They have great prices, a decent selection of products, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This is one of my favorite places to shop when remodeling.

Placed an order for 2 valves back in March 2020 and was told lead time was going to be 8 weeks. Emailed back after the 8 weeks and the order was never placed. Employee who took order was no longer with the company. After that was told it was our fault for not following up on the order and to add insult to injury they never called back to place the new order. Extremely dissapointed with their customer service.

They ordered the wrong part number then said it was non-returnable. By not taking responsibility for their mistake, they lost a lot of future business from my company.

Great place to work.
