thing they need a little work on is informing the staff, the customers are not in your way, sometimes they act as if we are a inconvenience but that is a easy fix, other than that: I shop there every week

Got there almost at closing time and the young man at the register was quick in helping me checkout.

Arrived at my neighborhood Walmart at 5:15 only to realize they were closed. Within the past week, I was under the impression that Walmart stores were closing early. I was somewhat prepared for this, but upon googling their hours online, this was not made known. WALMART....... Please do all of your loyal customers a kind service and post your hours of operation online. Times are tough for all of us, please don’t make them more difficult for everyone. My shopping was for diapers and it was very disgruntling to make the trip only to realize that you were closed.

They had a broken self pay machine (7/10/21) but its your typical neighborhood walmart

I recently worked at this location and the WMPM was full of disrespect, discrimination, and intimidation... The work was simple for me( 10years plus experience). I took orders well and triple check each set worked on. The WMPM went and lied on me and that’s where I have a grievance with.. she couldn’t fault my work so A he tried to fault my character. Just thought the color of ones skin shouldn’t be a factor in 2020 but clearly we have management with an indifferent attitude at this location.. treat not only the customers but your employees and contractors with respect and integrity and the store will do better overall. This is a pretty nice neighborhood market. I have been here a few times and they always have what i am looking for. Parking is not so bad and the atmosphere seems clean and friendly. No complaints here.

A slightly more abused Neighborhood Walmart than most.

If you have to go to Walmart for groceries find a neighborhood Walmart. Theyre smaller, are marketed towards grocery shoppers, and are similarly priced to the supercenters and seemed to be quicker to get in and out of. Their self scan Lanes with the conveyor belts are absolutely maddening and infuriating. It stopped me each can good I scanned, and required a worker to input a security code. Though she was friendly and apologetic. I purchased about 50 can goods. It was hell. So I now always look for a checker instead of using the self-serve belts.

Got exactly what I was looking for and was done in under 5 minutes.

Walmart Neighbohood is always clean and usually has the items I need. Their team is there to help if you cant find something. Very organized! I recommend this store!

*Pick up review* We have always used the Walmart off MacArthur and 635 for pick up but tried out this location for a change. We ended up with 4 missing items, submitted a refund request for them and it was approved. The next morning we got a call in regards to it so they ended up giving us the 4 items at no charge plus the $11 refund. It was nice of them to honor it, our previous location off MacArthur never offered the items that have been missing in the past, just a refund. I couldve cared less for the money but more for the items we wanted in the first place, thank you for making it right! Will definitely be using this location for our future orders!

I like this Walmart because its close to home. But they have problems restocking items. Also, they keep changing the layout alot. So its hard to find items where they once used to be at. Otherwise, its a decent Walmart.

Sometimes the convenience can be worth it. I wish that they sold more organic things such as organic flax oatmeal. Organic hot sauce and more shampoos and bath soaps without sulfur. Otherwise it is convenient for picking up other things. The store is usually clean and usually plenty of people to ask where things are.

Sales people that work in the store have no product information. The exclusive, this is not my regular department. In other words they know absolutely nothing about any products anywhere.last time I was in here to the salesman didnt even know if they had listed in the paper a TV with a DVD player built-in and had no idea when we found one they were shocked. Im saying this from experience.the worst thing in the world you could possibly do is waste your money at Walmart buying a phone or any electronic component. And by the way they do not accept any no refunds.

Moving to the neighborhood so we went inside to see if this was going to be a clean store that we would visit. Yes, very clean, well lit and helpful staff when asking where items were located. The locals seem to be nice too.

Great place for emergency ingredient shopping.The aisles were clean, the produce looked fresh, the products were not difficult to find. If youre looking for yeast, its there, they do have it. I asked. The employee I asked was so nice and patient. I had asked her while she was stacking product and she had no problem with taking me a few steps down to where the product was.The self check out was clear and was being managed well. There was an issue with the machines not providing cash back or something, but its it.

Its ok.. its Walmart.

I dont live any around this location. My job is around the corner and when I need a few things and dont want to deal with the mega Walmart by my house. This location is where I go. Quick in and out.

Great spot! Great cashiers my favorite is Shontee! Super friendly!! Sadly we moved away to Plano... but we loved this Walmart! My mom used to worked there. You do have some rude cashiers.. but for the most part most are super sweet and super helpful.

This is only regarding the Grocery pickup. Ive used consecutively for a few weeks now. Always picking up on Sundays. Order is always ready on time. Associates are friendly and produce looks good.

New Walmart market, still stocking the shelves, employees who are stocking seemed to be focus but didn’t offer to help (younger employees), I would shop here again especially since they have self checkout and it seems like it will be clean

The people were very friendly and helpful and its a small Walmart but the service was great . Im from California visiting for 5 days my wifes Dad died and we are here packing up his things. To take back to California but we are enjoying the time and the people from Texas.

This store is decent. Stocked well. Plenty of registers to get in and out quickly. I would just recommend that management focus on keeping the store clean, floors in particular.
