So I had my eyebrows threaded for my first time here. I called kinda last minute asking for availability and they were so kind over the phone allowing me to come on such short notice. After asking around and doing research I expected some pain or irritation after the service and to my surprise I had none! Dolly, who did my brows, was very friendly and quick. I asked her to keep my same shape essentially but clean them up and make them look neat, and she did not let me down! I would totally recommend this place to my friends and family and will definitely be coming back!

My first time here at Brow Pros Threading and when I tell you it will Not be my last. I got wax and threading here done by dolly and she was ahmazinggggg. She let let me know every step what she was using and doing. Even gave me advice on after care. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. Don’t hesitate...come here and ask for Dolly . They will get you right.

Just got my brows done from Cindrella. She is the one of the nicest and sweetest people I’ve ever meet plus her work is satisfied too. I would recommend everyone to this place for a satisfying result.

My experiences with them was never good. This time I scheduled an appointment and waited for almost 1 hour and didn’t get all the services. I do not recommend to anybody who value their time, the customer service was non existent. Their online appointment system is trash, even though they confirm your appointment they never honor it.

I followed Doli from the Plano location. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows! I got tinting done for the first time and it’s amazing, framing my face perfectly!! My brows are shaped beautifully for my makeup. Doli provided good customer service. She is attentive to my requests and needs.

I stopped by today to get my eyebrows tamed after having let them go for a while. Dolly welcomed me in and did an amazing job. No appointment was needed (of course, with COVID, things are a bit different). We talked while she threaded my eyebrows and was super friendly and incredibly pleasant. Even after she finished and I was checking out, she noticed some hairs out of place and sat me back down to make sure everything was perfect. Dolly is someone that truly cares about what she does! I will definitely be coming back the next time my brows need some work.

I haven’t touched my eyebrows in 2 years. My last experience was the worst experience until today. I came in and there were several women in the shop patiently waiting for service and there was only one person working. Doli took care of everyone that visited and did an amazing Job. I even got my eyebrows tinted for the first time because of the recommendations of a loyal customer and I absolutely love it. She did exactly what I wanted . I am very please by the services here. Doli has excellent customer service and knows what she’s doing.

I usually go to the location in Flower Mound but I tried this one today. None of the employees were wearing mask or any PPE. Disappointed and unsafe

Staff person refused to wear a mask. This is disrespectful and not safe for the customers.

I had gone for eyebrows threading. The woman doing it was super fast and very rash! I got cuts on upper lips and chin. She wasnt even considering that it was her fault.. i do not recommend this place! SOI was much better/

Just left and was in tears the whole way home about my eyebrows. They have no shape, uneven, and almost non existent when I have full eyebrows. I have been here several times because new in the area and have never been super impressed but it was better than some other options. After today, I will never be back.

I absolutely love this place. This is a small place, but they are fast and efficient. The staff are nice and courteous and don’t try to sell you services that you do not need. I’ve witnessed them inform a customer that she was not a candidate for eyebrow tinting instead of just taking her money like most people do. Eyebrows are important to lots of women and they have yet to take too much off or mess up my brows. I am a frequent customer. Also discounts for students and military.

My experience was not good. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.. Not sure who she was but she threadedmuch more of my eyebrows than desired or told ..wanted clean up brows not a REMOVAL of most of my brows!! Good grief

It was very busy when I arrived 45 minutes before closing, with only one employee there, but the tech still made sure to perform a thorough job on everyone and apologize for the wait. Prices were fair, and I was impressed with the precise job she did on my eyebrows. Very courteous and a pleasant experience. I will be back.

They were okay, the lady tried to over tax, but realized there hasnt been that much business and decided to give my girl the star treatment!! The brows were a little off but it worked out.

I came to this salon since I was in the area... This is not my usual place. I had my brows threaded. Its over priced. The woman who threaded my brows didnt shape them properly, nor trim it up at the end of the service like all other salons do (I came home and had to do that myself), and I left with several cuts on my lids.I would suggest you take your money elsewhere. There are so many other great threading salons in that area. Im definitely not coming back.

I went to this salon for the first time and got my underarms done over here.The wax they used on my underarms made both of my underarms completely black. I never had this problem before when I got it done from other salons. The quality of wax they are using is so bad. I will NEVER EVER go to this salon again. Ladies be careful. think twice before you visit this salon!!

Yesterday I went into SOI Brow not knowing what to expect, Im new to the Texas area so I didnt really know where to go to get my eyebrows threaded. I saw the positive reviews on this place and decided to give them a try. I am soooo glad I did! The young lady that threaded my eyebrows did an awesome job! I will definitely be going back. Been going here for about 4 years and always loved their services. But my last visit I was told that the student discount is only for customers under 23 and I think that’s absurd and money hungry of them. People under 23 are not then only age group of students. I expected changes when they got bought out but that’s ... dumb. I won’t be back.

I was a bit hesitant about coming to this location. I normally go to the one in South Arlington or the one in Dallas on Maple. This was literally one of the worst experiences ever. She did it so fast and didn’t pay attention to the actual small hairs around my eyebrows (that’s the point). The problem wasn’t that she did it so fast, the problem was that she removed the bottom corner from where my eyebrows begin. So now I have a white patch where I’m missing hair. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!

I come here all the time and the woman I usually request (Doli I believe) has been on maternity leave so I was worried about coming back. I have been trying to regrow my eyebrows in certain spots because they seemed to be looking thinner after a few appointments at other places, so I asked the woman there today, Penpa, to please not touch a certain spot. She did an amazing job and actually listened to me, unlike others who would thread it anyway. I’m extremely happy with the way my brows are looking, thicker and much more even as I wanted. Would definitely recommend this place!

I regularly get my eyebrows threaded and experience at this place was the worst. The threading itself was painful and not well done. After the service I still have a lot of peach hair around my brows left that werent taken out. $10 is too expensive for such a sloppy work given that I was the only client in the salon. Would not go back.

I usually go to SOI Plano and after the horrible experience I had in Addison, I will DEFINITELY stick with what I know! I didnt catch the young ladies name that serviced me (it wasnt shradha), but her customer service was horrible, she was rude from the time that I walked in, and Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and have NEVER experienced the pain that I had from her! Not to mention, she didnt ask me how I wanted my brows just started threading, after experiencing the pain, my brows were still not how I wanted them at all, so round two she tried again after rolling her eyes, and they looked horrible! I will NEVER go back to this location and will definitely be sticking with the nice ladies in Plano!

Today was my first visit. I love the way my eyebrows and upper lip feel and look. I will define back in 3 weeks to have them redone.

I got my eyebrows and lip done by Doli, she is amazing! It surprisingly didnt hurt on the eyebrows, she has an amazing attitude and fantastic customer service, I highly recommend!

Alinna (or Anita ??) is amazing and very fast .. they are just one block ahead of me and i always walk in for threading .. no appointment required for threading but if you want to get other things please call ahead and get an appointment .. Anita is quick and attentive .. i am in out within 15 mins and no complaints .. salon is clean spacious and funky, it has a instore little boutique for Indian kurtas and dresses .. bollywood music always playing which i lovei found them when someone referred me, i had a bad eyebrow wax done and Anita aimed to fix it saying we will grow it out and shape it .. we are still working on it and that shows that she cares genuinely .. thank you guys will be back soon..edit : its ALINAedit 2 :PENPA IS A LIFESAVER !! i go back for her
