Finally found my new mechanic in Northwest Tune Up. Very professional, honest and got the work done and gave honest assessments on other issues. Definitely recommend.

Dishonesty, Unprofessional...I wish, I could give them negative rating.Never trust this guy Alex, He has two tongues to talk.One for attract you at the beginning and another one for charge you more at the end.

I would give a zero if available. I replaced the brake pads and rotors here and flushed the power-steering oil. With my parts. And, exactly two weeks after my replacement here, the passenger rear caliper became stuck. So I went to the Auto Service Center near my house. Because this place a very long distance from my house.And I replaced calipers at a nearby auto center for expensive labor, where they asked for me who had replaced brake pads and rotors. And they dont understand why they didnt tell you that calipers should also be replaced when replacing them. They told me that if they had seen it, they would have told me that calipers should be replaced as well. If the caliper was replaced. I didnt have to pay labor fee twice. So they wrote comments on my maintenance record paper. I came back here with the maintenance record paper and told them about the situation but they said there was no proof of how they believed it.All the time, they repeated that they couldnt believe it because they were not responsible. And they were very wrong when they flushed my power-steering oil. I went to the manufacturers dealer to check the condition of the power-steering oil and they told me that the oil was still a little black. Flush should be clean and oiled using drugs, but they were neither meticulous nor professional. I doubt that they really used the oil properly.Its a place where theres no trust.As much as that, this is a terrible service. They didnt even try to listen to the customer properly. Terrible attitude!! I tell to my friends and people never to go here. I told you what services I received and what happened. Its rather obvious that youre getting the right repairs from a neighborhood trusted auto center or manufacturer dealer. The maintenance price you get there is never too high for the future!Horrible customer service and maintenance that I dont want to go back or drive by the store! TRUST 0!
