Just know before you go into this store (or any other La-Z-Boys for that matter) if they dont have it in stock, it WILL take time. I got lucky and the couch I selected was already on order, but it could still take a month or more. If youre not willing to wait, La-Z-Boy might not be for you right now.Thanks so much Melissa! Great experience! 100% recommend.My wife is 8 months pregnant so we came looking for a recliner. They had nearly 100 different options and we found one that fit our small house perfectly. It was really nice to try all the different options.Robert helped us and wasnt pushy at all. You place your order here and then pick up two days later from their warehouse (a few miles away). The pickup was super easy and very fast.Lots of the furniture is more expensive, but there were plenty of options under $500. Of course you can find something cheaper at Walmart or Target, but the quality and build is superior in my opinion.

Outstanding service, very knowledgeable salesperson who took the time to go into depth and then some about each chair I asked about. I Didnt realize a chair should be matched to the size of the person who will use it the most. This location had a nice selection of recliners. I previously had an inexpensive recliner that I purchased from a discount store, but it only lasted three years with regular use. I also didnt realize how much a good recliner cost, but you get what you pay for. The one I looked at was leather, it had a back massage, heated back, and electric foot rest. The perfect chair for my wife who has to deal with the pain of a bad back.

Excellent selection and wonderful help. We were looking for a new couch, and were led to examples of just what we were looking for. We changed our minds a few times, but the Sarah was never impatient with us. She was always eager and willing to make sure we were fully satisfied with our choice.

We purchased a recliner.Good service, polite and knowledgeable sales rep. My only complaint is the price tag on each item. The tags show 3 prices, the original price, the sale price and another price that was $100 more than the sale price and is the amount you pay. Obviously we want to pay the lowest price but when I inquired about why we were not getting the lowest price on the tag I was told that the lowest price would be the amount I would pay if I ordered from the warehouse and it would not have the Scotchgard. So ok, I did not like the answer but I want Scotchgard so I’ll pay the price for it. Then when we agreed to make the purchase I was told that it would have to be shipped to us from the warehouse. Wait but if it comes from the warehouse???? Didn’t you just say if I got it from the warehouse I would pay the lower price? For me the bottom line is this. Don’t tease me with a lower price and not give me an answer that makes sense as to why I am not getting that price. Also if I am paying another $100 for delivery I should not have to wait a whole week.

After I chose the recliners I wanted he helped me with delivery from Dallas to Waco and to my new apartment in Waco about a month later. That helped me greatly and I really appreciated it. They have a nice selection. However, if you want a custom chair be prepared to wait 6 months. They lady we worked with was nice, but appeared constrained by local and corporate requirements. At checkout we had to sign and initial a number of documents. It was a lengthy process and I almost gave up. It was made worse by their requirement that we sign and initial two copies of every document. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just make a copy of one set of documents. I will probably look elsewhere first before I go back to that store on Midway and LBJ.

MY Wife and I went to the La-Z-Boy store on Midway Road in Farmers Branch yesterday and were happily suprised by the attention we received. With the help of Eric we finally found the perfect chairs to fit us both. Eric had us try quite a few to find the ones with the correct seating depth and height for the ideal sitting position. Also had us try the effort required to recline and then return to straight up position. All very important to us because we are quite old and not as strong or agile as we once were.Couldnt have been better.
We had a great experience with our sales expert at Lazy Boy!!!Sarah was a great addition to the 2nd recliner we chose since the 1st one was not a good fit for our home. Will definitely recommend Lazy Boy on Midway in Dallas to all my friends and family.
We paid $3,420.19 for two matching chairs. One electric and the other manual. Within 2 weeks after delivery we had serious issues with the electric one not working properly. We followed procedure, called it in and a few weeks later a tech came out. He says it was assembled incorrectly causing parts to break and the main metal rod to be bowed and cracked. Told us he they normally fix them in your home but this was so extensive that he would have to order parts and completely rebuild the chair at their shop but he couldnt take it with him. I called after a month, still waiting on parts. I complain to our sales rep, the store manager, and the corporate office, as well as warranty service. Since it was assembled wrong and is broken, I want a correctly assembled and inspected chair like I paid for. They will not replace it. They picked it up today and cant give us any idea how long before they can repair it. No one EVER calls back. We have been loyal customers for about 40 years! Do not waste your money on LA-Z-BOY because they are no longer the quality product they once stood for! BEWARE!!!

I have been to several Lazy Boy stores in the Dallas area and was not impressed with the service. This store though was great. Everyone I spoke to was helpful but not pushy. Sara took excellent care of me and I cannot wait to get my new living room set!
Good quality American made furniture. But not only would ordering in alternative fabrics take 10-12 weeks, but even buying a floor model would take 1.5 weeks. They refused to even let me and a friend load a recliner in my vehicle, saying they are required to send it back to the warehouse and schedule delivery from there. Seriously? If they are that backlogged on manufacturing and delivery, they should hire more people and buy or rent another truck.
Very nice things in there, also they have a good customer relationship and a lot of packages to go with their sales.

Ryan, the manager, is very knowledgeable. He spent several hours helping us find the perfect set. I would highly recommend the North Dallas location, the other locations in the area seem like they have given up. If it was not for the La-Z-Boy quality and comfort, I would have never sought out another location in the Dallas area due to the extremely poor customer service I received at other locations, but because it is unbeatable I decided to try one more spot. I was extremely pleased and impressed with the staff and my experience at the North Dallas location and would highly recommend it.

I went to Lazy Boy because my family has purchased from this company since I was a child and it is outstanding furniture-but after the condescending and misleading information I received today the ties are severed.
I was greeted when I entered the store by Eric Lawrence, the store manager. I knew what type of recliner that I wanted and he led me to the selection. He was very helpful in explaining the details of the particular chair, the fabric choices, and the color of fabric. I left the store and returned with a cushion from my loveseat for comparison of color choices. I made my decision and Mr. Lawrence closed the deal. I was highly impressed by Mr. Lawrence. He was very familiar with his product and answered all my questions. If I ever need another La-Z-Boy product, I will go to his store and purchase it from him.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. We bought a sectional from this location back in July (it is October). We were quoted 8-10 weeks for our sectional. I called in September (at 8 weeks), and we were quoted mid-October. Well, here we are in mid-October (over 10 weeks), and I called again, now they are saying MAYBE November. We paid for our sectional IN FULL in July. What company takes over $4K up front with absolutely no communication on their end and no product to show for it. Antiquated ordering process where you HAVE to order in the store, and I have absolutely no tracking information, other than personally calling the same crooks that took my money months ago. The staff should be calling ME to apologize for delays. They have done nothing to rectify the situation. Have not offered any discount or refunds. Maybe we will have a couch by Christmas - who knows at this point. Let me tell you, theyre now quoting Mid-March to everyone who walks in the store. Who in their right mind would agree to that sort of timeline? I understand COVID delays, but you can order from ANY OTHER COMPANY, and it will be here in less than their almost half a year wait time. Order number is 0722008JSBD (for Lazboy).UPDATE: still waiting, and we are officially at 13 weeks. Still no response from Lazboy.

Im a fan of la-z-boy and have purchased multiple big ticket items from them before but this location is absurd. My mom and I came in to look at reclining sofas and from what I could tell, only 2 people were staffed for a Sunday afternoon. After wandering the store for about 20 minutes and picking out multiple recliners that I liked, I tried to get an older gentlemans attention to ask some questions and he avoided eye contact and walked right past me as though he made a judgement call that I wasnt a serious buyer. The quality of their products is unmatched but the service here is horrendous. Highly recommend going to another location.
The level of service here was amazing. Eric, the store manager was incredibly knowledgeable and patient even though we spent almost 2 hours in the store and changed our minds 3-4 times! I will definitely be returning here for any other furniture purchases and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for great quality and the customer service to go along with it. Also, their sofas and chairs are made in the USA, which is important to our family as well!

They tried to tell me the chair cannot come without the (unspoken till time to check out) chair protecting spray or whatever. 100$ then, I kept getting the run around on the location of my chair. I finally got what I wanted at the price i wanted. Customers should not have to fight over these kinds of things. I like the chair though. 5 stars on that.

Weve bought several items here over several years. The sales staff is great! I dont understand why the company refuses to have items in stock, no one wants to wait 2 months, but weve been lucky & able to choose items from the limited in stock items. The last purchase was a recliner. All the store models were in fabric & we took the one they had in stock but didnt know it was leather. Our cats, of course, instantly destroyed it by simply walking on it to check a new item in the house. They should have said it was leather & we should have made sure it was fabric. Were both at fault. We will return for our next purchase but lesson learned... make sure you know exactly what cover you are getting or your beautiful new chair will only be beautiful for 5 minutes!

It just so happened that I walked in, told the sales person what i wanted and she showed us to a batch of recliners. Found one that was petite just as we wsnted.Delivery was on time, fast and efficient setup.
The sales associates were helpful but I was just buying 2 vases and I had to fill out pages of unnecessary paperwork. I know small purchases are not common but they need a separate process for this since they don’t just sell large items.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! Decided to go with LaZBoy over Nebraska because the sale team won me over with talks of white glove service paid $150 for delivery (which wouldve been free at NFM) We wait the 2 months and still no call on when our couches would be ready. We call to follow up - the couches had been ready for delivery for an unknown amount of time. We hadnt received a call because the sales guy no longer worked there. Annoying but excited to get couches. Scheduled for Friday 2:30-5:30 delivery window. 4:30 we get a call, the truck broke down and would be running a little late. We called at 5:30 for an update and were unable to get a confirmed time. 6:30, We called back and explained how we had plans that night and we needed to figure out when to expect them. However we were met with an employee who didnt seem to care about our concerns.7:30 after continuous run around we spoke to the manager who was rude and told us we needed to sympathize. We requested to be delivered the following day. No accommodations were granted, no one was apologetic, we were wrote off as being rude. Our couches were delivered eventually at 8:30 pm. We paid for just a great service and the customer service at this particular location failed. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
LazyBoy always has a good selection of chairs and sofas in a wide range of fabrics. The quality is excellent. Sales and delivery could not be easier. Everyone is professional and courteous.

Ordered sectional, delivered wrong side sectional. Delivery was not flexible, asked for after lunch delivery and was told not possible. Sales person was rude when I called about the issue and she set delivery for correct sofa without notifying me. Then she threw it in my face that I was not charged delivery even though she dropped the ball. If you are looking for good customer service this is not the place. Waiting to resolve with store manager.

The hours need to be updated. I drove 40 minutes and got here an hour before it said it was closing on Google only to find out they closed one minute after I arrived. So annoying Ill go somewhere else for an overpriced recliner
Horrible service, I have never been spoke to by a manager the way Nicholas addressed me. Would recommend the Lazy Boy product, but choose another store. They should learn to take responsibility for their errors and quit acting like nobodys time is valuable besides theirs.
