Great customer service and appreciation. This is the fourth time in about a month that I needed to print to large paper. On two occasions I ran into trouble using the printer and the gentlemen behind the counter were so nice and helpful. There is one closer location but I choose to go to this one when possible.
Employees are super! Products are great, but they are totally understaffed. Literally, I’ve been here 3-4 times in the last week or so, and every time, there’s one person there working the counter. He’s awesome, but he can’t do a great job when there’s always a line of people to ship products, and no one to help with print jobs.
Just walk out the store. WORST SERVICE EVER. the guy there is no help, I ask a question and he replied back with an attitude. Not my fault he doesnt like his job.
Only one guy helping the customers???? I been like 10 minutes waiting for just one customer who was chipping several packages and I asked the guy in the front desk for help and told me everyone is busy. Terrible service and attention

Great FedEx center to stop at if you want to be in and out quick. Most places will force you to wait on line for a while because it’s so busy.These guys run the place smoothly and for the most part are always polite.

I wanted to personally thank Tim and the other customer service rep for helping me with my package. It was dropped off in a dropbox that was inactive. The dropbox was going to remain inactive until July 4th with all of the packages inside not being delivered until said date. We called and got transferred to 4 different people and finally decided to go into the store to get the issue resolved. They were so nice and genuinely wanted to help us get our package sent out or back into our possession. They called us back after 20 minutes and said they would get a driver to pick up and deliver all packages inside the dropbox - something that all of the other reps refused to do for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Slow as always20 minutes spent on the 1 person in front of me... but that’s every FedEx not just this one!
I hardly rate businesses but just had a WONDERFUL customer experience at this store! Just moved into the area and this will become my go to store!!
Excellent customer service! Darrell Richardson & Ramona Vasquez helped me so much with a job I thought was going to be really hard - they did it poof easy peasy! I had gone to another Kinkos whose machine to make large copies was down...they sent me here and Im only using this location from now on! While waiting I observed them treating all customers just as nicely and capably as they did me! Very impressed with their hard work and excellent customer service! AAA+++ Highly Recommend!

Showed up at 5:56 yesterday (July 8th) to drop off a package, door was locked. Employees inside wouldnt open the door and seemed to be shooing me away. Other customers showed up as well. Had to find another location that wanted to abide by their posted hours. Skip this location!!
A tad dirty and only one workstation in the office. Internet is dirt slow and I only was able to print a single document as a result. Since it took so long because of the slow connection, I ended up paying around $9 for this simple job.

Never received my package. I called them and sent email. I was supposed to be getting updates about them asking the driver where he left it 2 days later and they still have yet to ask him. I just lost my money and time with them. Who’s responsible for my merchandise? I need a refund!
Tomer is a ROCKSTAR!! He is always super polite and knowledgeable. I’ve seen him take extra steps to help customers and has a million dollar smile! I’m always glad when I go into this store and see him there because I know it will be an exceptional experience.

Easy, quick visit. Just needed to make a few copies and print a few things. Used the Print and Go feature to email documents to FedEx, punched the retrieve code into the copier kiosk, then done.
Ramona was very helpful! Printed my paper and helped me tape up my shipment for no additional charge. Thanks so much!!
Printed couple of posters. Great service with recommendation on the tour of paper needed. Definitely will come back.
Poor customer service, and very bad experience for me. They may have very good customer service for others but not me.I will not step in to this store again.
Do not trust this FedEx Office location. Multiple issues with packages dropped off not being pick-ed up by the FedEx mainline driver causing delays and in one instance an incorrect delivery. I tried again to use this location because it is close to my office on Dec, 17th 2018; 4 of 6packages dropped in the Drop-Box inside at 9:30am were not scanned until 8:40pm after the courier pick-up for the day, causing a shipment exception and delivery delays just in time for Christmas. If you can get to any other location go there instead, dont risk these guys. Thanks
HORRIBLE SERVICE, Timm the manager can be very abrupt and turns rude. LOCATION EMPLOYEES CHANGE EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS. HIGH TURNOVER. SEVERAL TIMES I WALKED IN TO A LINE WITH ONLY ONE PERSON THERE. I usually turn around and leave., forcing me to go to another location. THE MANAGER DOESNT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE THIS SMALL LOCATION, YET HE IS STILL THERE.
The customer service is best here. People are friendly and willing to help.
Worst is too of a good word to describe the the bald dude (in his late 40s)So i dropped a package and asked him if I could get the receipt, he got in an argument with me and said that only a few people dont trust others they ask for the receipt I told him they have their reasons. and i left.Next day I had to cancel the transaction and went to get that package. I went to the store before he actually opens it so that I could stop my package before shipping.I waited for him to open it and then I went in and asked him if he could give me that package back he said its already gone and i have to call Fedex main office and they will stop it for me so I came home and call Fedex main officeThey said its still in the store so I go back to him and tell him what they said and he goes Of course its still here, now i have to go all the way to the bottom of this container to find your package! and he started integrating me why i canceled the trancation.Finally he went in and found my box.He put it on the top of the little balance machine I grabbed it and before i walk away he pushes it down with my hand on it and smooshed my fingers between the box and the counter top/balance. and he goes not so fast. He said he had to do paper work before he can let it go. what a douchebag

I have had to come to this location a few times for work and each time I see the manager in there (Tim) I turn around and leave. He is the worst! I have seen him straight up argue with customers and try to belittle them. Thankfully there is a UPS right down the street!
